Claims (43)

  1. Konditionierungs- und Auftragsvorrichtung, umfassend:
    - einen Behälter, der das Produkt (P) enthält, das aufgetragen werden soll, und umfassend ein Zentrifugierorgan (8),
    - einen Applikator zum Auftragen des Produkts, das in dem Behälter enthalten ist, wobei der Applikator einen Stiel und ein Auftragselement (6), wobei ein Ende des Stiels seitlich davon hervorsteht, das Auftragselement umfassend mindestens zwei Verzweigungen (13) aus Kunststoffmaterial, besonders aus Spritzguss-Kunststoffmaterial, wovon mindestens eine Verzweigung mindestens teilweise beflockt ist, wobei sich die Verzweigungen an ihren Enden vereinigen und zwischen ihnen eine Kavität (12) definieren, die sich mindestens auf einer Seite des Auftragselements nach außen öffnet und zum Auftragen des Produkts dient, wobei die Kavität eine längliche Form aufweist und sich entlang der Verzweigungen erstreckt, wobei die Verzweigungen ausreichend starr sind, um sich im Wesentlichen zu verformen, wenn das Auftragselement zwischen dem Moment, wo das Auftragselement das Produkt verlässt, und dem Moment, wo das Produkt aufgetragen wird, durch das Zentrifugierorgan verläuft.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Kavität (12) auf zwei Seiten gegenüber dem Auftragselement öffnet.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kavität (12) mindestens auf einer Ebene eine geschlossene Kontur aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Kavität (12) im Wesentlichen parallel zu einer Ebene, die einen Winkel (α) ungleich null zu der Längsachse (X) eines Stiels (4), mit dem das Auftragselement verbunden wird, bildet.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Abschnitt (13) des Auftragselements (6) entlang einer Längsachse (Y) streckt, die einen Winkel (α) ungleich null zu der Längsachse eines Stiels (4), mit dem das Auftragselement (6) verbunden wird, bildet.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zentrifugierorgan aus Elastomer ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zentrifugierorgan (8) in einem Hals (7) des Behälters befestigt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragselement (6) eine symmetrische Form in Bezug auf eine mittlere Ebene aufweist, besonders eine mittlere Ebenen (M), die die Längsachse (X) eines Stiels (4) beinhaltet, mit dem das Auftragselement verbunden wird.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator einen Stiel (4) umfasst, der das Auftragselement (6) trägt und am anderen Ende mit einem Deckel (5) zum Schließen des Behälters verbunden ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragselement (6) eine Befestigungshülse (18) umfasst, die in den Stiel (4) eingelassen ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stiel (4) einen Außendurchmesser größer als 2,5 mm, besser größer als oder gleich wie 3 mm, besonders in der Größenordnung von ungefähr 4 mm aufweist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragselement an dem Stiel angebracht ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Auftragselement mit dem Stiel gegossen ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Kavität (12) über mehr als die Hälfte der Breite (b) des Auftragselements erstreckt.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, wobei die Breite der Kavität kleiner als die Breite der zwei vereinigten Verzweigungen ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Kavität (12) über mehr als die Hälfte der Länge (l) des Auftragselements (6) erstreckt.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kavität (12) vor einem Kontakt mit dem Produkt mit Luft gefüllt ist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kavität (12) von oben gesehen eine im Wesentlichen dreieckige Form aufweist.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens distaler Endabschnitt (14) des Auftragselements beflockt ist.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche des Auftragselements, die zum Auftragen des Produkts dient, vollständig beflockt ist.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragselement im Querschnitt eine generell abgeflachte Form aufweist.
  22. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt (P) zum Schminken der Schleimhäute, der Haut oder der Nägel bestimmt ist.
  23. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt ein Lippenstift ist.
  24. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, wobei das Produkt eine Mascara ist.
  25. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche der Kavität, wenn das Auftragselement in eine im Wesentlichen senkrechte Richtung zur Ebene der Kavität betrachtet wird, mindestens 15 % der Oberfläche beschränkt durch die äußere Kontur des Auftragselements, soll heißen zwischen 15 und 50 % der Oberfläche beschränkt durch die äußere Kontur des Auftragselements aufweist.
  26. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine der Verzweigungen (13) im Querschnitt eine mindestens teilweise runde Form aufweist.
  27. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Verzweigungen im Querschnitt eine kreisförmige, ovale oder elliptische Form aufweist.
  28. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kavität (12) eine größere maximale Breite als der Durchmesser des Stiels aufweist.
  29. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Verzweigungen des Auftragselements verschiedene Formen aufweisen.
  30. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kavität (12) eine längliche Form mit einem Verhältnis m/n größer als oder gleich wie 3, oder 4, oder 5, oder 6 aufweist, oder m die Länge der Kavität und n seine größte Breite bezeichnet.
  31. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Rand von mindestens einer der Verzweigungen (13) mindestens teilweise gerillt ist.
  32. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragselement Beflockungshaare aufweist, die unterschiedliche Längen und/oder Durchmesser umfassen, besonders mit längeren Haaren in der Nähe des distalen Endes des Auftragselements.
  33. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das Auftragselement Beflockungshaare umfasst, die aus verschiedenen Materialien ausgeführt sind.
  34. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das Auftragselement magnetische Eigenschaften aufweist, besonders magnetische Partikel umfasst.
  35. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Kavität einmalig ist.
  36. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Verzweigungen zusammen in einem thermoplastischen Material gegossen sind.
  37. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Breite des Auftragselements ab dem Stiel mindestens über einen Abschnitt der Länge des Auftragselements zunimmt.
  38. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Breite des Auftragselements mindestens auf einem Abschnitt der Länge des Auftragselements größer als der Durchmesser des Stiels ist.
  39. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das Auftragselement eine einzelne Spitze zentriert auf einer Mittelachse umfasst.
  40. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Kavität über mehr als die Hälfte ihrer Länge durchbrochen ist.
  41. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Zentrifugierorgan eine gewellte Lippe umfasst, die angeordnet ist, um sich bei Durchführung des Auftragselements zu entfalten.
  42. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Zentrifugierorgan regulierbar ist.
  43. Verfahren zum Schminken der Haut oder der Lippen mittels einer Vorrichtung wie jener, die in den vorherigen Ansprüchen definiert ist, wobei man auf die Haut oder die Lippen ein Produkt mittels eines Applikators aufträgt, wobei sich die Kavität im Wesentlichen nicht verformt, wenn das Auftragselement zwischen dem Moment, wo das Auftragselement das Produkt verlässt, und dem Moment, wo das Produkt aufgetragen wird, durch das Zentrifugierorgan verläuft.
