Claims (18)
- Kalibriervorrichtung (34) für den Anpressdruck einer am Umfang einer Walze oder eines Zylinders, insbesondere einer Papiermaschine, einer Druckmaschine, eines Kalanders oder dergleichen anliegenden Klinge (30) einer Schabvorrichtung, mit einer Halteklinge (36), einem daran befestigten Sensorhalter (38) und einem Drucksensor (40), wobei die Halteklinge (36), der Sensorhalter (38) und der Drucksensor (40) so positioniert sind, dass die Lage des Drucksensors (40) am Umfang der Walze oder des Zylinders dem Anlageort der Klinge (30) entspricht.
- Kalibriervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteklinge (36) ein Einspannende (42) aufweist, das so ausgebildet ist, wie ein Einspannende der Klinge (30).
- Kalibriervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensorhalter (38) an seiner der Halteklinge (36) zugewandten Seite geschlitzt ist.

- Kalibriervorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der abgekröpfte oder abgebogene Abschnitt (54) im Wesentlichen zumindest abschnittsweise tangential zur Walze oder zum Zylinder verläuft.
- Kalibriervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der der Walze oder dem Zylinder zugewandten Seite (56) des Sensorhalters (58) der Drucksensor (40) befestigt ist.
- Kalibriervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Drucksensor (40) und der Walzenoberfläche (14) ein elastisches Kissen (58) angeordnet ist.
- Kalibriervorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kissen (58) aus Kunststoff, insbesondere aus Silikon, besteht.
- Kalibriervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drucksensor (40) ein taktiler Drucksensor, insbesondere ein Piezoelement ist.
- Kalibriervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensorhalter (38) aus Stahl oder Kunststoff besteht.
- Kalibriervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteklinge (36) aus Stahl oder aus mit Kohlefaser verstärktem Kunststoff besteht.
- Kalibriervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensorhalter (38) an beliebigen Positionen an die Halteklinge (36) anschraubbar ist.
- Verfahren zum Einstellen eines Anpressdrucks einer am Umfang einer Walze oder eines Zylinders, insbesondere einer Papiermaschine, einer Druckmaschine, eines Kalanders oder dergleichen anliegenden Klinge (30) einer Schabvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit einer Kalibriervorrichtung (34) eine in einen Klingenhalter (10) eingespannte Klinge simuliert wird, dass der Druck gemessen wird, mit welcher ein Drucksensor (40) am Umfang der Walze oder des Zylinders anliegt, dass der Klingenhalter (10) so eingestellt wird, dass die gewünschten Druckwerte erzielt werden, dass die Einstellungen gespeichert werden, so dass sie nach dem Austausch der Kalibriervorrichtung gegen die tatsächliche Klinge (30) wieder abgerufen werden können und dass diese abgespeicherten Werte zum Einstellen des Klingenhalters (10) verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Einstellen des Klingenhalters (10) Einstellschrauben, Drücke von Stellzylindern und/oder von aufblasbaren Schläuchen oder Gewichte verändert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drucksensor (40) genau dort positioniert wird, wo die Schabkante der Klinge (30) zu liegen kommt.
