Abstract

A noise barrier system composed of a base and a transparent superstructure. A support holds at least two adjacent transparent noise barrier elements and includes a point-fastening of the transparent noise barrier element. A position of upper holding points of the transparent superstructure is arranged at a height of from 70 to 90% of a total height of the transparent noise barrier element and at a distance of from 3 to 50 times a thickness of the transparent noise barrier element from a vertical edge. An upper side of the transparent noise barrier element has a flexure, an angle of the flexure being from 30° to 90° from vertical, and a width of an angled region being from 5 cm to 50 cm, and an entire length of a lower side of the sheet is secured within a groove-shaped depression.

Description

The present invention relates to a noise barrier system according to the preamble of claim 1.

Plate systems of the type described above are usually constructed of several square meters large plates, in particular of transparent plastic plates, wherein the plates are arranged side by side and each two adjacent plates held together by a carrier and fixed to the floor or on the base or on the substructure of the noise barrier system. In addition to silicate glass, transparent plastics such as polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) or polycarbonate (PC) are preferably used.

These carriers are usually a double-T-carrier, on whose one T the two adjacent plates are fixed at a certain distance from each other and rest protected with a rubber profile. These plates are held by a flat steel, which rests on the double T-beam facing end portions of the plates and which is connected by means of a plurality of fastening screws with the double-T-beam through the gap between the plates with a double-T-beam.

A noise barrier of this type is easy to build, not expensive from the support elements and secures the panels in an acceptable manner against the usual traffic loads. A disadvantage of However, this solution is that the carriers are very wide posts, so that the necessary restraint lengths of at least 50 mm are guaranteed.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

In the publication "Noise barriers on bridges" (Verkehrsblatt-Verlag, 1995), the hitherto known noise barrier constructions are reviewed. In the small spaces prevailing at bridges and in already built-up areas, the noise barriers must meet increased design requirements.

So far, functional features, such as sound absorption, stability and design have been in the foreground, aesthetic aspects increasingly play a role.

Transparent noise barriers have the advantage of an unobstructed view of the landscape and make the traffic route appear less wall-shaped for the viewer from the outside. In addition, their silhouette is not adversely affected on bridges.

If the construction is a combination of a non-transparent base and a transparent top, this gives the road user a certain sense of security, especially on bridges.

If plastic discs are clamped in this carrier, then this laying technique can lead to the formation of a free Auflagerung, which by allowing a slight angular movement between the post and Plastic disc has a negative effect on the fulfillment of the requirement of the additional technical regulation noise protection wall 1988 (ZDV LSW 88) after maximum deflection under traffic load of 175 has.

From DE8524319U or EP-A-0 213 521 glazing rungs for the construction of noise barriers, which contain large-area panes of transparent plastic between vertical posts, have become known, which correspond approximately to the entrance mentioned carriers. Instead of a double T-beam can be used in these systems, a square tube, which corresponds in terms of its dimensions to the double-T-beam. The individual plates are spaced apart on one of the side surfaces of the square tube and clamped by a clamping rail and a corresponding number of screws through the gap between the individual plates against the square tube. The construction is sufficiently wind stable, but requires relatively wide square tubes for this purpose.

A remedy for this provides, for example, EP-A-0 530 512. Herein a plate system is disclosed in which plastic plates are not anchored at a distance on impact, but partially overlapping each other by the overlap and the support surface on the carrier with the carrier. As a result, the required beam width can be approximately halved without compromising stability. Although this gives a visually pleasing impression, in particular for wall systems and especially in the case of transparent noise barriers, since the carriers are slim and no longer clumsy, the technique known from EP-A-0 530 512 still makes relatively small post distances of about 2 Meters and a guidance of the plates over the entire height of up to 3 meters necessary.

There have already been suggestions as to how both the post distance and the free projection can be increased. A proposal for this takes, for example, DE-A 42 30 786. The disclosed there Noise protection wall segments have a substantially rectangular frame, which at the edge of the profile of 2 vertical support post can be inserted and locked in this. In the frame itself, which consists of 2 vertical frame spars, a lower frame spars and a two-part upper horizontal frame spars, sound absorption plates made of plastic are inserted and releasably held. In this case, the frame must only have a height which is only about 2/3 of the height of the sound absorption plate, so that a supernatant of up to 50% can be realized. Although by the supernatant and the increase in the pole distance to up to 6 meters, the otherwise greatly impaired by a short post sequence in known noise barriers vision is greatly improved, especially the visual impression of such a noise barrier is still heavy and oppressive.

Die Lösung führt zu einem recht filigran aussehenden Befestigungsmittel der Platte, die notwendigen Pfostenbreiten werden dadurch aber nicht verringert.EP908563 describes plastic noise barrier segments attached to a carrier, the plate being pivotally punk-shaped so as to accomodate a bending line of the plate resulting from the load through the attachment means. The solution leads to a rather delicate-looking fastener of the plate, the necessary post widths are not reduced thereby.

Eine aus diesen Segmenten zusammengesetzte Lärmschutzwand ist über deren gesamte Länge und Höhe transparent, da keine Haltepfosten oder Tragwerke zwischen den einzelnen Segmenten notwendig sind.DE 19906989 relates to a noise barrier segment for road, highway or railways, wherein the noise barrier segment consists of transparent plates, such as transparent plastic plates and the plate fixing means. The transparent plate is formed around a vertical to the installation surface of the mounted noise protection wall, wherein the formation of a buckle and / or a fold is to be understood. The noise barrier segment achieved by this shaping inherent stability. A noise protection wall composed of these segments is transparent over its entire length and height, since no holding posts or structures between the individual segments are necessary.

When installed, the preferably biased segments are supported laterally against each other and at the ends of the wall or at arbitrary intervals against retaining posts. A disadvantage of this solution is the required installation depth by the bending of the noise barrier segments. In many construction situations, the extra width is simply not available.

Another system describes EF589 346. The invention relates to a noise barrier segment consisting of two edge-side vertical support post and a substantially rectangular frame which is mounted on the edge side of the vertical support post, wherein the frame has two vertical Rahmholme and a lower horizontal frame spar. This solution dispenses with a support post in the upper transparent area of the noise protection wall, however, the noise protection wall requires a disproportionately high clamping depth.

WO 98/01625 beschreibt eine Lärmschutzwand, bestehend aus Scheiben und Befestigungselementen, wobei die Befestigungselemente mittels eines elastischen Elements zwei Scheiben miteinander verbinden.WO 98/01625 describes a noise barrier, consisting of discs and fasteners, wherein the fasteners connect two discs by means of an elastic element.

Die Scheiben sind mittels der Befestigungselemente überlappend angeordnet Das elastische Befestigungselement ist femer hinter den Scheiben angeordnetThe disks are arranged overlapping by means of the fastening elements. The elastic fastening element is furthermore arranged behind the disks

DE-OS 1 534 499 beschreibt eine Sicherheitsleitplanke für Straßen. Die Sicherheitsleitplanke soll neben der üblichen Leitplankenfunktion auch noch Schalischutzfunkrionen aufweisen.DE-OS 1 534 499 describes a safety barrier for roads. The Sicherheitsleitplanke should also have Schalischutzfunkrionen next to the usual guard rail function.

The sound reflection wall disposed on the substructure may also be curved. Statements about the transparency or extent of the bend are missing.

FR 2 697 040 beschreibt ein Abschirmelement gegen Lärm mit einem gebogenen oberen Rand, wobei der Rand einen bestimmten Winkelbereich aufweisen muss.FR 2 697 040 describes a shield against noise with a curved upper edge, wherein the edge must have a certain angular range.

As a material for the shielding elements, a sound absorbing material is used, such as a composite material on concrete and wood.

Aufgabetask

If you drive along with the means of transport on a noise protection wall constructed according to the state of the art, the change from transparent noise protection wall and solid mounting posts creates an unsightly staccato effect due to the light / dark change. It was therefore the task of a transparent noise barrier in such a way that this unsightly staccato effect is avoided as possible and the transparent impression as undisturbed reaches the road users. The attachment must accommodate the usual traffic loads and may not take up too much space, especially on bridges.

The object is achieved by an arrangement of the attachment points of the transparent noise protection wall segment according to claim 1. As a technique for the attachment point, the method described in EP 0 908 563, Figure 1 and in the description of page 1, section 009 to page 4, section 035 is used. With this fastening technique it is possible to fix noise protection wall segments in the size of 2 x 3 meters and in thicknesses of about 20 mm, so that the usual static requirements (dead load, wind load) are met. Longer clamping widths have not been realized with the fastening system.

It has now been found that the length of the transparent noise barrier segments to be clamped can be more than doubled by arranging the attachment points such that the upper breakpoints of the transparent noise barrier segment are located at a level between 70 and 90% of the total height of the transparent noise barrier segment.

The upper stopping points of the transparent noise barrier segment are arranged according to the invention at a distance of between 3 and 50 times the thickness of the transparent noise barrier element from the vertical edge of the plate. For example, if the noise protection wall element had a thickness of 20 mm, the upper holding points would have to be at a distance of 60 to 1000 mm from the vertical edge of the plate.

The plates are clamped on the lower side over the entire length in a groove-shaped depression. Here, the depth of this groove of 2 cm to 25 cm, preferably from 3 to 15 cm and more preferably from 4 to 10 cm.

Bevorzugt beträgt der Abstand der Pfosten 5 m oder 10 m.The distance between the posts can be up to 5 m. The distance can also be up to 10 m, when approximately another center-point attachment is arranged. Preferably, the distance of the posts is 5 m or 10 m.

Due to the attachment according to the invention achieved larger distances between posts the disturbing staccato effect is significantly reduced.

The base of the noise barrier system may be transparent or not transparent. Non-transparent base may optionally be additionally designed to absorb noise, the skilled person are here appropriate materials such as sound-absorbing concrete known.

The noise protection plate is made of plastic or silicate glass and is preferably transparent and reflects the sound.

Als transparente Kunststoffe können Polymethylmethacrylat (PMMA), Polycarbonat (PC) oder Polyethylenterephthalat (PET) verwendet werden. As transparent plastics, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), polycarbonate (PC) or polyethylene terephthalate (PET) can be used.

(Ullmann 6. Auflage, B. 28, S. 377 ff). Die PMMA-Platten können verstärkt sein, wie in der EP-A 0 407 852 oder der EP-A 0 531 982 beschrieben. The polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) can be prepared by cast polymerization or by extrusion polymerization. The transparent PMMA sheets can be made by cast polymerization or by extrusion, whereby polyamide filaments can be embedded for splinter bonding. Both production methods are known to the person skilled in the art. (Ullmann 6th edition, B. 28, p 377 ff). The PMMA plates may be reinforced, as described in EP-A 0 407 852 or EP-A 0 531 982.

The height of the transparent noise barrier is between 1 m and 4 m. This height can be achieved by integrally constructing the transparent noise barrier or by making it of several superimposed plates, in which case suitable fasteners are to be used.

A further embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the upper part of the noise barrier segment is bent. The width of the bent portion can be between 5 and 50 cm depending on requirements. Bends between 10 and 20 cm are preferred. The angle formed by the bent region of the noise protection wall element with the vertical is between 30 ° and 90 °, preferably between 45 and 60 °. The kink is self-supporting. The kink in the transparent noise protection wall segment can be carried out by bending the element, but it can also be a separate transparent plate are attached by adhesive bonding. The thickness of the transparent noise barrier element may vary within other limits, it has been proven to use plate thicknesses between 10 and 50 mm.

The ratio between the transparent noise protection plate and the base of the noise barrier can be between 1:10 and 10: 1, preferably between 1: 5 and 5: 1, and more preferably between 1: 2 and 2: 1.
