Claims (14)
- A control device (1) with a change-over valve (5), a pump (4), especially a motor-driven pump or a hand pump, which delivers an operating medium, and connecting means for connecting the control device (1) to at least two tools, especially a first lifting cylinder (2) and a second lifting cylinder (3) or the like, wherein the change-over valve (5) can be operated manually, wherein the change-over valve (5), upon release by the operator, is automatically movable into a home position in which a build-up of pressure in the region of the tools is not possible, characterised in thata) a control valve (7) is provided between the change-over valve (5) and the tools, wherein the outlet side of the control valve (7) is connected to the tools by operating-medium lines (10, 11), wherein the control valve (7) includes a home position in which the operating medium in the respective operating-medium line (10 or 11) cannot drain off to the change-over valve (5) or cannot drain off in substantial amounts,b) the control valve (7) is a proportional valve and can also be operated manually by an operator,c) a load-holding state prevails in the home position of the change-over valve (5) and the control valve (7), andd) two or more tools are controllable by the control valve (7).

- A control device according to either one of claims 2 to 3, characterised in that, in the home position of the control valve (7), each operating-medium line (10, 11) is connected against a non-return valve (20).
- A control device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the control valve (7) has an operating member (8), especially an operating lever.
- A control device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the respective return line (12, 13) of the tools leads directly to the change-over valve (5).
- A control device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the home position of the change-over valve (5) is a position in which pressureless circulation is effected via the pump (4).
- A control device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a spring arrangement (15) is provided as a means for returning the control valve (7) to the home position.
- A control device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that an operating member (6), especially a preselector lever, is provided for actuating the change-over valve (5).
- A control device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the control device (1) is provided as an independent unit which is connected to the pump (4) and the tools in each case by the operating-medium lines (10, 11) and return lines (12, 13).
- A control device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a pressure relief valve (17) is connected in the feed line (19) between the pump (4) and the change-over valve (5) and is connected to the reservoir (18) of the pump (4).
- A control device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the control device is provided in particular for maximum operating pressures starting from 300 bar, preferably up to 500 bar, preferably from 330 bar to 430 bar.
- A control device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that hydraulic oil is provided as an operating medium.
- A control device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the tools are tools used in rescue technology, especially rescue, recovery, protection.
