Abstract

La présente invention concerne une unité d'extérieur pour climatiseur, qui comporte un ventilateur à écoulement axial et un pavillon d'entrée. Le ventilateur à écoulement axial est composé d'un agencement de pales disposées à intervalles préétablis le long du pourtour extérieur d'un moyeu, chacune desdites pales étant formée de sorte que le contour de son bord arrière par rapport au sens de rotation présente un retrait en direction de son bord avant. Le pavillon d'entrée est situé du côté de l'air soufflé par le ventilateur à écoulement axial. Une soufflante à écoulement axial est disposée dans l'unité d'extérieur. Le pavillon d'entrée et le ventilateur à écoulement axial sont disposés dans la soufflante à écoulement axial de sorte que le rapport X/L soit compris entre 0,2 et 0,8, X étant la distance entre la partie du contour du bord arrière des pales qui est le plus profondément en retrait vers l'intérieur dans le sens de rotation et une surface de flux d'air sortant du pavillon d'entrée, L étant la longueur axiale dudit pavillon d'entrée.
