In den Zeichnungen sind Ausführungsbeispiele von Klappschachteln für Zigaretten gezeigt, und zwar Gebindepackungen für die Aufnahme einer Gruppe von ebenfalls als Klappschachtel ausgebildeten Zigarettenpackungen 10. Die Kragen-Vorderwand 45 ist gegenüber den Kragen-Lappen 46, 47 durch ebenfalls als Rundkanten ausgebildete Kragenkanten 48, 49 abgegrenzt. Des Weiteren weist die Verbindungseinheit im Bereich des Querstegs 43 als Rundkanten ausgebildete Faltkanten 50, 51 auf, die sich in Fortsetzung der frontseitigen Packungskanten 40 erstrecken und bei der fertigen Packung innen an diesen anliegen.The
Der Zuschnitt für die Klappschachtel ist so ausgebildet, dass lediglich eine Seite eine Bedruckung bzw. eine Beschichtung aufweist, nämlich die äußere Sichtseite der Klappschachtel. Zur Kennzeichnung dieser äußeren Sichtseite ist im Bereich des Zuschnitts ein Embleme 52 im Bereich der Schachtel-Vorderwand 18 gezeigt. Der Kragen 13 weist ebenfalls eine Kennzeichnung der Sichtseite auf, nämlich mit den Buchstaben A-B-C. Bei der fertigen Packung (
Nach dem ersten Faltschritt werden die Verbindungsstege 15, 16 mit Kragen 13 entlang den Steg-Faltlinien 41, 42 bis zur Anlage an der Innenseite des Haupt-Zuschnitts 14 gefaltet.
Kragen 13 und Verbindungsstege 15, 16 sind in besonderer Weise aufeinander abgestimmt. Der Verbindungssteg 15 ist soweit verlängert, dass in einem Teilbereich des Kragen-Lappens 47 die Verbindung im Bereich der Kragen-Faltlinie 44 gegeben ist. Der gegenüberliegende Kragen-Lappen 46 hat eine deutlich geringere Breite als die zugeordnete Schachtel-Seitenwand 17 und Deckel-Seitenwand 22. Korrespondierend ist auch der Verbindungssteg 16 mit reduzierter Breite ausgebildet, sodass bei Anlage dieser Zuschnittteile 16, 46 an der Innenseite der Seitenwand 17, 22 randseitig ein Streifen 55 der Schachtel-Seitenwand 17 frei bleibt. In diesem Bereich ist eine Verbindung des Randlappens 21 unmittelbar mit der Schachtel-Seitenwand 17 durch Klebung möglich, derart, dass der Randlappen 21 mit dem Kragen-Lappen 46 und dem Verbindungssteg 16 in derselben Ebene liegt. Der Kragen-Lappen 46 ist mit einem in Faltstellung nach unten gerichteten Ansatz 56 versehen, der innenseitig am Verbindungssteg 16 anliegt. Gegenüberliegend ist eine entsprechende Überdeckung des Kragen-Lappens 47 mit dem Verbindungssteg 15 im Bereich einer dreieckförmigen Überlappung 57 gegeben.
Der Kragen-Lappen 46 weist im oberen Bereich einen seitwärts gerichteten Vorsprung 58 auf, hier in dreieckförmiger Kontur. Dieser Vorsprung 58 bildet einen Teil einer oberen Schrägkante 59 des Kragen-Lappens 46. Wie aus

Claims (11)
- A folding packet, in particular a bundle pack for cigarettes, comprising a single-piece blank for forming a packet part (11), a lid (12) and a collar (13), the collar (13) being connected via at least one connecting web (15, 16) to the packet part (11) of the blank, and the collar (13) being folded against the inner side of the blank via at least one web folding line (41, 42) of the connecting web (15, 16), characterized by the following features:a) the collar (13) is connected to the connecting web (15, 16) via a folding line, namely a collar folding line (44), which extends on an outer boundary or on an outer edge of the collar (13),b) the collar is attached laterally to one of the connecting webs (15, 16) and is folded along the collar folding line (44) which extends in the direction of the upright packet edges (39, 40),c) the collar (13) is folded in two successive folding steps into the position according to the packet on the inner side of the blank.
- The folding packet as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the collar (13) adjoins a connecting web (15) which is connected to a packet side wall (19) which is arranged between the packet front wall (18) and the packet rear wall (20), the collar (13) adjoining the connecting web (15) laterally via the collar folding line (44).
- The folding packet as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a second connecting web (16) is connected to a packet side wall (17) and both connecting webs (15, 16) are combined by a transverse web (43) which lies outside a lid tab (38) to form a U-shaped connecting unit, it being possible for the connecting webs (15, 16) to be folded together along the web folding lines (41, 42), which are oriented in the same direction, on the (lower) edge of the packet side walls (17, 19).
- The folding packet as claimed in claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized in that, in a first folding step, the collar (13) can be folded along the collar folding line (44) to come into partial contact with the connecting webs (15, 16), and the unit comprising the connecting webs (15, 16) and the collar (13) can then be folded along the web folding lines (41, 42) to come into contact with the inner side of the blank or a main blank (14).
- The folding packet as claimed in claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized in that the collar (13) and/or the connecting webs (15, 16) and/or the transverse web (43) is/are fastened to the packet part (11) by glue or the like, in particular by means of spots of glue (60, 61) in the region of a collar front wall (45) and the transverse web (43).
- The folding packet as claimed in claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized in that, in the case of the blank, a connecting web (16) lies on an edge-side packet side wall (17) according to the transverse folding principle and has a smaller width than the packet side wall (17), in such a way that a free, edge-side strip (55) is formed in the region of the packet side wall (17) for the overlap-free contact of a peripheral tab (21) for connection to the packet side wall (17).
- The folding packet as claimed in claim 6 or one of the further claims, characterized in that a collar tab (46) which faces the edge-side packet side wall (17) or the lid side wall (22) is configured with a smaller width, in accordance with the connecting web (16), than the packet side wall (17), namely in accordance with the connecting web (16), and in that the collar tab (46) has a projection (58) in order to provide a continuous oblique edge (59) as upper boundary of the collar (13).
- The folding packet as claimed in claim 3 or one of the further claims, characterized in that the collar (13) and the unit which is formed from the connecting webs (15, 16) and the transverse web (43) cover one another partially in the end position, in particular in the region of the side walls (17, 22 and 19, 24), in particular on one side with an extension (56) on the collar tab (46) and on the other side with an overlap (57).
- The folding packet as claimed in claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized by the following features:a) the lid (12) is connected pivotably to a packet side wall (17) by means of a linear articulation (63),b) the collar (13) extends in the region of the packet front wall (18), the packet rear wall (20) and the packet side wall (19) which lies opposite the packet side wall (17),c) the collar (13) is connected to the connecting web (16) by an intermediate piece (72) which is dimensioned in such a way that a side edge of the collar (13) or a folding line (73) extends approximately in the region of a pack edge (39).
- The folding packet as claimed in claim 9 or one of the further claims, characterized in that the intermediate piece (72) and the associated connecting web (16) lie in the region of a packet side wall (17) after two folding steps.
- The folding packet as claimed in claim 9 or claim 10, characterized in that a transverse web (43) which connects the two connecting webs (15, 16) is of trapezoidal configuration, in accordance with the contour of the collar (13) or that of collar side tabs (69, 70).
