Claims (7)

  1. Fraise pour parois moulées, avec :
    - un châssis de fraise (40),
    - un flasque (12), qui est disposé à la partie inférieure du châssis de fraise (40),
    - au moins une roue de fraisage, qui est mise en place sur le flasque (12) en étant mobile en rotation,
    - un dispositif d'entraînement (48), qui est fixé sur le châssis de fraisage (40) à une certaine distance du flasque (12),
    - un dispositif de transmission (14), qui est disposé dans le flasque (12) et dans lequel de l'huile pour transmission est prévue comme agent de lubrification pour le dispositif de transmission (14), et
    - un arbre de transmission (20), qui transmet un couple du dispositif d'entraînement (48) au dispositif de transmission (14) dans le flasque (12),
    l'arbre de transmission (20) étant relié à son extrémité supérieure à un arbre (47) d'un moteur de sortie du dispositif d'entraînement (48) par l'intermédiaire d'un manchon de liaison (46),
    caractérisée :
    - en ce qu'au niveau de sa partie extérieure, le manchon de liaison (46) est monté en étant mobile en rotation dans le châssis de fraise (40) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un palier (49),
    - en ce que l'arbre de transmission (20) comprend un filetage extérieur (44), qui est constitué en tant que vis de circulation pour la circulation de l'huile pour transmission du dispositif de transmission (14) dans le flasque (12) dans la direction du dispositif d'entraînement (48), et
    - en ce qu'à une extrémité supérieure de l'arbre de transmission (20), un dispositif de distribution (24) est prévu pour une distribution supplémentaire de l'huile pour transmission comme agent de lubrification pour le au moins un palier (49) du manchon de liaison (46).
  2. Fraise pour parois moulées selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée :
    en ce que le dispositif de distribution (24) comprend, pour une distribution supplémentaire de l'huile pour transmission, une denture.
  3. Fraise pour parois moulées selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée :
    en ce qu'il est prévu un logement pour l'huile de transmission, dans lequel au moins une extrémité inférieure du filetage extérieur (44) de l'arbre de transmission (20) s'étend.
  4. Fraise pour parois moulées selon une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisée :
    en ce que le au moins un palier (49) est un palier à roulement, en particulier un palier à roulement à billes.
  5. Fraise pour parois moulées selon une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisée :
    en ce que, dans une région de l'arbre (47) du moteur de sortie du dispositif d'entraînement (48), est disposé au moins un joint d'étanchéité (50), en particulier une garniture d'étanchéité à anneau glissant, et
    en ce que l'arbre de transmission (20) est conformé pour permettre la lubrification du au moins un joint d'étanchéité (50).
  6. Fraise pour parois moulées selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisée :
    en ce que le au moins un joint d'étanchéité (50) est disposé du côté extérieur du manchon de liaison (46).
  7. Fraise pour parois moulées selon une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisée :
    en ce que, dans une région située au-dessus du au moins un palier (49), est disposé un canal annulaire (27) à partir duquel de l'huile pour transmission excédentaire pour le dispositif de transmission (14) peut être évacuée par l'intermédiaire d'un orifice de retour (28) dans le flasque (12).
