Description
- La présente invention concerne une pièce d'horlogerie comportant un boîtier et un mouvement muni d'au moins un organe de commande accessible de l'extérieur du mouvement et destiné à la mise en action d'au moins une fonction.
- Des pièces d'horlogerie de ce type sont connues et présentent par exemple les fonctions de départ/arrêt et de remise à zéro d'une montre chronographe. Ces montres possèdent généralement des boutons-poussoirs faisant saillie sur le côté de la boîte de montre, généralement à 2 heures et à 4 heures.
- On peut citer à titre d'exemple de l'art antérieur le document
US 3 759 033 décrivant une pièce d'horlogerie comportant au moins un poussoir coulissant pouvant être actionné indirectement par un levier pivotant monté sur la boite de la pièce d'horlogerie, ou le documentUS 2 679 135 décrivant une montre de poche ou montre bracelet du type d'un chronographe simplifié comportant des organes de manoeuvre sur le bord de la boite. - Ces boutons-poussoirs augmentent l'encombrement général de la montre et ont l'inconvénient de constituer des éléments d'accrochage. Ils sont peu aisés à manipuler, surtout lorsque l'utilisateur porte des gants. Leur forme en saillie peut être désagréable au port et d'un aspect massif et peu esthétique. En outre, leur protection contre la pénétration d'eau et de salissures est difficile à garantir surtout lors d'une manipulation des boutons-poussoirs en milieu humide ou polluant.
- La présente invention a pour but de remédier à ces inconvénients et de créer une pièce d'horlogerie sans boutons-poussoirs extérieurs visibles, dans laquelle les fonctions intégrées dans le mouvement, telles que les fonctions chronographe, peuvent être actionnées très facilement, même avec des gants, et dans laquelle les commandes de fonctions possèdent un fonctionnement bien défini et très précis et une constructions solide et d'une grande longévité. La pièce d'horlogerie selon l'invention comprend à cette fin les caractéristiques figurant à la revendication 1, à savoir que le boîtier comprend une partie fixe et une partie mobile montée de façon pivotante sur la partie fixe suivant un axe de pivotement grâce à au moins un pivot pour effectuer un mouvement de basculement de la partie mobile par rapport à la partie fixe, au moins un mécanisme d'actionnement coopérant avec les parties fixe et mobile pour transformer le mouvement de basculement de la partie mobile en une action sur ledit au moins un organe de commande, le mouvement de basculement étant effectué par une pression sur au moins une portion de la partie mobile.
- Grâce à ces caractéristiques, les boutons-poussoirs extérieurs sont supprimés, la mise en action des commandes des fonctions du mouvement est facilitée, même avec des gants. Les caractéristiques revendiquées permettent une construction de grande solidité et longévité, d'un fonctionnement précis grâce à un mouvement de basculement autour d'un axe de pivotement donné, tout en conférant un grand confort de port et un aspect esthétique.
- Avantageusement, le mouvement comprend un premier et un second organes de commande accessibles de l'extérieur et destinés à la mise en action d'au moins une première et une seconde fonctions, telles que les fonctions départ/arrêt et remise à zéro de chronographe, la pièce d'horlogerie comportant deux mécanismes d'actionnement dont un premier, respectivement un second, est agencé pour la mise en action du premier, respectivement du second organe de commande lors du mouvement de basculement de la partie mobile suivant un premier sens, respectivement un second sens opposé au premier sens.
- Ces caractéristiques permettent une commande très précise d'au moins deux commandes de fonctions, en particulier les fonctions d'une montre chronographe.
- Selon un mode d'exécution favorable, la partie fixe comprend un brancard constitué par deux pièces de cornes et un châssis qui est muni de deux portions de pivot diamétralement opposées et destinées à coopérer avec la partie mobile pour permettre le mouvement de basculement suivant deux sens opposés.
- La construction ainsi obtenue est particulièrement fiable et d'une solidité et longévité accrues.
- La partie mobile comprend avantageusement une carrure montée pivotante sur le brancard grâce aux deux pièces de pivot, cette carrure cerclant le mouvement et étant fermée de façon étanche vers le bas par un fond et vers le haut par une lunette et une glace.
- Grâce à ces caractéristiques, on obtient une construction très compacte et résistante, tout en bénéficiant de qualités anti-choc inattendues.
- Selon un mode d'exécution préféré, ledit au moins un mécanisme d'actionnement est monté dans la carrure et comprend au moins un premier élément coopérant avec le brancard et relié à au moins un second élément coopérant avec ledit au moins un organe de commande du mouvement.
- Ces caractéristiques permettent un fonctionnement très précis, une construction robuste et un montage facilité.
- De façon favorable, la pièce d'horlogerie comprend des moyens de sélection montés de façon mobile sur la partie mobile et destinés à empêcher un mouvement de basculement de la partie mobile suivant ledit premier et/ou second sens lorsqu'il occupe au moins une position prédéterminée.
- On peut ainsi empêcher toute activation indésirable d'une fonction de commande.
- Avantageusement, les moyens de sélection comprennent un coulisseau monté de façon mobile sur la carrure et comportent une face destinée à coopérer avec au moins une portion du brancard, la face et la portion étant conformées de façon à permettre soit un mouvement de basculement de la partie mobile suivant deux sens opposés dans une première position du coulisseau, soit un mouvement de basculement de la partie mobile suivant un seul sens dans une seconde position du coulisseau, soit aucun mouvement du basculement de la partie mobile dans une troisième position du coulisseau.
- D'autres avantages ressortent des caractéristiques exprimées dans les revendications dépendantes et de la description exposant ci-après l'invention plus en détail à l'aide de dessins qui représentent schématiquement et à titre d'exemple un mode d'exécution.
- La
figure 1 est une vue en plan de ce mode d'exécution sous forme d'un chronographe sans boutons-poussoirs. - La
figure 2 est une vue éclatée de ce chronographe. - Les
figures 3A, 3B, 3C sont des vues en coupe selon la ligne III-III de lafigure 1 montrant le chronographe dans une position de repos 3A, dans une position de commande départ/arrêt 3B, et dans une position de remise à zéro 3C. - Les
figures 4A, 4B, 4C sont des vues en plan de particularités de chronographe dans des positions de repos 4A, de commande départ/arrêt 4B et de remise à zéro 4C. - Les
figures 5 et 6 sont des vues en coupe selon les lignes V-V et VI-VI de lafigure 1 et montrent des particularités. - La
figure 7 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne VII-VII de lafigure 1 et représente les moyens de sélection. - Les
figures 8A, 8B et 8C sont des vues de ce mode d'exécution dans les positions de repos 8A, de commande départ/arrêt 8B et de remise à zéro 8C. - Le mode d'exécution illustré aux figures est constitué par une pièce d'horlogerie du type chronographe. Ce chronographe 8 comprend une boîte de montre 9 comportant une partie fixe 10 et une partie mobile 11 montées de façon pivotante sur la partie fixe 10. En référence à la
figure 2 , cette dernière est composée d'un châssis 12 et de deux portions de cornes 14,15 assemblées au châssis 12 grâce à des vis 16 pour former un brancard 20 qui est destiné à supporter la partie mobile 11. - Cette partie mobile 11 comprend une carrure 21 fermée vers le bas de façon étanche par un fond 22 vissé avec un joint 19.
- Les éléments suivants sont montés dans la carrure et visibles à la
figure 2 de bas en haut : un mouvement 23, un cadran 24, des organes indicateurs 25, une lunette intérieure 26 vissée sur la carrure, une manchette 27 en matière plastique, un joint d'étanchéité de glace 28 et une glace 29, ainsi qu'une couronne 33 de construction habituelle. - La carrure 21 est montée pivotante sur le brancard 20 grâce à deux vis 30 destinées à coopérer avec deux portions de pivot 31 prévues sur le châssis 12 dans les positions 3 heures et 9 heures. Par pression sur le haut de la partie mobile 11 à 12 heures ou 6 heures, on obtient un mouvement de basculement de la partie mobile 11 par rapport à la partie fixe 10 suivant un axe de pivotement 32 déterminé par l'axe central des deux vis 30 et des deux portions de pivot 31.
- Le mouvement 23 comprend deux organes de commande 40, 41 (
figure 4 ) accessible de l'extérieur du mouvement et destinés à la mise en action d'au moins deux fonctions, ici les fonctions de départ/arrêt et de remise à zéro de chronographe. Ces organes de commande 40,41 sont disposés de façon conventionnelle à deux heures et à quatre heures. - Pour la mise en action de ces deux fonctions, la pièce d'horlogerie est munie de deux mécanismes d'actionnement 44, 45 identiques coopérant avec les parties fixe et mobile 10, 11 pour transformer le mouvement de basculement de la partie mobile 11 en une action sur l'un ou l'autre des organes de commande 40, 41.
- Les deux mécanismes d'actionnement 44, 45 sont montés dans la carrure 21 et comprennent chacun un piston 46 (
fig. 3A, 3B ) monté coulissant de façon étanche dans la carrure 21 et muni d'un ressort 47 et d'un joint d'étanchéité 48. L'extrémité inférieure de piston 46 coopère avec une creusure 49 prévue dans le brancard 20, tandis que la tête du piston 46 est en contact avec un premier renvoi 50 qui est monté tournant autour d'une vis 51 disposée horizontalement dans la carrure 21. - Ce premier renvoi 50 actionne un second renvoi 52 monté grâce à un roulement à billes sur un arbre vertical 53 de la carrure (
fig. 4A ). Le second renvoi 52 entraîne un levier 54 monté sur un arbre vertical 55 de la carrure par l'intermédiaire d'un roulement à billes. L'extrémité recourbée 56 du levier 54 est destinée à actionner la commande 40 ou 41 du mouvement 23. Les deux mécanismes d'actionnement 44, 45 possèdent une construction identique et symétrique par rapport à un plan de symétrie passant par 3 heures et 9 heures, l'un 44 actionnant la commande 40 de départ/arrêt, l'autre 45 la commande 41 de remise à zéro du chronographe. - Le mouvement de basculement de la partie mobile 11 suivant les deux sens opposés est limité grâce à deux butées réglables 60 montées par vissage dans le brancard 20 à 6 heures et 12 heures (
figure 5 ). - L'amplitude de mouvement des leviers 56 est limitée par des vis butée 61 montées sur la carrure 21 (
figure 4B ). - Pour stabiliser et équilibrer la partie mobile 11 dans son mouvement de basculement, la carrure 21 est munie de deux poussoirs d'équilibrage 62 (
fig. 2 et6 ) montés à côté des deux pistons 46 et destinés à coopérer élastiquement avec des creusures 63 prévues dans le brancard 20. - La pièce d'horlogerie comprend en outre un mécanisme de sélection 66 (
figures 2 et7 ) monté sur la carrure 21 et comportant un curseur 67 destiné à être actionné par l'utilisateur et un coulisseau 68 vissé sur le curseur. - La face inférieure du coulisseau 68 présente une creusure 69 et est destinée à coopérer avec trois goupilles 70, 71, 72 chassées dans des alésages du brancard 20 pour réaliser une sélection des mouvements de la partie mobile (11).

figure 7 , aucune des goupilles n'est en contact avec le coulisseau 68, la partie mobile 11 peut donc être pivotée dans les deux sens pour commander les deux fonctions de chronographe départ/arrêt et remise à zéro. - Lorsque le curseur 67 est poussé vers la droite à la
figure 7 , la goupille 72 de droite est en contact avec le coulisseau 68 et la partie mobile 11 peut donc uniquement effectuer un mouvement de basculement suivant un sens anti-horaire autour de l'axe de pivotement 32. Un mouvement suivant le sens horaire est empêché. Dans cette position la commande de la fonction départ/arrêt est possible, tandis que la commande de la fonction de remise à zéro est empêchée. - En plaçant le curseur à gauche à la
figure 7 , les goupilles 70 et 71 sont en contact avec le coulisseau 68 et la partie mobile 11 ne peut être basculée, donc aucune fonction de commande de chronographe ne peut être réalisée. - La
figure 7 montre en outre l'assemblage des parties du brancard 20 comportant les deux portions de cornes 14, 15 vissées au châssis 12 grâce aux vis 16. Les faces en regard 75,76 du brancard 20 et de la partie mobile 11 sont usinées de façon à former des surfaces cylindriques à base sphérique avec un interstice très faible permettant un coulissement l'une par rapport à l'autre lors du mouvement de basculement autour de l'axe de pivotement 32 qui constitue l'axe central des surfaces cylindriques. - En référence aux
figures 8A, 8B et 8C , ce mouvement de basculement est à peine visible du fait de l'interstice très faible entre les parties fixe et mobile 10,11. - Les positions de commande de la fonction départ/arrêt (
figure 8B ) par pression à 12 heures et de la fonction remise à zéro (fig. 8C ) par pression à 6 heures se distinguent à peine de la position de repos intermédiaire de la partie mobile 11 (fig. 8A ). Grâce à ce mécanisme de basculement autour d'un axe de pivotement 32 bien défini, on obtient un fonctionnement précis et une commande des fonctions très aisée, même avec des gants, tout en évitant des boutons poussoirs gênants et encombrants. - Les
figures 3C et7 montrent que la face inférieure du brancard tournée vers le poignet de l'utilisateur présente une partie médiane concave 80 assurant un confort élevé de port. Cette partie médiane est entourée par une partie périphérique 81 plate permettant une position stable de la pièce d'horlogerie disposée sur un support plat. - Il est bien entendu que le mode de réalisation décrit ci-dessus ne présente aucun caractère limitatif et qu'il peut recevoir toutes modifications désirables à l'intérieur du cadre tel que défini par la revendication 1. En particulier, les commandes du mouvement pourront être de toute autre nature, telle que celle d'une montre à répétition, d'une montre à sonnerie, d'une montre à rattrapante, d'une montre à compteurs, d'une montre à deux ou plusieurs fuseaux horaires, etc. Le brancard et la partie mobile pourront présenter une toute autre construction.
- La montre pourrait également présenter un double brancard à axes de pivotement croisés permettant des mouvements de basculement autour de deux axes de pivotement perpendiculaires. Les mécanismes d'actionnement et les moyens de sélection pourront avoir une toute autre construction.
Claims (9)
- Pièce d'horlogerie comportant un boîtier (9) et un mouvement (23) muni d'au moins un organe de commande (40,41) accessible de l'extérieur du mouvement et destiné à la mise en action d'au moins une fonction, le boîtier (9) comprenant une partie fixe (10) et une partie mobile (11) montée de façon pivotante sur la partie fixe suivant un axe de pivotement (32) grâce à au moins un pivot (31) pour effectuer un mouvement de basculement de la partie mobile (11) par rapport à la partie fixe (10), au moins un mécanisme d'actionnement (44,45) coopérant avec les parties fixe et mobile pour transformer le mouvement de basculement de la partie mobile (11) en une action sur ledit au moins un organe de commande (40,41), le mouvement de basculement étant effectué par une pression sur au moins une portion (21,29) de la partie mobile (11).
- Pièce d'horlogerie selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le mouvement (23) comprend un premier et un second organes de commande (40,41) accessibles de l'extérieur et destinés à la mise en action d'au moins une première et une seconde fonctions, telles que les fonctions départ/arrêt et remise à zéro de chronographe, la pièce d'horlogerie comportant deux mécanismes d'actionnement (44,45) dont un premier (44), respectivement un second (45) est agencé pour la mise en action du premier (40), respectivement du second organe de commande (41) lors du mouvement de basculement de la partie mobile (11) suivant un premier sens, respectivement un second sens opposé au premier sens.
- Pièce d'horlogerie selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait que la partie fixe (10) comprend un brancard (20) constitué par deux pièces de cornes (14,15) et un châssis (12) et qui est muni de deux portions de pivot (31) diamétralement opposées et destinées à coopérer avec la partie mobile (11) pour permettre le mouvement de basculement suivant deux sens opposés.
- Pièce d'horlogerie selon la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que la partie mobile (11) comprend une carrure (21) montée pivotante sur le brancard (20) grâce aux deux pièces de pivot (31), cette carrure (21) cerclant le mouvement (23) et étant fermée de façon étanche vers le bas par un fond (22) et vers le haut par une lunette (26) et une glace (29).
- Pièce d'horlogerie selon la revendication 4, caractérisée par le fait que ledit au moins un mécanisme d'actionnement (44,45) est monté dans la carrure (21) et comprend au moins un premier élément (46) coopérant avec le brancard (20) et relié à au moins un second élément (50, 52, 54) coopérant avec ledit au moins un organe de commande (40,41) du mouvement (23).
- Pièce d'horlogerie selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que ledit premier élément est constitué par un piston (46) monté coulissant dans la carrure (21) et dont une première extrémité coopère avec le brancard (20) et dont une seconde extrémité coopère avec un premier renvoi (50) pivotant autour d'un premier arbre (51) de la carrure (21) et qui coopère avec un second renvoi (52) pivotant autour d'un second arbre (53) de la carrure et coopérant avec un levier (54) pivotant autour d'un troisième arbre (55) de la carrure et dont une des extrémités (56) coopère avec ledit au moins un organe de commande (40,41).
- Pièce d'horlogerie selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend associé audit piston (46), un piston-poussoir (62) monté coulissant dans la carrure (21) et destiné à équilibrer la partie mobile (11) lors de son mouvement de basculement.
- Pièce d'horlogerie selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend des moyens de sélection (66) montés de façon mobile sur la partie mobile (11) et destinés à empêcher un mouvement de basculement de la partie mobile (11) suivant ledit premier et/ou second sens lorsqu'il occupe au moins une position prédéterminée.
- Pièce d'horlogerie selon les revendications 4 et 8, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de sélection (66) comprennent un coulisseau (68) monté de façon mobile sur la carrure (21) et comportant une face destinée à coopérer avec au moins une portion (70,71,72) du brancard (21), la face et la portion étant conformées de façon à permettre soit un mouvement de basculement de la partie mobile (11) suivant deux sens opposés dans une première position du coulisseau (68), soit un mouvement de basculement de la partie mobile (11) suivant un seul sens dans une seconde position du coulisseau (68), soit aucun mouvement du basculement de la partie mobile (11) dans une troisième position du coulisseau (68).
