Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Befestigen eines Fensterrahmens an einer Fensteröffnung in einer Wand.The invention relates to a device for fixing a window frame to a window opening in a wall.

Die EP 491010 B1 (Igela ), zeigt eine zwischen Fensterrahmenprofil und Maueröffnung wirkenden Befestigungsteil, wobei in eine Gewindebohrung am Fensterrahmenprofil eine Gewindehülse schraubbar eingesetzt ist, welche an einer an der Fensterlaibung zu befestigenden Lasche, drehbar gelagert ist, und daran fixiert werden kann. Durch Drehen der Gewindehülse wird diese in der Gewindebohrung im Fensterrahmenprofil in Längsrichtung bewegt, wodurch sich der Abstand des Fensterrahmenproflls zur Laibung ändert, womit die Lage des Fensterrahmens fein eingestellt und auch fixiert werden kann. Um die Gewindehülse drehen zu können, ist diese mit einem Bohrung mit polygonalem Querschnitt versehen, an welcher ein Werkzeug, z.B. ein Sechskant-Schraubendreher durch eine Bohrung durch das Fensterrahmenprofil ansetzen kann.
Nachteilig an dieser Bauweise ist, daß diese Gewindebohrung durch das Fensterrahmenprofil hindurch verlaufen muß. Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist die Bohrung oder eine daran angebrachte Abdeckung sichtbar und damit optisch störend. Es kann auch vorkommen, daß diese Bohrung mehrere Kammern eines als Mehrkammer-Hohlprofil ausgebildeten Fensterrahmenprofils verbindet, und damit die gewünschte Wärmeisolierung vermindert.
Ebenso zeigen die DE 19715496 C1 und die DE 298 16 780 U1 (beide SFS) Vorrichtungen zur Befestigung von Fensterrahmen an Maueröffnungen, bei denen eine Schraube in einer durch das Fensterrahmenprofil durch verlaufenden Gewindebohrung auf einen mit der Fensterlaibung oder der daran angrenzenden vertikale Mauerfläche verbundenen Teil wirkt, an dem die Schraube drehbar gelagert ist. Als Werkzeug zum Drehen der Schraube dient ein Schraubendreher, welcher durch das Fensterrahmenprofil hindurch auf einen in der rahmenprofilseitigen Stirnseite der Schraube angebrachten Werkzeugeingriff wirkt. Die damit erforderliche, durch das Rahmenprofil durchgehende Bohrung, kann zwar mit kleinerem Durchmesser ausgeführt werden als bei dem zuvor behandelten Vorschlag, führt aber dennoch zu den selben Nachteilen.
Mit der DE 297 15 991 U1 (Glusa ) wird ein Vorschlag für eine Befestigung eines Fensterrahmens an der Laibung gemacht, entsprechend dem keine Bohrung durch den Fensterrahmen erforderlich ist. Von einer mittelbar an der Fensterlaibung befestigten Mutter aus ragt eine Schraube auf das Rahmenprofil. Am rahmenprofilseitigen Ende ist die Schraube mit einem Kugelkopf versehen, welcher an einer Aufnahme am Rahmenprofil anliegt. Durch Drehen der Schraube wird der Abstand zwischen Rahmenprofil und Laibung verändert und damit einstellbar. Das Drehen der Schraube erfolgt mittels eines Schraubenschlüssels, welcher an einer zwischen Kugelkopf und Gewinde befindlichen Sechskantmantelfläche angreifen kann. Damit wird zwar die störende Bohrung im Fensterrahmenprofil vermieden. Die Schraube mit dem Kugelkopf, die Aufnahme desselben am Fensterrahmenprofil, und die erforderlichen Abdeckungen um all das nach dem Justieren unsichtbar zu machen, sind allerdings relativ teuer.

Vom Rand dieser Mulde aus ragen um den Umfang gleichmäßig verteilt drei eher schmale federnde Vorsprünge 4.1, 14.1, 24.1 über die Mulde hinweg ein Stück Richtung Schraubenachse, sodaß der größte Kreis, welcher zwischen ihren Enden noch Platz finden würde kleiner ist als der Durchmesser des Schraubenkopfes, aber größer als der kleinste Umfangskreis, welcher den an den Schraubenkopf anschließenden Längsbereich 3.1 der Schraube umfassen kann.
Zum Anbringen der Schraube 3 an der Lasche 4, 14, 24 wird die Schraube mit dem Schraubenkopf in einem spitzen Winkel bezüglich der Ebene der drei federnden Vorsprünge 4.1, 14.1, 24.1so an zwei dieser Vorsprünge angesetzt, daß deren Spitzen an der Kragenfläche des Schraubenkopfes anliegen, und die Halbkugelfläche des Schraubenkopfes am dritten federnden Vorsprung aufliegt. Dann wird die Schraube in die Normalrichtung zu der Ebene der drei federnden Vorsprünge 4.1, 14.1, 24.1gedreht, sodaß die Spitze des dritten federnden Vorsprungs an der Halbkugelfläche entlang gleitet und schließlich auch über deren Randkante zur Kragenfläche des Schraubenkopfes, also jener Fläche welche zwischen Randkante des Schraubenkopfes und Längsteil der Schraube liegt, schnappt. Damit ist die Schraube in gewünschter Weise an der Lasche fixiert, nämlich so, daß sie um ihre Achse drehbar ist, aber gegen Relativbewegung entlang ihrer Achse gehalten ist.
Bei entsprechend kurzer Ausführung der federnden Vorsprünge 4.1, 14.1, 24.1 und entsprechend tiefer Ausbildung der darunter liegenden Mulde in der Lasche 24, kann der Schraubenkopf auch befestigt werden, indem er gerade in die Mulde hineingedrückt wird, bis die dabei nach unten gebogenen federnden Vorsprünge wieder über die Randkante springen.

Wenn der Wärmefluß durch die Lasche nicht von Bedeutung ist, kann diese auch als Blechtell durch Stanzen und Biegen hergestellt werden. Für die Herstellung der Aufnahmegeometrie für den Schraubenkopf gelten dabei analoge Überlegungen wie zuvor für den Kunststoffspritzgußteil beschrieben.
In dem in Fig. 1 dargestellten Beispiel ist die Lasche 4 mittels Schrauben 7 über ein Langloch an einem Winkelteil 5 befestigt, welcher an der dem Fensterrahmen zugewandten Wandseite der Maueröffnung mittels einer Schraube 6 befestigt ist.
Um unerwünschten Wärmefluß durch den metallischen Winkelteil 5 zu vermeiden, liegt der Kragen des Kopfes der in der Mauer verankerten Schraube 6 am Winkelteil über eine Scheibe 8 an, welche aus einem wärmeisolierenden Material besteht. Aus dem selben Grund liegt der Winkelteil 5 auch nicht direkt an der Mauer an, sondern über eine Platte 9 aus einem wärmeisolierenden Material. Die Platte 9 kann als Spritzguß-Formteil so gefertigt werden, daß es an die Struktur des anliegenden Winkelteils angepaßt ist, und sich somit beim Befestigen desselben nicht mitdreht, sondern einen genaue Lagen dazu einnimmt. In einer Weiterentwicklung dazu, dann es auch am Winkelteil aufschnappbar, oder aufsteckbar ausgebildet sein.
