Claims (23)

  1. A mounting assembly (1) for a heat exchanger device, in particular for motor vehicles, and a further device which can be connected thereto through which a fluid flows or which receives a fluid, in particular a heat exchanger or similar device, having
    - a plurality of flow devices of a predetermined length which are positioned essentially parallel to one another along a predetermined width and each have at least two connecting sections at their ends,
    - at least two collection and/or distribution pipes (3, 3') of predetermined length which are positioned at the connecting sections at the ends of the flow devices in such a manner that a medium is able to flow between the flow devices and the collection and/or distribution pipes (3, 3'), at least one mounting device for the further device through which a fluid flows or which receives a fluid being positioned at at least one collection and/or distribution pipe,
    at least one mounting device (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) having at least one section which encompasses at least one section of at least one collection and/or distribution pipe (3, 3'), four mounting devices (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) being provided, two mounting devices (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) being positioned on a collection and/or distribution pipe and the mounting device (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) at least partially encompassing a collection and/or distribution pipe (3, 3') in the manner of a clamp,
    characterised in that
    at least one mounting device (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) has a stop which essentially prevents displacement of the further heat exchanger device in relation to the first heat exchanger device along the length of the collection and/or distribution pipe.
  2. A mounting assembly in accordance with claim 1,
    characterised in that
    the length of at least one collection and/or distribution pipe (3, 3') is greater than the predetermined width in which the plurality of the flow devices is positioned.
  3. A mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the mounting device (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) is formed in one piece with the further device through which a fluid flows or which receives a fluid.
  4. A mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    at least one mounting device (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) has a section which projects into at least one collection and/or distribution pipe (3, 3').
  5. A mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    at least one collection and/or distribution pipe (3, 3') has a cross-section which is selected from a group of cross-sections which includes circular, elliptical, polygonal, particularly but not exclusively rectangular and similar cross sections.
  6. A mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the at least one mounting device (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) is mounted on at least one collection and/or distribution pipe by means of a connecting device.
  7. A mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the mounting device (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) is made at least partially from a material from a group of materials including plastics such as PVC, PE, natural and/or synthetic plastics, composite materials, metal and metal alloys, combinations hereof and similar materials.
  8. A mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the dimensions of the first heat exchanger device correspond essentially to a device through which a fluid flows or which receives a fluid.
  9. A mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the first heat exchanger device is smaller that the further device through which a fluid flows or which receives a fluid.
  10. A mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the mounting device (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) is connected by means of a snap-in locking device at least to the collection and/or distribution pipe and/or to the further device through which a fluid flows or which receives a fluid.
  11. A mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the mounting device (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) for the further device through which a fluid flows or which receives a fluid is made at least partially using a spraying technique.
  12. A mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the connection between the mounting device (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) and the further device through which a fluid flows or which receives a fluid is selected from a group of force-fit, form-fit and bonded connections which includes screwed, riveted, soldered, welded and other similar connections.
  13. A mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the mounting device (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) has at least angled surfaces which facilitate its insertion into the collection and/or distribution pipe.
  14. A mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the connection between the mounting device (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) and the collection pipe is essentially gas- and/or fluid-proof at least in relation to the surrounding environment.
  15. A mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    provided between the mounting device and the collection and/or distribution pipe are additional sealing means.
  16. A mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the mounting device (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) is engaged with the further heat exchanger device in the manner of a clamp.
  17. A mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    at least one mounting device (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) has at least one projection which projects beyond the first heat exchanger device along the length of the collection and/or distribution pipe.
  18. A mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    at least one mounting device (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) has receiving devices for the further device through which a fluid flows or which receives a fluid and which has an at least partially circular inner profile.
  19. A mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the circular inner profile has profiled sections.
  20. A mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the first heat exchanger device has a frame device.
  21. A mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the frame device is connected to at least one mounting device (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d).
  22. The use of the mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims for connecting a condenser to a coolant cooler, in particular for a motor vehicle.
  23. The use of the mounting assembly in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims for connecting a radiator tank to a coolant cooler, in particular.
