Der Griffdorn ragt in den Flügel und greift in das Getriebe ein. Wird das Griffteil mit einer Kraft beaufschlagt, so kann sich das freie Ende des Griffdorns innerhalb des Flügels bewegen und so das Getriebe beschädigen. Ist der Griffdorn dagegen in einem Widerlager gelagert, so ist der Griffdorn an zwei Stellen gelagert, nämlich in der Rosette und im Widerlager, und kann keine Schwenkbewegung mehr ausführen. In der Fig. 1 ist eine Schnittdarstellung durch eine Griffanordnung 1 gezeigt. Ein Griffteil 2 ist drehfest mit einem Griffdorn 3 verbunden. Der Griffdorn 3 ragt in einen Flügel 4 einer Tür. Dabei durchragt er ein Getriebe 5. Der Griffdorn 3 ist in einer Rosette 6 gelagert, die griffseitig am Flügel 4 anliegt. Bei einer durch das Griffteil 2 eingebrachten Drehbewegung wird durch den Griffdorn 3 das Getriebe 5 angetrieben, so dass die Bewegung des Griffteils 2 auf eine Beschlaganordnung 7, die beispielsweise zum Ver- und Entriegeln des Flügels 4 dient, übertragen wird. Das freie Ende 8 des Griffdorns 3 ist in einem als Lagerbuchse ausgebildeten Widerlager 9 gelagert. Bei einem Krafteintrag quer zur dargestellten Lage der Griffdornachse 10 kann also allenfalls eine geringfügige Verschwenkung des Griffdorns 3 in der Griffdornausnehmung 11 erfolgen. Das Ausmaß der zulässigen Verschwenkung kann durch das Spiel des freien Endes 8 im Widerlager 9 eingestellt werden. Bei nur geringem Spiel kann auch nur eine geringe Verschwenkung erfolgen. Dies bedeutet, dass das Getriebe 5 nicht aufgrund einer Verschwenkung des Griffdorns 3 aufgrund eines Krafteintrags am Griffteil 2 quer zur Griffdornachse 10 beschädigt werden kann. Das Widerlager 9 ist an einem Befestigungselement 12 angeordnet, welches mit der Rosette 6 beispielweise über zwei den Flügel 4 durchgreifende Schrauben verschraubt ist. Das Befestigungselement 12 liegt mit einer Anlagefläche 13 an einem Abschnitt 14 in einer Befestigungsnut 15 des Flügel 4 an. Da die Rosette 6 griffseitig am Flügel 4 anliegt, wird der Flügel 4 zwischen die Rosette 6 und das Befestigungselement 12 eingespannt. Dadurch ergibt sich eine besonders stabile Anordnung.
