Claims (12)
- Zapfpistole für gasförmigen Treibstoff (10) bestehend aus: einem Griff (11), einem Körper (14), der mit dem Griff (11) verbunden ist und der eine Kammer (15) zur Aufnahme des Treibstoffs aufweist,
einem Treibstoff-Ausgabekopf (16), der mit dem Körper (14) verbunden ist und mit der Kammer (15) in Verbindung steht,
wobei der Kopf (16) dafür ausgelegt ist, dass er an einen Einfüllstutzen (17) zum Einfüllen des Treibstoffes in einen Tank gekoppelt werden kann,
Kupplungsmitteln (19), die den Kopf (16) in Position auf dem Einfüllstutzen (17) halten, während der Treibstoff ausgegeben wird,
Verschlussmitteln (19a), die mit dem Kopf (16) verbunden sind, um die Treibstoffausgabe jeweils zu ermöglichen oder zu verhindern,
einer Hülse (13), die relativ zu dem Körper (14) beweglich ist, um die Kupplungsmittel (19) zu betätigen, wobei die Hülse (13) in einer Richtung "D" beweglich ist zwischen einer ersten, nicht betriebsfähigen Stellung, in der die Treibstoffausgabe verhindert ist und der Kopf (16) vom Einfüllstutzen (17) getrennt ist, und einer zweiten, betriebsfähigen Stellung, in welcher der Kopf (16) mit dem Einfüllstutzen (17) gekoppelt ist und die Treibstoffausgabe freigegeben ist,
einem Hebel (18), der durch eine Bedienungsperson betätigt werden kann, der mit der Hülse (13) verbunden ist, um diese zwischen den zwei Stellungen, das heißt der nicht betriebsfähigen und der betriebsfähigen Stellung, zu bewegen,
Nockenmitteln (20), die zwischen dem Hebel (18) und der Hülse (13) angeordnet sind und dafür ausgelegt sind, die Bewegung zwischen dem Hebel (18) und der Hülse (13) zu übertragen,
wobei die Zapfpistole dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sich die Hülse (13) in ihrer betriebsfähigen Stellung näher an dem Griff (11) befindet als in ihrer nicht betriebsfähigen Stellung. - Zapfpistole nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nockenmittel (20) ein variables Übersetzungsverhältnis zwischen dem Hebel (18) und der Hülse (13) bewirken.
- Zapfpistole nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nockenmittel (20) zwischen dem Hebel (18) und der Hülse (13) ein ansteigendes variables Übersetzungsverhältnis bewirken, so dass eine bestimmte Bewegung des Hebels (18) eine entsprechende kleinere Bewegung der Hülse (13) verursacht.
- Zapfpistole nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nockenmittel (20) zwischen dem Hebel (18) und der Hülse (13) eine Übersetzung mit einem Verhältnis von etwa 1:1 bis zu einem Verhältnis von etwa 1:0,3 bewirken.
- Zapfpistole nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (18) scharnierbeweglich mit dem Körper (14) verbunden ist, wobei die Nockenmittel (20) zumindest eine Oberfläche (21) mit einem Nockenprofil beinhalten, die auf der Hülse (13) oder auf dem Hebel (18) angeordnet ist, und einen Nockenfolger (22), der einteilig mit dem Hebel (18) oder mit der Hülse (13) ausgeführt ist.
- Zapfpistole nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nockenfolger (22) mit zumindest einer Rolle (23) oder mit Antifriktionsmitteln ausgefertigt ist, wie beispielsweise Gleitschuhen aus Antifriktionsmaterial wie Polytetrafluorethylen (PTFE) oder Acetalharzen.
- Zapfpistole nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche (21) in einem Winkel von 72 Grad zur Richtung "D" der Bewegung der Hülse (13) steht.
- Zapfpistole nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (18) einen Arm (25) aufweist, der auf die Hülse (13) wirkt, wobei der Arm (25) in einem Winkel (A) von etwa 40 Grad zur Richtung "D" steht, wenn sich die Hülse (13) in der ersten, nicht betriebsfähigen Stellung befindet, in der die Treibstoffausgabe verhindert wird.
- Zapfpistole nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (18) einen Arm (25) aufweist, der auf die Hülse (13) wirkt, wobei der Arm (25) in einem Winkel (A) von etwa 2 Grad zur Richtung "D" steht, oder der Arm (25) parallel zur Richtung "D" steht, wenn sich die Hülse (13) in der zweiten, betriebsfähigen Stellung befindet, in der die Treibstoffausgabe freigegeben ist.
- Zapfpistole nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Blockiermittel (50) beinhaltet, um den Hebel (18) festzustellen, wenn sich die Hülse (13) in der betriebsfähigen Stellung befindet, in der die Treibstoffausgabe freigegeben ist.
- Zapfpistole nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockiermittel (50) automatisch aktiviert werden, wenn der Hebel (18) die Hülse (13) in die betriebsfähige Stellung bewegt hat, in der die Treibstoffausgabe freigegeben ist.
- Zapfpistole nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockiermittel (50) einen Rückhaltestift (51) beinhalten, der in den Hebel (18) eingesteckt und quer durch eine darin angefertigte Bohrung geführt ist, sowie einen Kipphebel (52), der an einem zwischenliegenden Punkt drehbar auf einem Zapfen (53) gelagert ist und an einem Ende einen Kupplungszahn (54) aufweist, der dafür ausgelegt ist, in Eingriff mit dem Stift (51) zu treten, wobei der Zahn (54) an dem Stift (51) ein abgeschrägtes oder abgerundetes Profil aufweist, so dass, wenn er in dessen Nähe gelangt, der Kipphebel (52) automatisch während der Bewegung des Hebels (18) einrastet.
