Claims (12)

  1. Kunststoffflakon, der einen Hohlkörper (2) aus Kunststoff, der an einem Ende offen und dazu bestimmt ist, eine Flüssigkeit (31) zu enthalten, einen Hals (9), in den eine Pumpe (11) dicht montiert ist und der Einrichtungen zur dichten Befestigung in der Öffnung des Hohlkörpers (2) enthält, und einen Bundring (20) enthält, der mit Einrichtungen zur unzerlegbaren Befestigung auf dem Hals (9) ausgestattet ist, wobei das Volumen des Flakons auf der der mit der Pumpe (11) ausgestatteten Seite entgegengesetzten Seite durch einen Kolben (7) begrenzt wird, der im Lauf der Entnahme der verpackten Flüssigkeit (31) zur Pumpe (11) hin verschiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Einrichtungen zur Verbindung (14, 39, 42) des vom Hohlkörper (2) begrenzten Volumens mit einer im Hals (9) angeordneten Sammelkammer aufweist, wobei die Verbindungseinrichtungen (14, 39, 42) beim Zusammenbau des Flakons die Entlüftung der im Hohlkörper (2) enthaltenen Luft ermöglichen, wobei die Sammelkammer geschlossen ist und die Verbindungseinrichtungen (14, 40, 43) dicht verschlossen sind, wenn der Flakon zusammengebaut ist.
  2. Kunststoffflakon nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hals (9) eine Hülse (10) enthält, in die die Pumpe (11) dicht montiert ist, deren auf der Seite des Hohlkörpers (2) befindliches Ende von einem zylindrischen Kranz (13) umgeben ist, in dem die Verbindungseinrichtungen (14) angeordnet sind.
  3. Kunststoffflakon nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungseinrichtungen (14) Entlüftungslöcher sind.
  4. Kunststoffflakon nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zylindrische Kranz (13) des Halses (9) eine Umfangsrandleiste (19) aufweist.
  5. Kunststoffflakon nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bundring (20), der dazu bestimmt ist, am Hals (9) befestigt zu werden, eine Innenschürze (24) aufweist, deren Ende dazu bestimmt ist, die im zylindrischen Kranz (13) des Halses (9) angeordneten Verbindungseinrichtungen (14) dicht zu verschließen.
  6. Kunststoffflakon nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende der Innenschürze (24) des Bundrings (20) eine ringförmige Rippe (29) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer Rille (30) komplementärer Form zusammenzuwirken, die im zylindrischen Kranz (13) des Halses (9) angeordnet ist.
  7. Kunststoffflakon nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungseinrichtungen (40, 43) aus einem Entlüftungsring bestehen, der auf der Seite des Hohlkörpers (2) dicht auf die Innenseite des Halses (9) montiert ist.
  8. Kunststoffflakon nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Entlüftungsring (40) einen Bereich in Form eines Ringkranzes (41) aufweist, dessen Innenfläche auf der Seite des Bundrings (20) durch einen steifen rohrförmigen Bereich (42) verlängert wird, der dazu bestimmt ist, gegen die Pumpe (11) anzuliegen, wobei der rohrförmige Bereich (42) Entlüftungslöcher (42a) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt sind, von der Pumpe (11) dicht verschlossen zu werden, wenn der Flakon zusammengebaut ist.
  9. Kunststoffflakon nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entlüftungslöcher (42a) auf dem Rand des rohrförmigen Bereichs (42) angeordnet sind.
  10. Kunststoffflakon nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Entlüftungsring (43) einen Bereich in Form eines Ringkranzes (44) aufweist, dessen Innenfläche auf der Seite des Bundrings (20) von einem biegsamen kegelstumpfförmigen Bereich (45) verlängert wird, der dazu bestimmt ist, durch eine elastische Rückstellkraft in dichtem Kontakt mit der Pumpe (11) gehalten zu werden, und der unter der Wirkung eines im Hohlkörper (2) erzeugten Überdrucks Luft durchlassen kann.
  11. Kunststoffflakon nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf dem Hals (9) vorgesehenen Einrichtungen zur dichten Befestigung in der Öffnung des Hohlkörpers (2) durch Schweißen realisiert werden.
  12. Kunststoffflakon nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf dem Hals (9) vorgesehenen Einrichtungen zur dichten Befestigung in der Öffnung des Hohlkörpers (2) durch Schnappverbindung realisiert werden.
