Claims (21)

  1. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre adapté pour une fabrication standardisée d'un ouvrant de fenêtre comprenant un encadrement d'ouvrant de base (100), ledit encadrement d'ouvrant de base (100) se composant de deux éléments d'ouvrant latéraux (111, 112), d'un élément d'ouvrant du haut (113) et d'un élément d'ouvrant du bas (114) qui, en coopérant, forment un encadrement d'ouvrant fermé,
    caractérisé en ce que ledit kit de construction comprend en outre des ensembles, chacun comprenant des plaques latérales supplémentaires (211, 212, 211', 212') adaptées pour être fixées sur des surfaces extérieures d'éléments d'ouvrant latéraux de l'encadrement d'ouvrant de base, bien que lesdites plaques latérales supplémentaires (211, 212, 211', 212') soient des pièces non standard ayant différentes longueurs et différentes structures supérieures, appropriées pour s'adapter à différents types de fenêtres.
  2. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites plaques latérales supplémentaires définissent une rainure de scellement (231) dans une direction longitudinale de l'encadrement d'ouvrant, et un joint d'étanchéité (300) est logé dans ladite rainure de scellement pour obturer un intervalle formé entre un encadrement de fenêtre et l'ouvrant de fenêtre.
  3. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément d'ouvrant du haut (113) dudit encadrement d'ouvrant de base (100) s'étend vers le haut à partir de son côté arrière, pour former une plaque arrière (115) de l'élément d'ouvrant du haut (113), de façon à mieux ajuster différents types de fenêtres.
  4. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdites plaques latérales supplémentaires sont disposées de manière telle, que leurs surfaces du dessus s'étendent jusqu'à la surface du dessus de l'élément d'ouvrant du haut (113) et se rapprochent d'un bord du haut de la plaque arrière (115) pour une fenêtre suspendue par le dessus.
  5. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites plaques latérales supplémentaires sont disposées sur la surface extérieure des éléments d'ouvrant latéraux (111, 112) en ayant des parties supérieures de ces plaques latérales supplémentaires placées tout près de régions centrales de ces éléments d'ouvrant, pour une fenêtre suspendue par le centre.
  6. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque latérale supplémentaire définit une découpe au niveau de sa partie d'extrémité supérieure, de sorte qu'une partie d'extrémité supérieure des plaques latérales supplémentaires s'étend entre la surface extérieure de l'élément d'ouvrant latéral (111, 112) et la charnière (400), cette partie étant disposée au voisinage d'un axe pivot de la charnière, de façon à améliorer l'étanchéité entre l'ouvrant et le cadre, dans la région de la charnière.
  7. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite découpe définie comprend une section arquée et une section droite jointe à la section arquée, par une transition douce, dans laquelle ladite section droite, au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure de la plaque latérale supplémentaire (211), forme une partie droite saillante (233) longitudinalement, ayant comme résultat une étanchéité satisfaisante entre l'ouvrant et l'encadrement, dans la région de la charnière.
  8. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une rainure annulaire de scellement (118) est formée le long de la périphérie dudit encadrement d'ouvrant de base (100), et un bourrelet annulaire de scellement (116) est formé par-dessus, pour sceller l'ensemble formé par l'ouvrant et l'encadrement.
  9. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ladite rainure annulaire de scellement (118) définit un bourrelet annulaire de scellement (116) le long de la périphérie dudit encadrement d'ouvrant.
  10. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la rainure annulaire de scellement (118) est au niveau du côté intérieur de la surface extérieure de l'encadrement d'ouvrant, et le bourrelet annulaire de scellement (116) recouvre la plaque arrière (115).
  11. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que des parois latérales dudit bourrelet annulaire de scellement (116) sont disposées verticalement le long de la surface extérieure des éléments d'encadrement latéraux, et le bourrelet droit (233) de la partie d'extrémité supérieure (232) de ladite plaque latérale supplémentaire est logé à l'intérieur d'un intervalle formé entre la charnière (400) et une paroi latérale dudit bourrelet annulaire de scellement (116).
  12. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une rainure de scellement (231) est prévue en dessous de ladite plaque latérale supplémentaire, dans laquelle l'ouverture de ladite rainure de scellement (231) fait face à une paroi latérale dudit bourrelet annulaire de scellement (116), et un joint d'étanchéité (300) est logé à l'intérieur de ladite rainure de scellement (231).
  13. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que ladite rainure de scellement (231), dans lesdites plaques latérales supplémentaires, est une rainure continue s'étendant depuis l'extrémité du bas de la plaque latérale supplémentaire, jusqu'à l'extrémité du haut de celle-ci.
  14. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque latérale supplémentaire (211, 212, 211', 212') définit une pluralité de trous de fixation sur sa surface extérieure, où ladite plaque latérale supplémentaire est fixée, par des attaches, sur une surface extérieure de l'élément d'encadrement latéral (111, 112) de l'encadrement d'ouvrant de base (100).
  15. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdites plaques latérales supplémentaires se composent de deux plaques symétriques qui sont disposées, respectivement, sur l'élément d'encadrement latéral gauche et droit.
  16. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque de dessus (213) est reliée entre deux extrémités du haut desdites deux plaques latérales supplémentaires, de sorte qu'un mécanisme de charnière disposé dans la partie du haut de l'ouvrant est fixé sur la plaque du dessus.
  17. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque du dessus (213) est couplée, respectivement, à la plaque arrière (115) et à deux plaques latérales supplémentaires, par un joint à recouvrement ou un joint à mi-bois.
  18. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que des épaulements couplés, en conséquence, auxdites plaques latérales supplémentaires, sont prévus sur ladite plaque du dessus, au niveau des deux côtés, de façon à engager, respectivement, les surfaces droites intérieures des plaques latérales supplémentaires à travers un joint à recouvrement.
  19. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'ouvrant du haut (113) forme des épaulements au niveau de ses deux extrémités, pour recouvrir avec, respectivement, les surfaces intérieures des éléments latéraux supplémentaires.
  20. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que deux fixations de charnière (410), en forme de L, sont fixées respectivement à chaque extrémité de ladite plaque du dessus (213), où une branche de ladite fixation de charnière (410) en forme de L est fixée sur la surface du dessus de la plaque du dessus (213), tandis que l'autre branche est fixée sur la surface extérieure de la plaque latérale supplémentaire, de sorte que la fixation de charnière (410), en forme de L, peut fixer la plaque du dessus (213), et les plaques latérales supplémentaires et un mécanisme de charnière prévu pour la rotation de l'ouvrant peuvent être montés sur la plaque du dessus.
  21. Kit de construction d'ouvrant de fenêtre selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce qu'un axe pivot de liaison (413) couplé au mécanisme de charnière est prévu sur la surface latérale supérieure de ladite fixation de charnière (410) en forme de L.
