Claims (17)
- Verteilerkopf für ein Flüssigprodukt, welcher dazu bestimmt ist, auf eine Öffnung eines Flüssigproduktbehälters montiert zu werden, wobei dieser Kopf umfasst:ein Verteilerventil (16, 21, 22) welches elastisch zwischen einer geschlossenen Position, bei das Flüssigprodukt nicht aus dem Behälter durch den Kopf hindurch ausfließen kann, und einer geöffneten Position, bei der das Flüssigprodukt aus dem Behälter durch den Kopf hindurch ausfließen kann, verstellbar ist, undein Betätigungsorgan (25), welches manuell betätigbar ist, um das Verteilerventil aus seiner geschlossenen Position zu der geöffneten Position hin zu verstellen, wobei der Kopf einen Sockel (1) und eine Kappe (2) umfasst, wobei der Sockel einen ersten Teil (16) des Ventils bildet, die Kappe einen zweiten Teil (21, 22) des Ventils bildet, welcher dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem ersten Teil zusammenzuwirken, um gemeinsam dieses Verteilerventil zu bilden, wobei der erste, von dem Sockel gebildete Teil einen Ringsitz umfasst, der zweite, von der Kappe gebildete Teil ein bewegliches Ringorgan (21) umfasst, welches dazu bestimmt ist, in der geschlossenen Position in abdichtenden Kontakt mit dem Sitz zu kommen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ringsitz des Sockels verformbar ist, und dass wenigstens ein den Kopf bildendes Element durch gemeinsame Gießformung zweier unterschiedlicher Plastikmaterialien gebildet ist.
- Verteilerkopf nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem das Ventil und das Betätigungsorgan einstückig durch Gießformen von Plastikmaterial realisiert sind.
- Verteilerkopf für ein Flüssigprodukt nach Anspruch 2, bei welchem das Ventil und das Betätigungsorgan durch aufeinanderfolgendes Gießformen in einer gleichen Form aus wenigstens zwei unterschiedlichen Plastikmaterialien realisiert sind.
- Verteilerkopf nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei welchem die Kappe mit dem Sockel über ein Scharnier (112) verbunden ist.
- Verteilerkopf nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei welchem die Kappe (2) mit dem Sockel (1) verbunden und gegenüber dem Sockel (1) zwischen einer Gieß-Anfangsposition und einer Montage-Endposition verstellbar ist, bei der die Kappe in abdichtender Weise an dem Sockel montiert ist.
- Verteilerkopf für ein Flüssigprodukt nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei welchem der erste und der zweite Teil des Ventils in der Montage-Endposition im Eingriff sind, während sie in der Gieß-Anfangsposition voneinander getrennt sind.
- Verteilerkopf für ein Flüssigprodukt nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei welchem der verformbare Ringsitz durch eine elastisch verformbare Ringlippe (16) gebildet ist.
- Verteilerkopf für ein Flüssigprodukt nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei welchem die Lippe aus einem elastomeren Plastikmaterial realisiert ist, wobei die Lippe durch eine gemeinsame Gießformung mit einem starren Ringstutzen (15) verbunden ist, welcher aus einem sehr viel härteren Plastikmaterial realisiert ist.
- Verteilerkopf für ein Flüssigprodukt nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei welchem das bewegliche Ringorgan eine starre Hülse (21) umfasst, welche ein freies, ringförmiges Ende (211) aufweist, welches dazu bestimmt ist, in der geschlossenen Position in einen abdichtenden Kontakt mit dem Sitz (16) zu kommen, sowie Mittel (22) zum Bilden eines Ausflussdurchgangs, welche so ausgelegt sind, dass sie in der geöffneten Position in einen nicht abdichtenden Kontakt mit dem Sitz (16) kommen.
- Verteilerkopf für ein Flüssigprodukt nach Anspruch 9, bei welchem die Mittel zum Bilden eines Ausflussdurchganges Längsrippen (22) umfassen, welche an einer Außenwand der Hülse oberhalb des freien, ringförmigen Endes (211) ausgebildet sind.
- Verteilerkopf für ein Flüssigprodukt nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei welchem die Kappe (2) das Betätigungsorgan (25) bildet.
- Verteilerkopf für ein Flüssigprodukt nach Anspruch 11, bei welchem das Betätigungsorgan der Kappe eine bewegliche Druckfläche (25) umfasst, wobei der zweite Teil (21, 22) mit der Druckfläche (25) bewegungsverbunden ist, wobei die Kappe außerdem eine externe, starre Krone aufweist, die mit dem Sockel (1) in der End-Montageposition im abdichtenden Eingriff ist, wobei diese Krone (23) mit der Druckfläche (25) und dem zweiten Teil (21, 22) über eine elastisch verformbare Membrane (26) verbunden ist.
- Verteilerkopf für ein Flüssigprodukt nach Anspruch 12, bei welchem die Membrane aus einem elastomeren Plastikmaterial hergestellt ist, wobei die Membrane durch einen gemeinsamen Gießvorgang einerseits mit der Krone und andererseits mit der Druckfläche und dem zweiten Teil verbunden ist, wobei die Krone, die Druckfläche und der zweite Teil aus einem sehr viel härteten Plastikmaterial hergestellt sind.
- Verteilerkopf für ein Flüssigprodukt nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, umfassend einen Eintrittsraum (10), welcher von einem Austrittsraum (18) durch das Ventil getrennt ist, wobei der Austrittsraum sich in konzentrischer Weise um den Eintrittsraum herum erstreckt.
- Verteilerkopf für ein Flüssigprodukt nach Anspruch 14, bei welchem der Sockel (1) eine Verteileröffnung (12) bildet, die stromaufwärts mit dem Austrittsraum (18) in Verbindung steht.
- Verteilerkopf für ein Flüssigprodukt nach Anspruch 15, bei welchem am Sockel (1) eine Lufteinlassöffnung (13) ausgebildet ist, die mit dem Austrittsraum (18) in Verbindung steht.
