Abstract

Es wird ein Verpackungsbehälter (1) mit einer Hülse (2) aus Papier- oder Kartonverbund, einem an einem Ende der Hülse angeordneten Boden (20) und einer an dem entgegengesetzten Ende der Hülse (2) angeordneten Entnahmeöffnung (3) vorgeschlagen. Um für eine einfache und kostengünstige Befestigung des Bodens (20) an der Hülse (2) zu sorgen, bei welcher Klebstoff oder mechanische Haltemittel entbehrlich sind und welche auch im Falle eines verhältnismäßig großen und/oder schweren Füllgutes für eine hohe Formstabilität des Verpackungsbehälters (1) sorgt, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß der Boden (20) aus Papier- oder Kartonverbundmaterial gebildet und durch eine Siegelverbindung an der Hülse (2) festgelegt ist. Dabei ist vorzugsweise vorgesehen, daß der Boden (20) die Außenfläche der Hülse (2) nach oben übergreift und sich die Siegelverbindung zwischen dem Boden (20) und der Hülse (2) über eine ringförmige Außenfläche der Hülse im Bereich ihres der Entnahmeöffnung (3) entgegengesetzten Endes erstreckt. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines solchen Verpackungsbehälters.
