Description

The invention relates to a cable brake for an elevator for stopping a cable strand by means acting on the cable brake plates, wherein a trigger mechanism initiates the braking operation and springs generate the braking force of the brake plates, which are reset after braking by means of a reset mechanism to the starting position.

From the patent EP 0 651 724 B1 a rope brake has become known in which the support cables run between two brake plates. The one brake plate is firmly connected to the brake housing, the other brake plate is actuated by means of a U-bracket, wherein the U-bracket is connected by means of an axis guided on a control cam. The axis is electromagnetically unlocked, wherein the axis is moved by means of compression springs along the control cam and the actuatable brake plate presses the support cables against the fixed brake plate. The resetting of the axle takes place by means of hydraulic cylinders.

A disadvantage of the known device is that the rope brake is constructed consuming. The tripping mechanism, the cam-guided axis, the reset mechanism and the brake housing are costly to manufacture and time consuming to install.

From the DD 142 032 a rope brake acting as a sliding device has become known for a lift. On both sides of a guided between guide cables, centrally mounted on a frame suspension shoes are arranged. Shoe mountings are hinged to angle levers via tie rods. Prestressed compression springs act on the angle levers. To adjust the Gleitfangvorrichtung adjusting nuts are arranged on the suspension bolts and nuts with the spring receiving. The reset of the triggered Gleitfangvorrichtung takes place due to gravity in the vertical direction, the adjustment of the spring travel of the compression springs takes place in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the compression springs.

Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. The invention aims to remedy this situation. The invention, as characterized in claim 1 solves the problem of avoiding the disadvantages of the known device and to provide a simple and reliable working rope brake.

Advantageous developments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.

The advantages achieved by the invention are essentially to be seen in the fact that the release of the rope brake by means of gravity takes place. The trigger mechanism can be constructed much easier. A gravitationally acted mass element triggers the rope brake abruptly, which improves the tripping reliability. Next advantageous is the simply constructed reset mechanism with dual function. The rope brake can by means of the reset mechanism after a trigger again be made ready for use. In addition, with the reset mechanism, the compression springs can be biased differently depending on the load or speed of the elevator car. In addition, the simply constructed rope brake is easily retrofitted and is virtually maintenance-free and also needs no energy. The rope brake can be mounted with little effort and essentially without interfaces.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of an elevator system with the inventive safety device. An elevator car 1, which can be moved in an elevator shaft (not shown) with doors 2, is connected to a counterweight 4 movable in the elevator shaft by means of a cable strand 3. An electric motor 5 drives an input shaft 6 of a transmission 7. At an output shaft 8 of the transmission 7, a rope pulley 3 driving and supporting traction sheave 9 is arranged. The transmission 7 has, for example, a worm 7.1 arranged on the input shaft 6 and a worm wheel 7.2 arranged on the output shaft 8. Other types of transmission such as a spur gear are also conceivable. At the transmission-side end of the input shaft 6, a service brake 10 is provided.

At the motor end of the input shaft 6, a first encoder 11 for detecting the rotational speed of the input shaft 6 is arranged. At the drive-plate-side end of the output shaft 8, a second encoder 12 for detecting the rotational speed of the output shaft 8 is arranged. As a variant, the second encoder 12, as shown by a broken line, instead of the speed of the output shaft 8, the speed of the traction sheave 9 or the movement of the rope strand 3 detect. The signals of the encoders 11, 12 are fed to an evaluation unit 13 which, depending on the result of the evaluation, interrupts a safety circuit 14 of an elevator control, not shown, and / or activates a rope brake 15. Transmitter 13 and encoder 11,12 form a detector for monitoring the speed of the input shaft 6 and the output shaft 8 and for generating actuator signals for example, the rope brake 15th

Fig. 2 shows the basic structure of the rope brake 15 with vertical rope course. The rope brake 15 consists of a housing 16 to which a first brake plate 17 is fixedly arranged and a second brake plate 18 which is movably arranged in the housing 16. In normal operation, the cable strand 3 passes between the brake plates 17,18. The cable strand 3 is held by means disposed above the elevator car clamp 19 in a plane defined by the brake plates 17,18 level. At the second brake plate 18, a first provided with pin 20 pressure plate 21 is arranged. The pins 20 carry compression springs 22 which are clamped between the first pressure plate 21 and a second, displaceable in the housing 16 pressure plate 23. The second pressure plate 23 is displaceable by means of a screw 16 rotatably mounted on the housing 16 and arranged on the second pressure plate 23 nut 25 along the path designated w, wherein the compression springs 22 are biased depending on the position of the second pressure plate 23. In the end position denoted by e1, the compression springs 22 are relaxed, wherein the first pressure plate 21 and acting on the first pressure plate 21 release rods 26 are movable into their initial position and latched to the nose 32. The trip bars 26 are guided on the housing 16 and connected to the first pressure plate 21 opposite ends by means of a transverse web 27. After locking the transverse web 27 with a first trigger lever 28, the screw 24 is rotated on a screw head 29 until the second pressure plate 23 has reached its working position. Screw 24 with screw head 29 and nut 25 form the reset mechanism RM. The second pressure plate 23 is movable into the end position designated e2. The working position of the second pressure plate 23 is depending on the compression springs 22, of the elevator car 1 and its load and of the rated speed of the elevator car. 1

Haltebügel 35, Elektromagnet 36, Masseelement 37, Führungsstangen 38 und erster Auslösehebel 28 bilden den Auslösemechanismus AM.The first trigger lever 28 consists of a first leg 30 and a second leg 31 with nose 32, wherein the first trigger lever 28 is rotatably mounted on a first axis 33. In operation, the nose 32 locks with the crossbar 27. The position of the crossbar 27 can be monitored by means of sensor 34, for example by means of limit switches. Arranged on a mounting bracket 35 is an electromagnet 36 which, in the activated state, holds a mass element 37. Bracket 35, solenoid 36, mass member 37, guide rods 38 and first trigger lever 28 form the trigger mechanism AM.

Once the solenoid 36 is de-energized, the mass element 37 falls down along the guide rods 38 under the action of gravity and strikes the first leg 30 of the first trigger lever 28. Springs 41 ensure a safe detachment of the mass element 37 from the electromagnet 36. By the rotational movement the first trigger lever 28 are the nose 32, the crossbar 27 free, the compression springs 22 press the second, released by means of the release rods 26 brake plate 18 against the cable strand 3.

Fig. 3, Fig. 4 und Fig. 5 zeigen den Ausschnitt A der Seilbremse 15 im Auslösefall. Fig. 3 zeigt die Seilbremse 15 bei Normalbetrieb. 3, 4 and 5 show the detail A of the rope brake 15 in the event of triggering. FIGS. 7 and 8 show the basic structure of the rope brake 15 at an angle rope course. Fig. 9 shows a three-dimensional view of the inventive rope brake with oblique rope course. The cable course is inclined relative to the vertical (vertical) by the angle n. With the arranged in the vertical guide rods 38, the operation of the mass element 37 is maintained. When triggered, the mass element 37 meets a second release lever 39 which is rotatably mounted on a second axis 40 and the first release lever 28 is actuated. Fig. 8 shows the position of the nose 32 after the impact of the mass 37 on the second trigger lever 39th

Fig. 10 zeigt eine Ausführungsvariante der Seilbremse 15. Fig. 10 shows a variant of the cable brake 15. The compression springs 22 are supported at one end directly to the housing 16 and the other end to the first pressure plate 21. At the first pressure plate 21, the trip bar 26 engages, which has an adjusting screw 26.1 at the opposite end. Per cable brake side is guided by means of guide rods 38 and arranged on a slide 37.1 mass element 37 is provided, wherein the slide 37.1 by means of a bolt 36.1 of the electromagnet 36 is releasable. Once the solenoid 36 is electrically applied, the bolt 36.1 is withdrawn and the mass member 37 falls on the U-shaped first trigger lever 28 consisting of first leg 30 and second leg 31, wherein each cable brake side of the mass element 37 on the corresponding leg 30 of the U falls and the first trigger lever 28 is rotated about the axis 33 in the release position.

Fig. 11 zeigt Einzelheiten des Auslösemechanismus AM der Seilbremse 15 gemäss Fig. 10. Fig. 11 shows details of the release mechanism AM of the rope brake 15 according to Fig. 10 , The first trigger lever 28 is shown in its release position with a bold line. A guided in a long slot 16.1 of the housing 16 bolt 16.2 holds the trip bar 26 on a nose 26.2 back, the movement of the bolt 16.2 down by means of a nose 28.1 of the first trigger lever 28 is prevented. When triggered, the way of the bolt is 16.2 down freely. Under the action of the spring force of the compression springs 22, the trip bar 26 is moved in the direction of the cable strand 3 and initiated the braking process.

The reset of the compression springs 36 by means of the clamping nut 26.1, which engages in a right-hand thread and in a left-hand thread of the trip bar 26. By turning the clamping nut 26.1, the trip bar 26 is extended overall until the nose 26.2 again in the position according to Fig. 11 is and the bolt 16.2 can again assume its initial position in which the nose 26.2 locked to the bolt 16.2 and the nose 28.1. Then, the clamping nut 26.1 is rotated in the opposite direction, whereby the total length of the trip bar 26 is shortened and the compression springs 36 are re-tensioned.
