Scissors with opening spring according to any one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the unattached end (11) of the elastically deformable elongated member (9) presses permanently against a shoulder formed on one of the scissor arms (2), notably in that region of this arm (2) which is situated between its handle (7) and the pivot (3).
  10. Scissors with opening spring according to any one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that there is provided, on one of the scissor arms (2), for the unattached end (11) of the elastically deformable elongated member (9) to press against, a component (13) mounted in such a way as to be moveable between two positions, namely an active deployed position in which the unattached end (11) of the elongated member (9) presses against a part of this moveable component (13), and an inactive retracted position in which the unattached end (11) of the elongated member (9) cannot press against this moveable component (13).
  11. Scissors with opening spring according to Claim 10, characterized in that said moveable component is a cam (13) pivoting on one of the scissor arms (2) about an axis (14) parallel to the pivot (3) of the two arms (1, 2), between a first angular position which is its active deployed position, in which this cam (13) acts on the unattached end (11) of the elastically deformable elongated member (9), and a second angular position which is its inactive retracted position.
  12. Scissors with opening spring according to Claim 11, characterized in that the pivoting cam (13) is made in the form of an arrow or slider, preferably with a different colour from the colour of the handles (5, 7).
