Abstract

Wenigstens annähernd becherförmige Verpackung(1), an deren Außenseite eine Einrichtung(8) zur Aufnahme eines Gegenstandes(9) vorgesehen ist, wobei der Gegenstand als Löffel ausgebildet sein kann.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine wenigstens annähernd becherförmige Verpackung.
  • Es sind verschiedenartigste becherförmige Verpackungen bekannt. Diese werden oftmals für Joghurt, Desserts oder dergleichen verwendet.
  • Derartige Becher weisen alle den Nachteil auf, daß der Endkunde beim Verzehr des Produkts einen Löffel benutzen muss, der entweder gar nicht oder aber als separates Teil mitgeliefert wird.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine derartige becherförmige Verpackung vorzuschlagen, welche einen Löffel oder dergleichen beinhaltet.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß an der Außenseite eine Einrichtung zur Aufnahme eines Gegenstandes vorgesehen ist.
  • Dadurch lassen sich beliebige Gegenstände mit dem Becher zu einer Einheit verbinden.
  • Dabei hat es sich als sehr vorteilhaft erwiesen, wenn eine Einrichtung zur Aufnahme eines Löffels vorgesehen ist.
  • Hierdurch wird die Möglichkeit eröffnet, einen Löffel zusammen mit dem das Produkt enthaltenden Becher zu verkaufen.
  • Als besonders vorteilhaft hat es sich erwiesen, wenn der Becher entlang seines Mantels eine Einbuchtung zur Aufnahme des Löffels aufweist.
  • Der Mantel weist im allgemeinen die größten Abmessungen auf, wodurch sich auch längere Löffel oder dergleichen unterbringen lassen.
  • Eine weitere äußerst vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt auch dann vor, wenn der Becher im Bereich seines Bodens eine Einbuchtung zur Aufnahme des Löffelkopfes aufweist.
  • Dabei hat es sich als sehr vorteilhaft erwiesen, wenn der Becher an seinem Mantel eine Einbuchtung zur Aufnahme des Löffelstiles aufweist.
  • Ebenfalls sehr vorteilhaft ist es, wenn der Löffel eine Knickstelle bzw. ein Scharnier aufweist.
  • Hiermit lassen sich auch Löffel oder dergleichen mit dem Becher verbinden, die eine größere Abmessung in Längsrichtung aufweisen, als die Höhe des Mantels.
  • Als besonders vorteilhaft hat es sich erwiesen, wenn das Scharnier eine Verrastung aufweist.
  • Hierdurch kann der Löffel nach dem Lösen vom Becher sehr stabil wieder in eine gerade Form gebracht werden.
  • Eine weitere sehr vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt auch darin, daß der Löffel ein Folienscharnier aufweist.
  • Ein Folienscharnier bietet eine stabile aber dennoch hinreichend flexible Verbindung zwischen den beiden Teilen.
  • Sehr vorteilhaft ist es auch, wenn das Scharnier wenigstens annähernd am Übergang zwischen Löffelkopf und Löffelstil vorgesehen ist.
  • Damit lässt sich der Löffelkopf im Bodenbereich des Bechers und der Löffelstil im Mantelbereich des Bechers unterbringen, wodurch auch der Raumverlust im Becher minimiert werden kann.
  • Eine weitere sehr vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt auch darin, daß der Löffel eine Trennstelle aufweist.
  • Hierdurch lässt sich der Löffel in mehrere, einzeln am Becher anbringbare Teile zerlegen.
  • Dabei hat es sich als sehr vorteilhaft erwiesen, wenn die Trennstelle als Steckverbindung ausgebildet ist.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren Fortbildung der Erfindung ist es äußerst vorteilhaft, wenn eine Außenhülle vorgesehen ist, welche den Becher wenigstens teilweise umgibt.
  • Dadurch wird der Becher zusätzlich stabilisiert.
  • Dabei hat es sich auch als sehr vorteilhaft erwiesen, wenn die Außenhülle den Becher im Bereich seines Mantels umgibt.
  • Ebenfalls sehr vorteilhaft ist es, wenn die Außenhülle den Boden des Bechers abdeckt.
  • Damit wird der Becher desweiteren vor etwaigen Beschädigungen geschützt.
  • Eine weitere sehr vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt auch darin, daß die Außenhülle den Becher zusammen mit dem angebrachten Gegenstand umgibt.
  • Hierdurch ist der Gegenstand zusammen mit dem Becher vor Beschädigungen geschützt. Zudem wird der Gegenstand wirkungsvoll vor Verschmutzungen bewahrt.
  • Es hat sich erfindungsgemäß als äußerst vorteilhaft erwiesen, wenn die Außenhülle als Kartonmantel ausgebildet ist.
  • Hiermit wird der anfallende Restmüll weitestgehend vermieden.
  • Ebenfalls sehr vorteilhaft ist es, wenn die Außenhülle wenigstens im Bereich der Aufnahme für den Löffel Aufreisslinien aufweist.
  • Dabei ist es vorteilhaft, wenn eine Aufreisshilfe vorgesehen ist.
  • Dadurch ist der zwischen Becher und Außenhülle angeordnete Gegenstand besonders leicht zugänglich.
  • Eine weitere sehr vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt auch darin, daß der Boden der Außenhülle abtrennbar ausgebildet ist.
  • Im Folgenden ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels veranschaulicht.
  • Dabei zeigen:

    ein Schaubild eines mit einer Kartonhülle umgebenen Bechers,
    Fig. 2
    ein weiteres Schaubild desselben Bechers, wobei der Bodenteil der Kartonhülle abgetrennt ist,
    Fig. 3
    ein seitliches Schaubild desselben Bechers mit einem in einer Einbuchtung in der Wandung angeordneten Löffel, und
    Fig. 4
    ein weiteres Schaubild des Bechers mit herausgenommenem Löffel.
  • Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 eine becherförmige Verpackung bezeichnet. Die Verpackung 1 ist von einer aus einem Mantelteil 2 und einem Bodenteil 3 bestehenden Kartonhülle 4 umgeben. Das Bodenteil 3 ist vom Mantelteil 2 mittels einer Perforation 5 abtrennbar. Zum leichteren Abtrennen des Bodenteils 3 ist eine in das Mantelteil 2 hineinragende Lasche 6 vorgesehen, die leicht ergriffen werden kann.
  • Innerhalb der Kartonhülle 4 ist ein Innenbecher 7 vorgesehen, der aus einem Kunststoff bestehen kann. Der Innenbecher 7 weist eine Einbuchtung 8 auf, in der ein Löffel 9 eingelegt ist. Der Löffel 9 liegt damit zwischen der Kartonhülle 4 und dem Innenbecher 7.
  • Die Einbuchtung 8 ist im Bodenbereich 10 des Innenbechers 7 vorgesehen und dient dort zur Aufnahme eines Löffelkopfes 11 des Löffels 9. Von dort aus setzt sich die Einbuchtung 8 im Mantelbereich 12 des Innenbechers 7 fort, wobei dort der Stiel 13 des Löffels 9 untergebracht wird.
  • Der Löffel 9 wird beim Einlegen in die Einbuchtung 8 in der Nähe des Löffelkopfes 11 an einem Scharnier 14 abgeknickt, so daß der Stiel 13 und der Löffelkopf 11 wenigstens annähernd in einem 90° Winkel zueinander liegen.
  • Das Scharnier 14 kann als Filmscharnier ausgebildet sein, wobei auch andere Scharnierkonstruktionen denkbar sind. Das Scharnier 14 kann auch einen nicht dargestellten Rastmechanismus aufweisen, der das Scharnier 14 zu fixieren vermag, sobald der Löffel 9 wieder in eine gerade Position gebracht wird.
  • Es ist aber auch denkbar, daß der Löffel 9 aus mehreren Einzelteilen aufgebaut ist, die voneinander getrennt in mehrere Einbuchtungen 8 eingelegt sind. Zur Benutzung werden diese Einzelteile zusammengesteckt.
  • Zur Entsorgung des Bechers 1 lässt sich auch das Mantelteil 2 der Kartonhülle 4 entfernen, so daß nur noch der Innenbecher 7 und eventuell der Löffel 9 als Restmüll behandelt werden muss. Die Kartonhülle 4 kann dagegen einem Recyclingprozeß zugeführt werden.

Claims (19)

  1. Wenigstens annähernd becherförmige Verpackung(1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Außenseite eine Einrichtung(8) zur Aufnahme eines Gegenstandes(9) vorgesehen ist.
  2. Becher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einrichtung(8) zur Aufnahme eines Löffels(9) vorgesehen ist.
  3. Becher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Becher(1) entlang seines Mantels eine Einbuchtung(8) zur Aufnahme des Löffels(9) aufweist.
  4. Becher nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Becher (1) im Bereich seines Bodens(10) eine Einbuchtung(8) zur Aufnahme des Löffelkopfes(11) aufweist.
  5. Becher nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Becher(1) an seinem Mantel(12) eine Einbuchtung(8) zur Aufnahme des Löffelstiles(13) aufweist.
  6. Becher nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Löffel(9) eine Knickstelle bzw. ein Scharnier(14) aufweist.
  7. Becher nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Scharnier(14) eine Verrastung aufweist.
  8. Becher nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Löffel(9) ein Folienscharnier aufweist.
  9. Becher nach Anspruch 6, 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Scharnier (14) wenigstens annähernd am Übergang zwischen Löffelkopf(11) und Löffelstil(13) vorgesehen ist.
  10. Becher nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Löffel(9) eine Trennstelle aufweist.
  11. Becher nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennstelle als Steckverbindung ausgebildet ist.
  12. Becher nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Außenhülle(4) vorgesehen ist, welche den Becher(1) wenigstens teilweise umgibt.
  13. Becher nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenhülle(4) den Becher(1) im Bereich seines Mantels(2) umgibt.
  14. Becher nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenhülle(4) den Boden(3) des Bechers(1) abdeckt.
  15. Becher nach Anspruch 12, 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenhülle(4) den Becher(1) zusammen mit dem angebrachten Gegenstand(9) umgibt.
  16. Becher nach Anspruch 12, 13, 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenhülle(4) als Kartonmantel ausgebildet ist.
  17. Becher nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenhülle(4) wenigstens im Bereich der Aufnahme für den Löffel(9) Aufreisslinien(5) aufweist.
  18. Becher nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Aufreisshilfe(6) vorgesehen ist.
  19. Becher nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden der Außenhülle(4) abtrennbar ausgebildet ist.
