Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Brandschutzverglasung aus feststehenden und/oder zu öffnenden Elementen, insbesondere zur Verwendung in einer Fassade, mit Rahmen bzw. Flügeln aus Holzprofilen, an denen die Brandschutzscheibe auf der Innenseite durch hölzerne Glashalteleisten unter Zwischenfügen von Vorlegebändern und Abdichten mit Silikon festgelegt ist und die auf der Außenseite mit Abdeckprofilen aus Aluminium wettergeschützt ist.
- Brandschutzverglasungen sind für den Innenausbau in verschiedenen Ausführungen bekannt, z.B. aus
DE-U-88 00 593 ,DE-A 199 04 963 oderGB-A-2 203 786 - Ähnliche Konstruktionen werden zur Herstellung von Fassaden verwendet, wobei die Außenseite der Holzprofile mit Abdeckprofilen aus Aluminium gegen Witterungseinflüsse geschützt ist. Diese Konstruktionen sind bisher nicht als Brandschutzverglasung zugelassen, da im Brandfall die Aluminiumverkleidung schmilzt und die Brandschutzscheiben aus den Rahmen bzw. Flügeln herausfallen können.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Brandschutzverglasung der eingangs definierten Art zu schaffen, die alle Anforderungen des Brandschutzes erfüllt und insbesondere das Herausfallen der Brandschutzscheiben verhindert.
- Die Lösung dieser Aufgabenstellung durch die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brandschutzscheiben auf der Außenseite durch Stahlprofile gehalten sind, die zwischen dem Holzprofil und dem Abdeckprofil aus Aluminium angeordnet sind.
- Bei der erfindungsgemäßen weitergebildeten Brandschutzverglasung werden im Brandfall die Brandschutzscheiben durch die auf die Außenseite der Holzprofile aufgebrachten Stahlprofile gehalten, die auch beim Wegschmelzen der aus Aluminium bestehenden Abdeckprofile einen sicheren Halt der Brandschutzscheiben in der Verglasung ergeben.
- Gemäß einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung wird das bandförmige Stahlprofil in eine Aussparung des Holzprofiles eingebracht, so daß sich keine Volumenvergrößerung des Holzprofiles ergibt.
- Das Stahlprofil wird erfindungsgemäß am Holzprofil durch Befestigungselemente gehalten, die zugleich der Befestigung des Abdeckprofils dienen. Hierdurch wird ein zusätzlicher Aufwand für die Befestigung der Stahlprofile vermieden. Bei den Befestigungselementen kann es sich um Schrauben handeln, deren Kopf vorzugsweise das Abdeckprofil trägt.
- Mit der Erfindung wird weiterhin vorgeschlagen, zwischen dem Holzprofil und dem Abdeckprofil aus Aluminium Dichtungen anzuordnen. Diese Dichtungen verbessern den mit dem Abdeckprofil erzeugten Witterungsschutz des Holzprofiles und ermöglichen darüber hinaus einen elastischen Anschluß benachbarter Profile, insbesondere von zu öffnenden Flügeln.
- Als Stahlprofil wird gemäß einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung ein Band aus Edelstahl verwendet, so daß die Stahlprofile keine Wartungsarbeiten erfordern. Als Brandschutzscheiben können je nach Anforderung sowohl strahlungsverhindernde als auch nicht-strahlungsverhindernde Gläser verwendet werden.
- Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer erfindungsgemäßen Brandschutzverglasung dargestellt, und zwar zeigen:
- Fig. 1
- eine Innenansicht eines Fassadenelements,
- Fig. 2
- einen Querschnitt gemäß der Schnittlinie II-II in
Fig. 1 und - Fig. 3
- einen weiteren Querschnitt gemäß der Schnittlinie III-III.
- Das in
Fig. 1 anhand einer Innenansicht dargestellte Fassadenelement besitzt einen feststehenden Rahmen R, in dem ein Drehflügel D und ein Kippflügel K neben drei feststehenden Elementen E angeordnet sind. Sowohl die Rahmen der feststehenden Elemente E als auch die Flügel der zu öffnenden Drehflügel D bzw. Kippflügel K bestehen aus Holzprofilen 1, die anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels in denFign. 2 und 3 dargestellt sind. - Diese Darstellungen zeigen, daß sowohl an den Holzprofilen 1 des feststehenden Rahmens R als auch am Holzprofil 1 des Drehflügels D die Brandschutzscheiben 2 auf der Innenseite mittels einer hölzernen Glashalteleiste 3 gehalten sind, die durch Schrauben 4 befestigt ist. Zwischen die Brandschutzscheibe 2 und die Glashalteleiste 3 ist ein Vorlegeband 5 eingelegt, das durch Silikon 6 abgedichtet ist.
- Die Außenseite der Brandschutzscheiben 2 wird durch ein Stahlprofil 7 gehalten, das in eine Aussparung 1a des Holzprofiles 1 eingesetzt ist. Bei dem in den Fign. dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel wird ein bandförmiges Edelstahlprofil verwendet. Auch zwischen dem Stahlprofil 7 und der Brandschutzscheibe 2 ist ein Vorlegeband 5 eingefügt, das durch Silikon 6 abgedichtet ist.
- Bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel wird das Stahlprofil 7 an der Außenseite des Holzprofiles 1 durch Befestigungselemente 8 gehalten, die zugleich der Befestigung von Abdeckprofilen 9 aus Aluminium dienen, welche die Außenseite der Holzprofile 1 gegen Witterungseinflüsse schützen. Diese Abdeckprofile 9 sind mit verschiedenen Dichtungen 10a versehen, die eine zuverlässige Abdichtung des Abdeckprofils 9 aus Aluminium gegenüber dem Holzprofil 1 bzw. Stahlprofil 7 oder gegenüber Abdeckprofilen 9 der beweglichen Drehflügel D und Kippflügel K ergeben. Weitere Dichtungen 10b und 10c sind zwischen dem Holzprofil 1 des feststehenden Rahmens R und dem Holzprofil 1 der beweglichen Drehflügel D bzw. Kippflügel K angeordnet, wie
Fig. 2 zeigt. - Im Falle eines Brandes, bei dem das Abdeckprofil 9 aus Aluminium wegschmelzen könnte, hält das an der Außenseite des Holzprofiles 1 befestigte Stahlprofil 7 die Brandschutzscheibe 2 sowohl im feststehenden Rahmen R als auch im Flügelrahmen des Drehflügels D bzw. Kippflügels K fest, so daß entsprechend der Dimensionierung der Holzprofile 1 und der Ausbildung der Brandschutzscheiben 2 die gewünschte Brandschutzwirkung erzielt wird.

Claims (7)
- Brandschutzverglasung aus feststehenden und/oder zu öffnenden Elementen, insbesondere zur Verwendung in einer Fassade, mit Rahmen bzw. Flügeln aus Holzprofilen (1), an denen die Brandschutzscheibe (2) auf der Innenseite durch hölzerne Glashalteleisten (3) unter Zwischenfügen von Vorlegebändern (5) und Abdichten mit Silikon (6) festgelegt ist und die auf der Außenseite mit Abdeckprofilen (9) aus Aluminium wettergeschützt ist, wobei die Brandschutzscheiben (2) auf der Außenseite durch Stahlprofile (7) gehalten sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stahlprofile (7) zwischen dem Holzprofil (1) und dem Abdeckprofil (9) aus Aluminium angeordnet sind.
- Brandschutzverglasung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein bandförmiges Stahlprofil (7) in eine Aussparung (1a) des Holzprofiles (1) eingebracht ist.
- Brandschutzverglasung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stahlprofil (7) am Holzprofil (1) durch Befestigungselemente (8) gehalten ist, die zugleich der Befestigung des Abdeckprofils (9) dienen.
- Brandschutzverglasung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (8) als Schraube ausgebildet sind, deren Kopf das Abdeckprofil (9) trägt.
- Brandschutzverglasung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Holzprofil (1) und dem Abdeckprofil (9) Dichtungen (10a, 10b) angeordnet sind.
- Brandschutzverglasung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Stahlprofil (7) ein Band aus Edelstahl verwendet wird.
- Brandschutzverglasung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Brandschutzscheiben (2) strahlungsverhindernde Gläser verwendet werden.
