Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Akustiksystem, insbesondere ein Hörgerät mit einer Mikrofoneinrichtung, einer Lautsprechereinrichtung, einer Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung zur Aufnahme eines ersten Eingangssignals von der Mikrofoneinrichtung und zur Ausgabe eines Ausgangssignals an die Lautsprechereinrichtung sowie einer Empfangseinrichtung zum Empfang elektromagnetischer Signale und zur Ausgabe eines zweiten Eingangssignals an die Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung.
- Hörgeräte lassen sich üblicherweise je nach Hörsituation manuell in ein entsprechendes Hörprogramm schalten. Dieses Schalten erfolgt beispielsweise mit Hilfe eines Tasters. Das manuelle Schalten ist unkomfortabel und erfolgt vielfach mit zeitlicher Verzögerung, so dass beispielsweise der Beginn einer Kommunikation nicht wahrgenommen werden kann.
- Aus diesem Grund wurden Hörgeräte entwickelt, die in der Lage sind, automatisch in ein entsprechendes Hörprogramm zu schalten. Ein derartiges Hörgerät ist aus der Druckschrift
US 6,763,116 B2 bekannt. Dabei wird das aufgenommene akustische Signal hinsichtlich Stör- bzw. Rauschanteile untersucht. In Abhängigkeit der analysierten Rauschsignale werden Übertragungsparameter verändert oder ganze Hörprogramme geschaltet. - Die Analyse der Signale nach Störanteilen ist jedoch sehr aufwändig und das Ergebnis ist oftmals nicht eindeutig.
- Die
EP 1 328 136 A2 offenbart ein Hörgerät mit mehreren Funkschnittstellen, das entsprechend von einer Mehrzahl von Signalquellen Signale über Funk empfangen kann. Den Signalquellen sind Adressen zugeordnet. In einem Adressenverwaltungssystem sind Adressen Prioritäten zugeordnet. Die Kommunikation erfolgt jeweils mit der Signalquelle höchster Priorität. - Aus der
WO 00/10363 - Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht somit darin, das automatische Schalten von Akustiksystemen bzw. Hörgeräten auf der Grundlage der empfangenen Signale zu verbessern.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe gelöst durch ein Akustiksystem, insbesondere Hörgerät, mit einer Mikrofoneinrichtung, einer Ausgabeeinrichtung, einer Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung zur Aufnahme eines ersten Eingangssignals von der Mikrofoneinrichtung und zur Ausgabe eines Ausgangssignals an die Ausgabeeinrichtung entsprechend einem Hörprogramm aus einer vorbestimmten Anzahl von Hörprogrammen und einer von Mikrofoneinrichtung und Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung vorhandenen Empfangseinrichtung zum Empfang elektromagnetischer Signale und zur Ausgabe eines zweiten Eingangssignals an die Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung, wobei die Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung einen Hochfrequenzdetektor zur Analyse des zweiten Eingangssignals aufweist, mit dessen Ausgangssignal die Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung so steuerbar ist, dass ein Hörprogramm aus der vorbestimmten Anzahl von Hörprogrammen ausgewählt wird.
- Darüber hinaus ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen ein Verfahren zum Auswählen eines Hörprogramms eines Akustiksystems, insbesondere eines Hörgeräts, aus einer vorbestimmten Anzahl von Hörprogrammen, wobei in einem Hörprogramm ein erstes Eingangssignal von einer Mikrofoneinrichtung verarbeitet wird und ein Verarbeiten eines zweiten Eingangssignals von einer Empfangseinrichtung zum Empfang elektromagnetischer Signale erfolgt, wobei das zweite Eingangssignal nach Hochfrequenzanteilen analysiert wird, und wobei das Auswählen des Hörprogramms in Abhängigkeit von dem Analyseergebnis erfolgt. Unter dem Begriff "Verarbeiten" wird hier auch ein Abschalten eines Signals und/oder ein Zuschalten eines weiteren Signals, z. B. eines Telefonspulensignals, verstanden.
- In vorteilhafter Weise wird für die Signalverarbeitung somit ein Steuersignal verwendet, das ein entsprechendes Akustiksystem nach dem Stand der Technik gar nicht empfängt bzw. verarbeitet.
- Vorzugsweise werden mit dem Hochfrequenzdetektor Frequenzanteile oberhalb von 1 MHz detektiert. Damit können elektromagnetische Signale von Mobilfunktelefonen erfasst werden, so dass beispielsweise ein Hörgerät auf ein entsprechendes Telefonprogramm umgeschaltet werden kann.
- Entsprechend einer Weiterentwicklung können mit dem Hochfrequenzdetektor Modulationen von Hochfrequenzsignalen detektiert werden. Auf diese Weise können sehr spezifische Signale detektiert werden, so dass Hörgeräteprogramme sehr differenziert geschaltet werden können.
- Speziell kann die Empfangseinrichtung zum Empfang von GSM-, UMTS- und/oder Bluetooth-Signalen ausgelegt sein. Darüber hinaus kann die Empfangseinrichtung auch zum Empfang von Signalen eines Schnurlostelefons ausgestattet sein. Die Detektion dieser Signale ermöglicht ein sehr spezifisches Verarbeiten auf automatischem Wege.
- Wie bereits angedeutet, kann die Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung in Abhängigkeit von dem Ausgangssignal des Hochfrequenzdetektors in ein jeweiliges Verarbeitungsprogramm geschaltet werden. Durch dieses automatische Schalten erhöht sich nicht nur der Komfort des Akustiksystems, sondern es kann unter Umständen auch eine größere Anzahl an Schaltprogrammen zur Verfügung gestellt werden, die unter Umständen durch manuelle Schalter nicht angewählt werden könnten.
- Ein besonderer Vorteil eines erfindungsgemäßen Akustiksystems bzw. Verfahrens ergibt sich bei binauraler Versorgung eines Patienten. Dabei kann in die Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung eines der beiden oder beider Hörgeräte eine Pegelmesseinrichtung eingebaut sein, um die Pegel oder die Pegeldifferenz der Ausgangssignale der Hochfrequenzdetektoren für die weitere Signalverarbeitung zu bestimmen. Auf diese Weise lässt sich beispielsweise bestimmen, ob ein elektromagnetisches Nah- oder Fernfeld vorliegt. Dementsprechend kann die Signalverarbeitung geschaltet werden.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung wird nun anhand der beigefügten Zeichnung näher erläutert, die ein Prinzipschaltbild eines erfindungsgemäßen Hörgeräts zeigt.
- Das nachfolgend näher geschilderte Ausführungsbeispiel stellt eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung dar.
- Das in
FIG 1 anhand eines Schaltplans schematisch dargestellte Hörgerät besitzt ein Mikrofon M, einen Audioeingang A und eine Telefonspule T. Ein Vorverstärker V nimmt die Signale des Audioeingangs A, des Mikrofons M und der Telefonspule T auf. Außerdem verfügt der Vorverstärker V über einen A/D-Wandler und einen Spannungsregler. - Eine digitale Signalverarbeitung D mit getakteter Endstufe nimmt das Signal des Vorverstärkers V auf. Beide, sowohl der Vorverstärker V als auch die digitale Signalverarbeitung D werden von einer Batterie B mit Spannung versorgt. Weiterhin ist ein VC-Steller VC (Volume Control) zur Lautstärkeeinstellung und eine Programmierbuchse P zum Programmieren des Hörgeräts an die digitale Signalverarbeitung D angeschlossen. Über einen MTO-Schalter MTO ist die digitale Signalverarbeitung D in einen Mikrofonmodus, einen Telefonmodus oder abschaltbar.
- Des Weiteren ist an die digitale Signalverarbeitung D ein HF-Detektor HFD angeschlossen. Dieser analysiert die Signale im Hochfrequenzbereich. Der HF-Detektor kann eine eigene Empfangseinrichtung aufweisen oder die Signale einer anderweitig verwendbaren Empfangseinrichtung, z. B. einer Telefonspule, erhalten.
- In der digitalen Signalverarbeitung D wird das Signal des Vorverstärkers V entsprechend dem manuell oder automatisch gewählten Programm bzw. den so gewählten Parametern verarbeitet. Das resultierende Ausgangssignal wird an einen Hörer H weitergeleitet. Alternativ können als Ausgabeeinrichtungen auch Elektroden, Schwingspulen, Vibrationsgeber etc. vorgesehen sein.
- Der Hochfrequenzdetektor HFD wertet im Hörsystem beispielsweise ein ausgesandtes GSM-Signal bei etwa 960 MHz bzw. 1,8 GHz aus. Dieses Signal wurde in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hörhilfegeräts durch ein Mobilfunkgerät abgesandt und von der Antenne des HF-Detektors HFD aufgenommen. Überschreitet der Pegel des GSM-Signals einen vorgegebenen Schwellwert, deutet dies darauf hin, dass ein GSM-Mobilfunkgerät vom Hörhilfeträger benutzt wird. Dementsprechend schaltet das Hörhilfegerät z. B. in ein Telefonprogramm (Hörspulenprogramm) oder ein entsprechend angepasstes Mikrofonprogramm um.
- Alternativ können mit dem HF-Detektor HFD auch beispielsweise UMTS-Signale, Bluetooth-Signale oder Signale eines Schnurlostelefons im Bereich von 2,4 GHz bzw. 1,8 bis 1,9 GHz empfangen werden.
- Um die Sicherheit, mit der ein entsprechendes Sendesystem erkannt wird, zu erhöhen, können spezifische Modulationen in dem jeweils aufgenommenen Signal gesucht werden. Werden beispielsweise UMTS-spezifische Modulationen entdeckt, so kann auf Telefonbetrieb umgeschaltet werden, da der Hörgeräteträger mit Sicherheit momentan ein UMTS-Telefon benutzt. Bluetooth-Sender, die in einem dem UMTS-Frequenzband nahe gelegenen Frequenzbereich senden, benutzen nicht die UMTS-spezifischen Modulationen.
- In vorteilhafter Weise ist somit kein manuelles Umschalten mehr nötig und es müssen nicht komplizierte Algorithmen zur automatischen Umschaltung verwendet werden.
- Die Empfindlichkeit des Hochfrequenzdetektors HFD kann so eingestellt werden, dass bei binauraler Versorgung im zweiten Hörhilfegerät kein Programmwechsel stattfindet.
- Hält ein Hörgeräteträger, der binaural versorgt ist, ein Mobiltelefon an sein Ohr, so ist der Pegel des hochfrequenten Signals, das von dem Mobilfunktelefon abgestrahlt wird, an einem Hörgerät höher als am anderen. Diese Pegeldifferenz deutet an, dass es sich um eine Telefonsituation handelt, so dass dasjenige Hörgerät in den Telefonmodus geschaltet werden kann, das den hohen Pegel registriert. Das durch die beiden Hörgeräte detektierte Nahfeld kann also zum eindeutigen Schalten des Hörgeräts verwendet werden.
- Liegt hingegen ein Fernfeld vor, so sind die elektromagnetischen Pegel in beiden Hörgeräten in etwa gleich hoch. In einer derartigen Situation wäre es falsch, in den Telefonmodus zu schalten. Durch diese Nahfeld-Fernfeld-Unterscheidung kann eine erhöhte Störsicherheit bei den verlinkten Hörgeräten erreicht werden.
Claims (15)
- Akustiksystem, insbesondere Hörgerät, mit- einer Mikrofoneinrichtung (M),- einer Ausgabeeinrichtung (H),- einer Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (V, D) zur Aufnahme eines ersten Eingangssignals von der Mikrofoneinrichtung und zur Ausgabe eines Ausgangssignals an die Ausgabeeinrichtung (H) entsprechend einem Hörprogramm aus einer vorbestimmten Anzahl von Hörprogrammen,
gekennzeichnet durch- eine von Mikrofoneinrichtung (M) und Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (V, D) verschiedene Empfangseinrichtung zum Empfang elektromagnetischer Signale und zur Ausgabe eines zweiten Eingangssignals an die Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (V, D), wobei- die Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (V, D) einen Hochfrequenzdetektor (HFD) zur Analyse des zweiten Eingangssignals aufweist, mit dessen Ausgangssignal die Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung so steuerbar ist, dass ein Hörprogramm aus der vorbestimmten Anzahl von Hörprogrammen ausgewählt wird. - Akustiksystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei mit dem Hochfrequenzdetektor (HFD) Frequenzanteile oberhalb von 1 MHz detektierbar sind.
- Akustiksystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei mit dem Hochfrequenzdetektor (HFD) eine Modulation von Hochfrequenzanteilen detektierbar ist.
- Akustiksystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Empfangseinrichtung zum Empfang von GSM-, UMTS- und/oder Bluetooth-Signalen ausgelegt ist.
- Akustiksystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Empfangseinrichtung zum Empfang von Signalen eines Schnurlostelefons ausgelegt ist.
- Hörgerätepaar mit zwei Hörgeräten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei in die Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (V, D, HFD) eines der beiden oder beider Hörgeräte eine Pegelmesseinrichtung eingebaut ist, um die Pegel oder die Pegeldifferenz der Ausgangssignale der Hochfrequenzdetektoren für die weitere Signalverarbeitung zu bestimmen.
- Hörgerätepaar nach Anspruch 7, wobei Informationen der Hochfrequenzdetektoren zwischen beiden Hörgeräten übertragbar sind.
- Verfahren zum Auswählen eines Hörprogramms eines Akustiksystems, insbesondere eines Hörgeräts, aus einer vorbestimmten Anzahl von Hörprogrammen, wobei in einem Hörprogramm- ein erstes Eingangssignal von einer Mikrofoneinrichtung (M) verarbeitet wird, gekennzeichnet durch- Verarbeiten eines zweiten Eingangssignals von einer von der Mikrofoneinrichtung (M) verschiedenen Empfangseinrichtung zum Empfang elektromagnetischer Signale, wobei- das zweite Eingangssignal nach Hochfrequenzanteilen analysiert wird, und wobei- das Auswählen des Hörprogramms in Abhängigkeit von dem Analyseergebnis erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei in Abhängigkeit des Analyseergebnisses ein Telefonspulensignal zur Erzeugung eines Ausgangssignals des Akustiksystems zumindest mitverarbeitet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, wobei Hochfrequenzanteile oberhalb von 1 MHz detektiert und analysiert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, wobei eine Modulation von Hochfrequenzanteilen des zweiten Eingangssignals detektiert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, wobei von der Empfangseinrichtung GSM-, UMTS- und/oder Bluetooth-Signale empfangen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, wobei von der Empfangseinrichtung DECT-Signale eines Schnurlostelefons empfangen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, wobei mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Hörgerät jeweils ein Pegel eines jeweils empfangenen Hochfrequenzsignals oder eine diesbezügliche Pegeldifferenz bestimmt wird, um ein elektromagnetisches Nah- oder Fernfeld unterscheiden zu können.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, wobei Informationen bezüglich des oder der Hochfrequenzsignale zwischen beiden Hörgeräten übertragen werden.
