Nachteilig an diesem Rakelbett ist, dass es einerseits aufgrund der vielen Einzelteile des Gehäuses kompliziert aufgebaut ist, wodurch die Gefahr einer fehlerhaften Montage beim Zusammenbau einhergeht, sowie eine verringerte Betriebszuverlässigkeit aufgrund der lösbaren Verbindungen zwischen den einzelnen Teilen des Gehäuses, und dass zum anderen aufgrund der Feineinstellung der Lagerung des Rakelstabs mittels Schrauben ein sehr hoher Aufwand bei der Einstellung eines derartigen Rakelbetts bei der Montage, Wartung und Instandhaltung an einer Maschine zur Bearbeitung einer laufenden Materialbahn besteht, verbunden mit der Gefahr einer ungenauen, Verspannungen verursachenden Einstellung der Lagerung des Rakelstabes und des Lösens der Einstellung während des Betriebs. Dabei verursacht ein durch Einstellungsarbeiten verursachter Stillstand einer derartigen Maschine enorme Kosten, da die Produktion hierfür gestoppt werden muss.

Claims (10)
- Rakelbett (1) zur Aufnahme eines kreiszylinderförmigen Rakelstabes (3), mit einem in seinem Querschnitt senkrecht zur Zylinderlängsachse des Rakelstabes (3) aus einem homogenen Werkstoff ausgeführten, eine den Rakelstab (3) um mindestens 180° formgenau umfassende, kreiszylindrische Ausnehmung aufweisenden Gehäuse (2), wobei die Ausnehmung eine Eintritts (5) und eine Austrittskante (6) aufweist
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Gehäuse (2) im Bereich der Ausnehmung mindestens eine parallel zu der Zylinderlängsachse des Rakelstabes (3) verlaufende Nut (11) angeordnet ist, in welcher eine Abstreifleiste (4) lösbar zwischen Rakelstab (3) und Rakelbett (1) anordbar ist. - Rakelbett nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (11) mindestens an der Eintritts- (5) und/oder Austrittskante (6) zwischen Rakelstab (3) und Rakelbett (1) angeordnet ist. - Rakelbett nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rakelbett (1) und der Rakelstab (3) in Rotationsrichtung des Rakelstabes (3) vor einer an der Eintrittskante (5) angeordneten Abstreifleiste (4) voneinander beabstandet sind. - Rakelbett nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Grund (12) der Nut zwischen Gehäuse (2) und Abstreifleiste (4) eine Anpressvorrichtung (7, 8, 9) zum federelastischen Anpressen der Abstreifleiste (4) gegen den Rakelstab (3) angeordnet ist. - Rakelbett nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifleiste (4) aus einem mindestens unter Druckbeanspruchung elastisch verformbaren Material besteht, zum federelastischen Anpressen der Abstreifleiste (4) gegen den Rakelstab (3). - Rakelbett nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifleiste (4) aus einem formstabilen, abriebfesten und einen geringen Reibungskoeffizienten gegenüber dem Material des Rakelstabes (3) aufweisenden Werkstoff, wie Thermoplaste, Polymere, Keramik, Materialmischungen bestehend aus Gummi mit Graphit oder einem Lagermetall, wie Bronze besteht. - Rakelbett nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifleiste (4) unabhängig vom Rakelstab (3) und/oder dem Rakelbett (1) austauschbar ist. - Rakelbett nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Rakelbett (1) ein parallel zur Zylinderlängsachse des Rakelstabes (3) verlaufender und über seine gesamte Länge mit der kreiszylindrischen Ausnehmung in Verbindung stehender Spülkanal (10) angeordnet ist, wobei in Rotationsrichtung des Rakelstabs (3) vor und nach dem Spülkanal (10) mindestens jeweils eine Nut (11) zur Aufnahme jeweils einer Abstreifleiste (4) angeordnet ist.
