An der Öffnung 30 des Strömungskanals 29 sind Rasten 31 angeordnet, die in Gegenrasten 32 der Heizbaugruppe 1 einrastbar sind. Dadurch kann die Heizbaugruppe 1 wiederholt lösbar und zeitsparend am Strömungskanal 29 befestigt werden. Alternativ können die Rasten 31 und Gegenrasten 32 auch eine unlösbare Verbindung herstellen oder durch eine Schraub- oder Nietverbindung ersetzt sein.The tumble dryer 26 comprises a laundry drum 28 in which wet laundry is in operation. Claims (20)

  1. A heating assembly (1) for heating a hot air flow (6) flowing in a flow channel (29) of a tumble dryer (26), the heating assembly (1) being designed to be insertable into the flow channel (29), and comprising at least one heating element (5) disposed such that the hot air flow (6) can flow around it in a flow through direction (D), at least one deflection surface (14) deflecting the hot air flow (6) of the flow through direction (D) towards an outflow direction (A), and at least one temperature sensor (4) which can record the temperature of the hot air flow (6) and disposed on the deflection surface (14) and projecting into a core region (15) of the hot air flow (6), characterised in that the deflection surface (14) forms on the side facing away from the hot air flow (6) a recess (20) which is curved in the fitted stated in the flow channel (29).
  2. The heating assembly (1) according to Claim 1, characterised in that the deflection surface (14) deflecting the hot air flow (6) from a flow through direction (D) into an outflow direction (A) and projecting into the latter is oriented at an angle (α) in relation to the flow through direction (D) which is smaller than the angle (β) of the flow through direction (D) in relation to the outflow direction (A).
  3. The heating assembly (1) according to Claim 2, characterised in that the deflection surface (14) projects into the core region (15) of the hot air flow (6).
  4. The heating assembly (1) according to either of Claims 2 or 3, characterised in that the angle (α) of the deflection surface (14) in relation to the flow through direction (D) is half as large as the angle (β) of the flow through direction (D) in relation to the outflow direction (A).
  5. The heating assembly (1) according to any of the claims specified above, characterised in that the at least one temperature sensor (4) is in the form of a thermostat (4) by means of which the supply of energy to the at least one heating element (5) can be controlled temperature-dependently.
  6. The heating assembly (1) according to any of the claims specified above, characterised in that the at least one temperature sensor (4) is accommodated in the recess (20) on the side facing away from the hot air flow (6).
  7. The heating assembly (1) according to any of the claims specified above, characterised in that the at least one temperature sensor (4) in the recess (20) is disposed such as to be accessible from the outside, at least from its rear side, when the rear wall (27) of the tumble dryer (26) is open.
  8. The heating assembly (1) according to any of the claims specified above, characterised in that the heating assembly (1) has a substantially planar outer contour on the side facing away from the hot air flow (6) in a cross-section lateral to the rear wall (27) of the tumble dryer (26).
  9. The heating assembly (1) according to any of the claims specified above, characterised in that the heating assembly (1) is provided on the inflow side with at least one flow guide surface (9), the at least one flow guide surface (9) being oriented on the inflow side in the inflow direction (E) and on the flow through side in the flow through direction (D).
  10. The heating assembly (1) according to any of the claims specified above, characterised in that a plug-in connector (22) connectable to an energy source is attached to an offset flange section (24) of the support element (2) disposable outside of the flow channel (29).
  11. The heating assembly (1) according to any of the claims specified above, characterised in that the heating assembly (1) has a sealing means (18) with which the heating assembly can be attached gas-tight to the flow channel (29) of the tumble dryer (26).
  12. The heating assembly (1) according to any of the claims specified above, characterised in that the heating assembly (1) has at least one sealed opening (19) through which at least one connection line (10) of the at least one heating element (5) extends.
  13. The heating assembly (1) according to any of the claims specified above, characterised in that the heating assembly (1) is formed in one piece such that it can be inserted into the flow channel (29) in preassembled state.
  14. The heating assembly (1) according to any of the claims specified above, during operation electrical energy being conveyed on a supply side (12) through at least two heating elements (5) disposed parallel to one another and connected in series, characterised in that the at least one temperature sensor (4) lies downstream of the heating elements (5) in the region of the hot air flow (6) which lies closer to the supply side (12) of the heating elements (5).
  15. The heating assembly (1) according to Claim 14, characterised in that the at least one temperature sensor (4) is disposed downstream of the halves of the heating elements (5) on the supply side.
  16. The heating assembly (1) according to Claim 14 or 15, characterised in that the at least one temperature sensor (4) is disposed at a point which substantially lies on a streakline extending along the supply side (12) of the heating elements (5).
  17. A tumble dryer (26) for drying damp washing with a hot air flow (6), the tumbler dryer (26) being designed with an air feed and with a flow channel (29) through which the hot air flow (6) can flow, characterised in that the tumble dryer (26) comprises a heating assembly (1) according to any of the claims specified above.
  18. The tumble dryer (26) according to Claim 17, characterised in that the heating assembly (1) forms, at least in sections, the flow channel (29) of the tumble dryer (26).
  19. The tumble dryer (26) according to Claim 17 or 18, characterised in that the heating assembly (1) can be attached releaseably or non-releaseably to the flow channel (29) with at least one securing means (31).
  20. A method for assembling a tumble dryer (26) by means of which, during operation, a hot air flow (6) for warming up damp washing can be heated, comprising the following procedural steps:
    pre-assembling a deflection means (3) which has a deflection surface (14), at least one heating element (5) and at least one temperature sensor (4) to form a heating assembly (1), the temperature sensor (4) being disposed on the deflection surface (14) and a curved recess (20) in the flow channel being formed by the deflection surface (14),
    disposing the heating assembly (1) in an opening (30) of the flow channel (29) through which the hot air flow (6) flows during operation of the tumble dryer (26), the temperature sensor (4) being disposed projecting inwards in a core region (15) of the hot air flow (6).
