Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Steuern einer Verarbeitungsmaschine für Bogenmaterial. Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung ein Verfahren der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, nach dem bei einer Verarbeitungsmaschine mit wenigstens einem einzeln angetriebenen, eine Druckform tragenden Zylinder bei Vorliegen einer Störung ein Fortdruck des Druck- bzw. Lackierbetriebes weiterhin gewährleistet wird.
Gelöst wird das dadurch, indem zwischen dem Plattenzylinder 10 und dem Gummituchzylinder 8 oder zwischen dem Formzylinder 9 und dem Bogenführungszylinder 6 ein Übersetzungsverhältnis ungleich 1:1 vorgesehen wird und dass überwacht wird, ob ein Ausfall eines Einzelantriebes vorliegt und unmittelbar bei Vorliegen eines Ausfalls mittels einer Steuerungseinrichtung eine Sychronisierung der Winkelpositionen zwischen den vom Hauptantrieb und Räderzug angetriebenen Zylindern eines Druckwerks 1 oder eines Lackwerkes 2 und dem jeweiligen, ansonsten mittels Einzelantrieb angetriebenen Plattenzylinder 10 oder Formzylinder 9 durch Arbeitsschritte vorgegeben wird.
