Definitions
- the invention relates to a metal lid and thereby with a formation of a position fixing a grip tab on a metal cover for attachment to a hull of a beverage can, even by way of a method.
- the JP-A 09/226 762 uses a similar projection in the area inside the rivet island, whose upwardly curved, deformed with a further step edge regions (there 17) via a "press-bond" with the curved wall side of the projection are overlapping connected to a turnstile to reach the side wall to prevent rotating the tongue part).
- the invention is faced with the technical problem of achieving a turnstile tab, but to improve the manufacture and reliability of the turnstile or a positional alignment of the mounted grip tab.
- the projection may be strip-shaped (line-shaped) and preferably oriented transversely and / or parallel to a longitudinal extension of the grip tab (longitudinal axis or longitudinal plane), wherein it engages on a correspondingly aligned edge edge of the attachment portion for its blocking effect or is formed very closely adjacent , In a longitudinal extension, the projection may extend over more than 30%, preferably over more than 50% to more than 80% of the width of the attachment lobe (claim 5).
- the longitudinal extent is shorter than the longitudinal extent of the attachment tab (rivet island) of the handle tab, preferably at a location as far as possible from the attachment point with a large distance, but the is only so large that at least a portion of the two edge lines on the at least one projection at a start of a rotational movement is able to abut (claim 6).
- the height extension of the at least one projection is to say that they should at least correspond to the sheet thickness of the attachment portion (claim 19, claim 20), preferably slightly to significantly higher trained to obtain a reliable positional fixation, which is not affected thereby that the grip portion is actuated or raised after the attachment portion beyond the attachment point is reliably located in a plane position to the panel portion in the vicinity of the rivet (button coin area).
- the provision of a plurality of projections is possible, wherein not all projections must be assigned to the same outer edge section of the fastening section (claims 6 to 9).
- the projections can also be designed differently, so strip-shaped, round to oval or combined. If a straight-line outer edge portion of the attachment portion is provided, a straight-line (strip-shaped) projection configuration may be advantageous.
- the linear strip design can also be achieved by juxtaposing at least two punctiform projections, which then form a group which is assigned to the same outer edge of the attachment section.
- the attachment portion as a fastening tab is connected via a kink area as joint line with the rest of the grip tab, so in one piece (claim 13, 11). It is thus formed between the opening portion (the insertion nose) and preferably provided with an opening handle portion.
- the mounting portion is substantially rectangular, forms using the hinge line and three edge lines of the substantially rectangular, flat mounting portion of (claim 12).
- this flat section is square, wherein the rivet head after assembly does not come to rest centrally but closer to the joint line. Accordingly, the distance of the outwardly facing peripheral edge is greater than half the longitudinal extent of the attachment portion, so that a correspondingly improved force effect arises when a projection on the panel can be assigned to the edge furthest away from the attachment point.
- At least one unbalanced in cross-section projection which is formed steeper at its flank pointing to the mounting portion than the flank remote therefrom (claim 17, 18 and 22 or 23).
- Such a design can also be selected with punctiform or oval projections.
- a thickness reduction of an upper side of the (strip-shaped) projection (claim 22) preferably takes place. This results in solidification of this portion and the entire projection as such as well. This also applies to the method (claim 35). Simultaneously with the reshaping and the score line can be introduced in the same operation (claim 37).
- the invention claimed here covers the formation of the projection at such a location, which is far enough away from the intended attachment point (the molded rivet or its preform) so far that the outer edge comes in the form of a rivet island facing away from the future rivet edge very close to the projection to make the turnstile effect.
- This space is visible in the outer edge region of a Nietkopf-courtes or "Nietfußes", which remained around the formation of the rivet center from the preform of the rivet visible (claim 24 to 28, claim 32).
- the projection as a line or strip lies at least partially outside the weakened Nietfuß Schemes in which the sheet is thin by the shape of the attachment point.
- the edge region of this Nietfußes is addressed (claim 25), wherein preferably more than 40% of an assumed area of a strip-shaped projection outside the Nietfuß Schemees are (claim 26).
- a strip shape is provided as a projection, it can be made larger in its length than the diameter of the finished rivet head.
- the attachment portion is formed from one piece of the center region of the grip tab, there are only slight visible gaps between the mounted over a double fold line down to a lower level mounting portion and the slightly above parallel plane of the remaining grip tab.
- the attachment of the projections on at least one of the free, from the attachment portion facing outward marginal edges is therefore difficult or difficult to see from the outside, so that the rotation block is almost invisible to the viewer.
- a possibly color-coded grip tab is not changed further in its colored form.
- the in Figure 1 to 3 resulting sheet metal lid clearly has an edge portion 12 which is suitable for folding to a beverage can body.
- the sheet metal lid itself is made of a sheet of small thickness, usually less than 0.24 mm, and has already undergone previous workstations before FIG. 1 represents him. It has an inner lid mirror (panel) 10, which is surrounded by the seam edge 12. Within the lid mirror 10, a line of weakness 16 is provided around an opening area which is surrounded by a substantially U-shaped bead 18.
- the substantially O-shaped line of weakness 16 is designed as a score which has a transition portion which is not notched is and thus serves as a connecting portion to the rest of the panel 10 when the opening portion 17 is broken by the action of a later mentioned grip tab along the score line 16.
- an attachment point 11 is provided, which can be seen later in the enlarged detail later. It is a mounting portion as sheet metal tabs 31 associated schematically, the part of the grip tab after FIG. 3 is at which he is integrally formed over a joint line as a bending line 38.
- This grip tab 30 has a handle portion 32, here provided with a circular opening at which the grip tab is actuated by the user, for breaking the score line 16 after FIG. 1 ,
- the grip tab 30 also has an opening portion 33 in front of the attachment portion 31, which is located as a nose for collapsing over the burglary portion 17, to which FIG.
- an additional bead form 18a is provided as an eyeball-shaped bead, which reinforces the transverse LOE opening area in order to be able to apply the opening forces to the burglary starting section (arcuate end of the score line 16).
- the arranged grip tab 30 is substantially parallel to the panel, which itself need not be formed exactly in a plane, but may be slightly curved, but the area around the attachment point 11 is substantially planar and here allows a substantially parallel arrangement of the attachment tab 31 of the pull tab 30.
- longitudinal center plane 100 is shown, which extends in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the grip tab 30.
- a transverse plane 101 is perpendicular thereto.
- the grip portion 32 of the grip tab engages over the finger recess 13, which is mounted approximately the same distance as the inner reinforcing rib 18 a on the other side of the attachment point 11 in the panel 10.
- the grip tab is in the course of the emergence of the finished metal lid only in the FIG. 3 appropriate.
- the attachment point is first formed as a bubble in order to attach the attachment portion 31 of the handle tab 30 to the panel can.
- Around this attachment point 11 are around according to FIG. 1 three strip-shaped projections formed as beads projecting upwards (ie to the outside of the sheet metal lid).
- the bead 20 lying transversely to the center plane 100 is longer than the two adjacent beads, which run parallel to the center plane 100. They are in FIG. 4 illustrated with 21a, 21b illustrated, as there, the longer bead 20 is shown in more detail with respect to the attachment tabs 31.
- the attachment tab 31 is in the FIG. 1 located only to illustrate the distances of the beads of the attachment point 11, but is not yet here on the sheet metal lid.
- the shape of the three beads 20,21a, 21b is improved or made more accurate. This "reforming" leads to a formation of the beads (protrusions), as they later for the positional fixation FIG. 3 and the figures described below is used.
- these projections receive their correct profile geometries after they have been integrally molded out of the cover sheet (the panel) and extend in the height direction h at least at a height corresponding to the sheet thickness of the attachment portion 31 of the grip tab 30.
- this grip tab 30 when this grip tab 30 is added, it is placed over the rivet shank, which is formed in a molding operation with a rivet head, wherein it is shown larger in diameter than in the preceding Figures 1 and 2 , With this Nietkopf Struktur the grip tab 30 is attached to the panel and that on the mounting portion 31, which is connected via the fold line 38 with the rest of the handle tab 30.
- the opening portion 33 lies above the break-in portion within the score line 16, close to the additional stiffening bead 18a.
- the grip tab 30 should not be able to move in a direction of rotation in FIG. 4 is named with ⁇ .
- the front nose end of the opening portion 33 would be moved away from the exact location intended to ensure the breaking force, the tearing and the subsequent complete opening of the opening portion 17. Desirable it is after FIG. 4 that is, to design the movement ⁇ as small as possible, preferably even to suppress it altogether.
- FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 three strip-shaped projections 21 a, 21 b and 20 are provided, which are assigned to the three free marginal edges 31 a, 31 b, 31 c of the attachment portion 31 of the handle portion 30.
- a small gap 21 ', 21 "and 20' can remain between the respective outwardly facing edge and the respective inner edge of the respective projection, for example. 31 c of 20" in the projection 20.
- the gap can also on at least one of outwardly facing edges of the attachment portion 31 may be reduced to zero.
- the width of the attachment portion 31 is designated by "b", so that the minimum distance of the two lying parallel to the longitudinal center plane 100, formed as beads projections 21b, 21a have this measure with their inner edges 21b 'and 21a' as a distance.
- the longitudinal extent of the mounting portion 31 in the plane 100 extends over the rivet head as an attachment point 11. It can be seen that the length of the two beads 21 a, 21 b is shorter than half the longitudinal extent of the attachment piece 31, and that this so far are displaced as possible in the rear portion of the mounting portion to apply the maximum possible force for a positional fixation with an assumed rotational movement ⁇ .
- one or more of the three described strip-shaped beads can be omitted.
- the pivotal movement is substantially in the plane in which the panel is located in the area around the rivet head 11, which plane is also maintained plane-parallel of the attachment portion 31, which extends here flat.
- the portion 31 has two parallel marginal edges or edges 31b, 31a and a remote from the hinge line 38, and their parallel edge edge 31 c.
- the attachment portion in the form of an arcuate shape, triangular shape or with a not straight extending peripheral edge 31 c.
- FIG. 4a shown cross-section comes from the corresponding section line of FIG. 4 ,
- an asymmetrical configuration of the strip-shaped projections 21 a, 21 b is provided, wherein a steeper flank 21 b 'is closer to the peripheral edge 31 b than the flatter flank 21 b "of the strip-shaped projection 21 b a and the associated peripheral edge 31 a.
- FIG. 5 Also to FIG. 5 is a cross section in FIG. 5a represented, which is laid through the longitudinal plane 100.
- This illustration shows the described situation for only one projection 20, which cooperates with the marginal edge 31c of the attachment section 31, to avoid function-impairing rotational movements ⁇ .
- FIG. 5a In the FIG. 5a is to see the formation of the rivet head as an attachment point 11 through an opening of the attachment portion 31 therethrough. Also recognizable is the assignment of the free edge 31 c to the formed from the cover plate projection 20, which also - like FIG. 4a for the other projections 21 b, 21 a clarified - may be provided in unbalanced shape.
- the asymmetry transverse to the longitudinal extent of the projection 20 illustrates the FIG. 8 , based on the projection 20, which is associated with the peripheral edge 31 c of the attachment portion 31. Due to the double deformation, the first shaping after FIG. 1 and the second reforming after FIG. 2 a very steep leading edge 20 "or 20a can be formed, a very high height h (relative to the sheet thickness), and the cover sheet still remain undamaged, which also contributes that the projection is as far away from the sensitive area of Niethofes 11 a. Due to the sharp front edge 20a (or 20 "from FIG.
- FIG. 8a In which an implementation in the section is shown, wherein the section extends in the longitudinal direction, as dictated by the longitudinal mid-plane 100, for example, from the illustration of FIG. 5 and - practically realized - the schematic representation of the FIG. 8 corresponding.
- FIGS. 4, 5 and 8th Designate corresponding sections and parts there, they are in realization FIG. 8a taken over, here in the lower illustrated field.
- the upper illustrated field forms a preform 20 * which is formed in a two-stage manufacturing process prior to the second step (post-forming).
- the preform 20 * which has a rather wall-shaped structure, is formed with two flat slopes and a strongly rounded central portion of the panel 10.
- FIG. 2 creates the much steeper leading edge 20 "(after FIG. 4 ) or 20a after FIG. 8 , wherein the cover sheet still remains undamaged.
- This second reshaping and the result after attaching the handle portion shows the lower field of the FIG. 8a , It is understood that in both the upper and the lower field of the strip-shaped projection 20 extends perpendicular to the paper plane, in a transverse plane 101 which is perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane 100.
- This transverse plane 101 is a relative indication of the position of the preform 20 *, in which there is a symmetry of the initially formed preform from the cover plate to the plane 101, which is then left at the post-forming, as the finished projection 20 shows that in the lower half in which it is no longer located symmetrically to the transverse plane 101.
- the following explanations refer to the lower field.
- the rivet 11 which is used to attach the attachment portion 31 on the cover plate 10.
- the rear end 31 c of the attachment portion 31 is the marginal edge, which is associated with the leading edge 20 "of the projection 20, possibly leaving a narrow gap 20 ', as with reference to FIG FIG. 4 explained.
- the asymmetry with a sharp front edge 20 "(or 20a) and a flatter, outwardly facing edge 20b characterizes the projection 20.
- the reshaping involves shaping reshaping the preform 20 * with a coining (embossing process) to flatten the surface 20c more strongly.
- a coining embssing process
- the tool is used equally from above and from below for training. It can be seen from the left in the rising edge of the preform 20 * recognizable slight kink in the lower final shape again, which also shows how the sharp leading edge 20 "is introduced into the first flat rising front slope of the molded wall 20 * To the right of the transverse plane 101, the second slope of the wall is formed from below to above, to form a flat shape 20c starting approximately at the instep of the wall 20 *, which smoothly leads into the remaining cover plate 10 in the area 20b.
- the attached attachment portion 31 and also the attached tab 30 are already in the finished form FIG. 3 arranged, also in section.
- the tab lies with its intermediate web between the left opening and the handle opening 32b substantially above the transverse projection 20.
- the two openings of the tab are made FIG. 3
- an opening is formed by the formation of the attachment portion 31, which continues to communicate with the grip tab 30 via the hinge line 38, while the opening for the engagement of a finger is specially formed.
- This opening 32b is part of the handle portion 32, wherein the web 32a lying between the two openings in FIG. 8a is shown slightly curved, with a front edge 32c, which was related to the free edge 31 c of the mounting portion 31 in the manufacture.
- a large part of the projection 20 is thus below the bridge and is hardly noticeable from the outside.
- the two-stage training may be in addition to the order of processing according to the FIGS. 1 to 3 also a modified order are made, so first the introduction of the preforms, as they are based on the preform 20 * of the upper half of FIG. 8a are explained, in a first operation, still without introducing scoring or score lines (as lines of weakness), as the line of weakness 16 is a.
- scoring or score lines as lines of weakness
- the line of weakness 16 is a.
- the introduction of the first score line then takes place together in one operation, which takes over the reshaping (further forming) of the preformed protrusions.
- the projections receive the correct, their assigned profile, as in the lower half of the FIG.
- this profile can be transferred not only to the transverse projection 20, but also to the other projections, as far as they were formed in the previous operation as preforms. It can thereby be achieved that a notching process which greatly stresses the sheet metal does not already take place when the cover sheet undergoes a heavy loading of the preform in the first operation.
- reshaping the insertion of the score line can be made at the same time.
- the wall thickness on the top of the projection reduced by about 10% to 15%, with simultaneous entering compression and solidification of this area, which is equally achieved by the embossing process (the Coining) from above and below.
- FIG. 6 shows an attachment of two substantially punctiform projections 23a, 23b on the longitudinal sides 31a, 31b of the attachment portion 31.
- a projection 22 may be provided on the transverse edge 31c of the attachment portion 31.
- the projection 22 may be elongated to oval and also formed substantially round.
- FIG. 7 Fig. 11 illustrates a group of protrusions associated with a single outer edge (outwardly facing edge line) of the attachment portion 31.
- This group 24 of here three individual, substantially point-shaped projections are associated with the outer edge 31 c, but may also be associated with the two other marginal edges 31 a and 31 b. Also only two point-shaped projections are in FIG. 7 used.
- the unbalanced shape of the upwardly shaped projections according to FIG. 4a or the FIGS. 5a or 8a be transferred to these embodiments.
- the at least one projection is associated with a peripheral edge 31c lying transversely to the longitudinal plane 100 of the attachment tab 30, rotational movement in both directions can be prevented with only a single projection, if this projection extends at least on both sides of the median plane. If, on the other hand, a projection is selected which is assigned to a peripheral edge extending parallel to the longitudinal plane 100, at least two projections on two edges available to this extent must be provided as "stop edges" for a symmetrical limitation of rotary movements of the grip tab 30.
- All described projections are arranged outside of the mounting portion 30, so that they with at least one of its respective outer peripheral edges (edge) can work together blocking.
- FIGS. 9a and 9b The effect of the torques is on the FIGS. 9a and 9b illustrated. It is assumed with a view from above of the mounting portion 31 that this is arranged on the attachment point 11 (usually a rivet head) on the panel 10. Schematically, a parallel to the center plane 100 of the tab (the handle tab 30) lying lateral projection 21a is drawn, which is loaded with a force by an assumed rotation in the direction of ⁇ . With an assumed length I of the attachment portion 31, the attachment point 11 is closer to the hinge line 38 than to the rear end 31c of the attachment portion 31, so that an effective force arm I 1 is greater than half the length I of the attachment portion 31. Due to the placement of the line or strip-shaped projection 21 a near the rear edge line 31 c, a force on a large lever arm can apply a large torque to lock (blocking torque) to prevent rotation.
- FIG. 10 illustrates a thinned area visible around the rivet head 11 from the inside of the lid.
- This rivet base portion 11a is a portion left after the second forming of the rivet head 11 on the outer side, usually visible by circular lines around the center of the rivet as the attachment point 11 around.
- This "button coin area” is not strong load, after it is thinned out of the sheet thickness by the shaping of the rivet to the outside.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a metal lid and thereby with a formation of a position fixing a grip tab on a metal cover for attachment to a hull of a beverage can, even by way of a method.
In the attached state of the grip tab on the metal lid, the person skilled in the art speaks of a SOT (Stay on Tab), which is provided for opening an opening region in the cover mirror (usually called a "panel"). For this purpose, with a vertically oriented tilting movement, touched on a grip end, the grip tab is raised in order to break open its opening end along a weakening line (usually called score-line).
The invention is faced with the technical problem of achieving a turnstile tab, but to improve the manufacture and reliability of the turnstile or a positional alignment of the mounted grip tab.
According to the invention, it is proposed not to allow the projection to protrude through an opening of the attachment portion and to provide the attachment portion beforehand with an opening, but to leave the attachment portion undamaged and to provide a barrier acting externally on the attachment portion.
In order to obtain the blocking effect, which may also be a limiting effect, that is, to be understood from a complete prevention of rotational movement to a significant restriction of the rotational movement, there is an abutment of an outer edge of the flat attachment portion (rivet island) to the molded from the sheet metal lid Projection (claim 10). After the projection on the panel is stable in position, in all operational positions, even at the beginning of the opening of the opening portion, and the attachment portion itself is substantially plane-parallel to the plane of the lid mirror, tightly around the central rivet as attachment point, none of the rotational fixation moves used elements in an opening movement of the handle tab operationally away from each other. An opening movement as a vertical tilting movement (
It is also advantageous to use a marginal edge already present on the production side on a conventional grip tab which does not have to be specifically formed in order to obtain the turnstile after attaching the grip tab to the panel. The only influence takes place on the metal lid itself, which receives a shape, as it is the rivet in the pre-stage, which preferably preformed during the formation of the rivet in parallel with and later formed in a further operation of the resulting sheet metal lid or formed more accurate ("reformed ") (
The projection may be strip-shaped (line-shaped) and preferably oriented transversely and / or parallel to a longitudinal extension of the grip tab (longitudinal axis or longitudinal plane), wherein it engages on a correspondingly aligned edge edge of the attachment portion for its blocking effect or is formed very closely adjacent , In a longitudinal extension, the projection may extend over more than 30%, preferably over more than 50% to more than 80% of the width of the attachment lobe (claim 5).
If the formation of the projections parallel to the longitudinal extent of the grip tab, that is perpendicular to the aforementioned transverse orientation, the longitudinal extent is shorter than the longitudinal extent of the attachment tab (rivet island) of the handle tab, preferably at a location as far as possible from the attachment point with a large distance, but the is only so large that at least a portion of the two edge lines on the at least one projection at a start of a rotational movement is able to abut (claim 6).
Alle drei können auch kombiniert sein (Anspruch 34).By attaching as far away from the attachment point, the greatest possible force can be applied, which counteracts as a blocking effect against a user-induced, accidental or wanton twisting of the handle (claim 21). Especially with the parallel to the longitudinal extent of the grip tab oriented projections, the force for applying the turnstile is large. All three can also be combined (claim 34).
For the height extension of the at least one projection is to say that they should at least correspond to the sheet thickness of the attachment portion (claim 19, claim 20), preferably slightly to significantly higher trained to obtain a reliable positional fixation, which is not affected thereby that the grip portion is actuated or raised after the attachment portion beyond the attachment point is reliably located in a plane position to the panel portion in the vicinity of the rivet (button coin area).
The provision of a plurality of projections is possible, wherein not all projections must be assigned to the same outer edge section of the fastening section (claims 6 to 9). The projections can also be designed differently, so strip-shaped, round to oval or combined. If a straight-line outer edge portion of the attachment portion is provided, a straight-line (strip-shaped) projection configuration may be advantageous. The linear strip design can also be achieved by juxtaposing at least two punctiform projections, which then form a group which is assigned to the same outer edge of the attachment section.
The attachment portion as a fastening tab is connected via a kink area as joint line with the rest of the grip tab, so in one piece (
If the mounting portion is substantially rectangular, forms using the hinge line and three edge lines of the substantially rectangular, flat mounting portion of (claim 12). In particular, this flat section is square, wherein the rivet head after assembly does not come to rest centrally but closer to the joint line. Accordingly, the distance of the outwardly facing peripheral edge is greater than half the longitudinal extent of the attachment portion, so that a correspondingly improved force effect arises when a projection on the panel can be assigned to the edge furthest away from the attachment point.
Particularly favorable is the formation of at least one unbalanced in cross-section projection which is formed steeper at its flank pointing to the mounting portion than the flank remote therefrom (
In the post-deformation, a thickness reduction of an upper side of the (strip-shaped) projection (claim 22) preferably takes place. This results in solidification of this portion and the entire projection as such as well. This also applies to the method (claim 35). Simultaneously with the reshaping and the score line can be introduced in the same operation (claim 37).
The projection thus formed receives a greater width than it is altogether high (claim 7, claim 19, 20). Even greater is the respective longitudinal extent of a projection, which is substantially larger than the width of the projection. This applies to elongated strip or line-shaped projections. In the formation of a steeper edge portion (claim 33), which is more pronounced relative to the preform, a peripheral edge may arise which (at least) has a portion which extends at an angle of about 90 ° relative to the plane of the panel. This relates to the edge which faces the associated marginal edge portion of the attachment portion. In the stronger or steeper formation of this edge also helps the stamping process (claim 36), which is responsible for the reinforcement of the formed sheet on the top (
If a plurality of projections provided in the aforementioned sense, they need not attack on the same edge line of the attachment portion at the beginning of a rotational movement, but may be associated with different marginal edges (claim 16).
Dieser Platz ist im äußeren Randbereich eines Nietkopf-Hofes bzw. des "Nietfußes", der sich um die Ausbildung des Nietzentrums herum aus der Vorform des Nietes verblieben sichtbar erstreckt (Anspruch 24 bis 28, Anspruch 32).Assuming a still unfinished metal lid, which is only prepared for mounting a grip tab, the invention claimed here covers the formation of the projection at such a location, which is far enough away from the intended attachment point (the molded rivet or its preform) so far that the outer edge comes in the form of a rivet island facing away from the future rivet edge very close to the projection to make the turnstile effect. This space is visible in the outer edge region of a Nietkopf-courtes or "Nietfußes", which remained around the formation of the rivet center from the preform of the rivet visible (claim 24 to 28, claim 32).
The projection as a line or strip lies at least partially outside the weakened Nietfußbereichs in which the sheet is thin by the shape of the attachment point. Thus, the edge region of this Nietfußes is addressed (claim 25), wherein preferably more than 40% of an assumed area of a strip-shaped projection outside the Nietfußbereiches are (claim 26).
For Nietfußbereich can be referenced to an optical change of the surface remaining on the inside of the sheet metal lid after the rivet is formed and the grip tab is arranged (claim 27, claim 28). Due to the placement in the outer area, so far as possible from the weakened sheet metal or the thin sheet thickness away, the shape can turn out significantly higher before the sheet is damaged. By the molding heights can be achieved, which lies above a plate thickness, which has the attachment portion of the grip tab.
If a strip shape is provided as a projection, it can be made larger in its length than the diameter of the finished rivet head.
After the attachment portion is formed from one piece of the center region of the grip tab, there are only slight visible gaps between the mounted over a double fold line down to a lower level mounting portion and the slightly above parallel plane of the remaining grip tab. The attachment of the projections on at least one of the free, from the attachment portion facing outward marginal edges is therefore difficult or difficult to see from the outside, so that the rotation block is almost invisible to the viewer. A possibly color-coded grip tab is not changed further in its colored form.
