Definitions

  • the invention relates to a pull-out for extending an extendable furniture part of a furniture body, with a fixable on the furniture carcass rail, attachable to the pull-out furniture part pull-out rail and at least one arranged between the carcass rail and the pull-down rail middle rail on each side of the pull-out furniture part, wherein on both body rails respectively Racks having toothed racks are mounted, with which cooperate with the extension and sliding of the extendable furniture part with this with parallel parallel guide wheels which are rotatably connected via a connecting shaft and which are each mounted in a pivotable about a horizontal pivot axis gear carrier, which in the extended state of the extendable Furniture part is pivoted in a substantially horizontal operating position, wherein the rotatably mounted in the gear carrier parallel guide gear in the toothing of the Rack engages and is located behind the rear end of the pull-out with respect to the pull-out, and which is in the retracted state of the pull-out furniture part in relation to the pull-out rear end portion of the pull-out and is pivoted in
  • Parallel guide devices for pull-outs to prevent tilting of the pull-out when pulling and pushing the pull-out furniture part.
  • pullout guides in which wide and / or heavy pull-out furniture parts, for example in the form of drawers, are guided, in the case of training the pull-out as a full or over pull this problem may occur, which can lead to a jamming of the pull-out.
  • the pull-out furniture part In the case of full extensions, the pull-out furniture part can be pulled out of the furniture body up to its rear end as seen in the pull-out direction; in the case of full extensions, it can even be extended beyond this.
  • Pull-out guides designed as full or oversized pull-outs have at least three rails on both sides of the pull-out furniture part.
  • parallel guide devices in which in each case a toothed rack with a toothing is attached to the carcass rails on both sides of the extendable furniture part. With these parallel guide gears are engaged via a connecting shaft rotatably connected to each other, whereby the synchronization of the rails is ensured on both sides of the pull-out furniture part.
  • the parallel guide gears are rotatably mounted on a fixedly mounted on the extendable furniture part bearing part.
  • This bearing part extends from the back of the pull-out furniture part to the rear and thus requires a corresponding space between the furniture body and the pull-out furniture part in the retracted state of the pull-out furniture part.
  • the object of the invention is to provide an improved pull-out with a parallel guide device that is easy to manufacture and assemble and their running properties are affected as little as possible. According to the invention, this is achieved by a pull-out guide with the features of claim 1.
  • the pivotable mounting of a respective gear carrier in the retaining tab is made by a snap connection.
  • the assembly of the pull-out on the furniture body can then be carried out in an advantageous manner such that first the carcass rails are mounted on the furniture body and the unit consisting of gear carriers and connecting shaft is snapped into the retaining tabs of Ausziehschienen in consequence.
  • the snap connection between this unit and the retaining tabs it would also be conceivable and possible to form a snap connection between the retaining tabs and the pull-out rails.
  • the consisting of the gear carriers, the connecting shaft and the retaining tabs unit could then be snapped into the pull-out rails after mounting the carcass rails on the furniture body.
  • a downward pivoting of the gear carrier, d. H. the parallel guide gears are in their rest position below the pivot axis of the respective gear carrier.
  • the swinging down into the rest position upon insertion of the pull-out furniture part by gravity takes place when the parallel guide gears and the gear carriers are moved beyond the portion over which the racks extend.
  • FIGS. 1 to 10 A first embodiment of a pull-out guide according to the invention is shown in FIGS. 1 to 10.
  • the pull-out guide serves to pull out a pull-out furniture part 1, for example a drawer, of which only a portion of its side wall is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, from a furniture body 2, for example a drawer, of which in Figs. 1 and 2 also only a portion of a side wall is shown.
  • the pull-out guide comprises a body rail 3 fastened to the furniture body 2, a pull-out rail 5 fastened to the pull-out furniture part, and a middle rail 4 arranged between the carcass rail 3 and the pull-out rail 5 on both sides of the pull-out furniture part.
  • a body rail 3 fastened to the furniture body 2 a pull-out rail 5 fastened to the pull-out furniture part
  • a middle rail 4 arranged between the carcass rail 3 and the pull-out rail 5 on both sides of the pull-out furniture part.
  • only arranged on one side of the extendable furniture part rails 3, 4, 5 are shown.
  • the formation of the opposite rails is a mirror image.
  • the pull-out guide is designed as a so-called differential guide, in which only on the center rail rollers 6 to 11 are rotatably mounted (see, in particular Fig. 14).
  • differential extensions are known and the formation of the rails and arrangement of the rollers must therefore not be explained in detail in the context of this document. How the rails 3, 4, 5 are individually displaceable or displaceable against each other, is not the subject of this invention.
  • the pull-out guide could just as well be in the form of a telescopic extension, in which rollers are rotatably mounted on each of the rails 3, 4, 5, wherein the rails 3, 4, 5 are pulled out one after the other when the furniture part 1 is extended.
  • a telescopic extension with a synchronizing device of the rails 3, 4, 5, through which a synchronous extension and insertion the rails 3, 4, 5 is reached is conceivable and possible.
  • arranged in ball cages balls may be present (so-called "ball extracts").
  • the pull-out guide is designed as a full extension, in which the rear end 14 of the pull-out rail 5 relative to the pull-out direction 12 is approximately in the region of the front end 13 of the carcass rail 3.
  • a training as overdraw is conceivable and possible, in which the rear end 14 of the pull-5 is extendable beyond the front end 13 of the carcass rail 3 addition.
  • Such full or over excerpts have, in addition to a carcass rail 3 and a pull-out rail 5, at least one middle rail 4. It would also be conceivable and possible to provide more than one middle rail.
  • a rack 15 is mounted, which has a toothing 16.
  • the toothed rack 15 is fastened to a lower horizontal flange 17 of the carcass rail 3.
  • the toothing 16 of the toothed rack is directed upwards and arranged on a web on the side facing away from the adjacent body side wall side web of the rack 15.
  • the rack 15 may be integrally formed and for example made of plastic.
  • the toothing 16 of the rack 15 extends over a subsequent to the front end 13 of the carcass rail section 18 of the carcass rail 3, which is shorter than two-thirds of the longitudinal extent of the carcass rail 3, preferably shorter than half the longitudinal extent of the carcass rail 3.
  • the toothing 16 extends over the entire length of the rack 15 with the exception of a portion at the rear end of the rack 15, which has an inlet slope 19.
  • the toothed rack 15 is therefore also substantially shorter than the carcass rail 3 and extends over a section adjoining the front end 13 of the carcass rail 3.
  • the rack 15 has on the side facing away from the adjacent body side wall side a continuous longitudinal groove 20, whose rear end portion widens in a funnel shape and the inlet slope 19 is formed.
  • a retaining tab 21 is attached to its underside.
  • This retaining lug 21 attached to the lower horizontal flange 32 of the pull-out rail 5 in the embodiment shown serves for the pivotable mounting of a toothed wheel carrier 22.
  • the toothed rack 22 is thus in the retracted state of the pull-out furniture part 1 in a rear end area of the pull-out guide.
  • the first transmission gear 23 is rotatably mounted at the end of a connecting shaft 26.
  • the pivotable mounting of the gear carrier 22 takes place on the retaining tab 21 via the connecting shaft 26.
  • the retaining tab 21 has for this purpose a bearing recess 27, which receives the connecting shaft 26.
  • the connecting shaft 26 is due to the elasticity of the material of the retaining tab 21 by an insertion slot 28 whose inside width is slightly smaller than the diameter of the connecting shaft at this point of the connecting shaft, inserted into the bearing recess and can be snapped in this way in the bearing recess.
  • the axial alignment of the connecting shaft relative to the retaining tab 21 can be achieved by cooperating with the retaining tab 21 projections or recesses of the connecting shaft 26.
  • the connecting shaft 26 extends continuously to the other, not shown in the Fig. Side of the pull-out, which, as I said is a mirror image with respect to a vertical longitudinal center plane.
  • a first transmission gear is thus rotatably mounted, which meshes with a second transmission gear, which in turn meshes with a parallel guide gear.
  • the gears are in turn rotatably mounted in a gear carrier, said mirror image formed gear carrier is in turn pivotally mounted via the connecting shaft 26 pivotally mounted on a pull-out on the retaining tab.
  • a guide projection 29 which serves to guide the gear carrier 22 in the longitudinal groove 20 of the rack 15 and is strip-shaped in the illustrated embodiment (see. Fig. 7 to 10).
  • the parallel guide gear 25 is in the rest position below the pivot axis 30 of the gear carrier 22 relative to the retaining tab 21, wherein the gear carrier 22 assumes its equilibrium position under the influence of gravity.
  • This horizontal operating position serves to reach over the last portion of the Ausziehweges before reaching the fully extended state by the gear carrier extension over the rear end 14 of the Ausziehschiene 5, wherein the parallel guide gear 25 to the fully extended state with the teeth 16 of the rack 15 remains engaged.
  • the fully extended state is shown in FIGS. 2, 5 and 10.
  • a parallel guidance is also effected by these in connection with the connecting shaft 26.
  • the first transmission gears 23 are not engaged with the gears 16 and the parallel guidance is achieved via the parallel guide gears 25.
  • the longitudinal grooves 20 in conjunction with the guide projections 29 serve to fix the pivot position of the gear carrier 22 about its pivot axis 30 in its substantially horizontal operating position.
  • the embodiment shown in Figs. 11 to 13 differs from the first embodiment described above in that in the gear carrier 22 only the parallel guide gear 25 is rotatably mounted, which is mounted directly on the respective end of the connecting shaft 26 rotatably.
  • the gear carrier 22 is mounted here via a bearing pin 31 pivotally mounted in the bearing recess 27 of the retaining tab 21, in which he is in turn snapped.
  • This embodiment is useful if there is sufficient space below the drawer, so that in the rest position of the gear carrier 22 drooping connecting shaft 26 is not, for example, load of a lower drawer in the way.
  • the longitudinal grooves 20 may extend to the vicinity of the rear end of the body rails 3, wherein the racks 15 would be extended accordingly, the teeth 16 but only a subsequent to the front end of the carcass rail section 3 of the racks 15th would extend.
  • the connecting shaft 26 and the bearing pin 31 could also be fixedly connected to the retaining tab 21 and the retaining tab 21 can be snapped into the pull-5.
  • a downward pivoting of the gear carrier 22 by gravity after extending from the longitudinal grooves 20 during insertion of the extendable furniture part 1 is preferred, it would also be conceivable that the gear carrier 22 swing up in its substantially vertical rest position.
  • a gear carrier 22 may be present in its pivoted-up rest position biasing spring, so that the gear carrier 22 when driving over the rear end of the carcass rail 3 up to its rest position (at the rear end of the carcass rail then a guide should be present to the gear carrier at Extend the pull-out furniture part against the force of their springs down to their horizontal operating position to lead).
