Aus der in Figur 2 gezeigten skeletthaften, perspektivischen Zusammenbauansicht des Bürostuhls 1 ist zu ersehen, daß in der dort dargestellten Ruheposition oder Ausgangsposition des Stuhls 1 das Traggestell 5 mit den hochstehenden Schenkelenden 8 in Verbindung mit dem L-förmigen Schwenkhebel 16 ortsfest die erste Drehachse 12 bildet, um die das Rückenlehnenteil 15 eine Neigungsbewegung ausführen kann. Diese erste Drehachse 12 ist in einem vorbestimmten Abstand von vorzugsweise 50 bis 200 mm oberhalb der Oberkante des Sitzteils 14 mittig zum Fußgestell 2 angeordnet. Das Rückenlehnenteil 15 ist über die Verbindungsglieder 17 um eine zweite Drehachse 20 beweglich, die am Sitzteil 14 gelagert ist. Die dritte Drehachse 11, welche ortsfest am auskragenden freien Ende 10 des Tragarms 9 vorgesehen ist, arbeitet mit den Gleitführungen 18 an der Unterseite des Sitzteils 14 zusammen. Durch die entsprechende Auslegung der Gleitführung oder der Gleitführungen 18 am Sitzteil 14 kann die Neigungsbewegung des Sitzteils 14 um die dritte Drehachse 11 in geeigneter Weise vorgegeben werden. Für die Verbindungsglieder 17 und unter Zusammenwirken der zweiten Drehachse 20 ist synchron zu der Neigungsbewegung des Rückenlehnenteils 15 das Sitzteil 14 gegenüber Figur 3 noch weiter in Längsrichtung verschoben, und das Verbindungsglied 17 nimmt eine etwa horizontale oder in gleicher Ebene wie das Sitzteil 14 liegende Position ein. Hierdurch erreicht man dann die Endstellung hinsichtlich der Neigungsposition des Rückenlehnenteils 15. Zugleich nimmt aber das Sitzteil 14 auch seine größtmögliche, vorzugsweise nach oben gerichtete Neigungsposition des Sitzteils 14 durch das Zusammenwirken von dritter Drehachse 11 und Gleitführungen 18 am Sitzteil 14 ein. Claims (16)

  1. Chair, in particular an office or work chair, comprising a backrest part (15) inclinable from a rest position to a plurality of inclination positions with respect to a support frame (5) about a first pivot axis (12), a seat part (14) rotatably connected to the backrest part (15) about a second pivot axis (20), longitudinally displaceable synchronously with the backrest part (15) and inclinable in a positively guided manner with respect to the support frame (5) about a third pivot axis (11), and a restoring device (13) for restoring the backrest part (15) and/or the seat part (14) to their respective rest positions, characterised in that the first pivot axis (12) is arranged on the support frame (5), in the rest position and in all inclination positions of the backrest part (15) and/or of the seat part (14), always at a fixed location at a predetermined horizontal distance, preferably within a range from 50 to 200 mm, above the seat part (14) and centrally to the pedestal, and in that a pivoted lever (16) movable about the first, fixed pivot axis (12) is connected at least to the backrest part (15) in its lower region.
  2. Chair according to claim 1, characterised in that the second pivot axis (20) for the rotatable synchronous connection of backrest part (15) and seat part (14) is located at the height of the seat part (14).
  3. Seat according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that there is attached to the backrest part (15) at least one connecting member (17) which, upon execution of the inclination movement of the backrest part (15), entrains the seat part (14) in a longitudinal direction relative to the support frame (5) while executing a rotary movement about the second pivot axis (20).
  4. Seat according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the third pivot axis (11) for executing an inclination movement of the seat part (14) is arranged fixedly on the support frame (5) and cooperates in a positively guided manner via a slide element (18) with the underside of the seat part (14).
  5. Chair according to claim 3 or 4, characterised in that connecting members (17) are mounted one on each side of the backrest element (15), and/or slide element parts (18) are provided one on each side of the seat part (14) for cooperation with the third pivot axis (11) on the support frame (5).
  6. Chair according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the restoring device (13) is arranged between the support frame (5) and the seat part (14).
  7. Chair according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the restoring device (13) is formed by a spring device.
  8. Chair according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the support frame (5) is formed by a substantially U-shaped element (6) the horizontal member (7) of which is disposed below the seat part (14) and the end members (8) of which, on which the first pivot axis (12) for the backrest part (15) is arranged, extend above the seat part (14).
  9. Chair according to claim 8, characterised in that the horizontal member (7) is connected approximately centrally to a pedestal (2).
  10. Chair according to claim 9, characterised in that the pedestal (2) is a central pedestal, a rocking frame or the like.
  11. Chair according to any one of claims 8 to 10, characterised in that the horizontal member (7) of the support frame (5) is provided with a support arm (9) disposed substantially perpendicularly thereto for the third pivot axis (11) cooperating with the seat part (14) for executing an inclination movement.
  12. Chair according to claim 11, characterised in that the support arm (9) is provided approximately centrally on the horizontally disposed member (7) of the support frame (5).
  13. Chair according to claim 11 or 12, characterised in that the third pivot axis (11) for the inclination movement of the seat part (14) is arranged on the free end (10) of the support arm (9) and extends parallel to the seat part (14).
  14. Chair according to any one of claims 11 to 13, characterised in that the restoring device (13) is connected at one end to the free end (10) of the support arm (9) and at the other end to the seat part (14).
  15. Chair according to any one of claims 5 to 14, characterised in that the connecting members (17) of backrest part (15) and seat part (14) are fixedly connected to the backrest end of the pivoted lever (16) for the backrest part (15).
  16. Chair according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the pivoted lever (16) is L-shaped and its free end cooperates with the first, fixed pivot axis (12) of the support frame (5).
