Claims (5)

  1. Öffnungs-Verschluß-Vorrichtung (1) für einen Behälter, wie eine Flasche oder einen Glaskolben, welche Vorrichtung durch einen Verschluß (2), ein sogenanntes "Deckelfunktionsteil", gebildet ist, welcher Verschluß an dem Ende des Behälters angeordnet ist und an dem eine Verschlußklappe (3) angelenkt ist, die mit einem Verriegelsystem versehen ist und mit einem Loch (5), das an dem oberen Teil des Verschlusses (2) ausgebildet ist, dicht schließend zusammenwirken kann oder zum Öffnen durch Aufklappen betätigbar ist, wobei der Klappenverschluß (3) eine Öffnungsregelungseinrichtung (6) umfaßt, die durch ein elastisches Bauteil (7) zum Speichern von Energie (7) gebildet ist, das zwischen einem oberen Teil (2a) des Verschlusses (2) und einem unteren Teil des Klappenverschlusses (3) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Bauteil zum Speichern von Energie durch zwei Blattfedern (7) gebildet ist, die an einem ihrer freien Teile elastisch verformbar ist und mit zwei Armen (8) einstückig verbunden sind, deren eines Ende jeweils unbeweglich in Einspannungen (9) angeordnet ist, die an der oberen Seite (2a) des Verschlusses (2) ausgebildet sind, und deren jedes andere Ende mit einem seitlichen Gelenkzapfen (10) versehen ist, der jeweils in entsprechenden Aufnahmen (11) eingreifen kann, die der Oberseite (2a) des Verschlusses (2) zugewandt in einem den Einspannungen (9) gegenüberliegenden Bereich realisiert sind, wobei die Arme (8) mit Gelenken (10) versehen sind, die miteinander durch eine Einrichtung zum Freigeben der Klappe (3) verbunden ist, die einen stirnseitigen Drückbereich (12) eines Betätigungsknopf (15) umfaßt, der einstückig mit den Gelenkzapfen (10) verbunden ist, die sich nach unten senkrecht zu den Armen (8) von einer Seite des durch die Gelenkzapfen (10) gebildeten Gelenks erstreckt und sich in das Innere des Verschlusses (2) in einer im wesentlichen zu den Armen parallelen Ebene von der anderen Seite des Gelenks durch einen Hebel (13) vorsetzt, der durch Drehung gegen ein Innenteil des freien Endes des Klappenverschlusses (3), welches Innenteil dem Scharniergelenk (14) gegenüberliegt, bei Betätigung des Drückbereichs (12) des Betätigungsknopfs (15) hebelgemäß fungieren kann, bis der Zapfen (4) von dem Ausgußloch (5) befreit ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klappenverschluß (3) ein Innenrelief (16) umfaßt, das Abstützanschläge bildet, die an einem Innenbereich (3a) der Klappe (3) an dessen freien Ende, das dem Scharniergelenk (14) gegenüberliegt, dem Teil des Betätigungsknopfs (15) zugewandt gebildet ist, der den Hebel (13) bildet, um mit diesem beim Verschließen in Kontakt zu kommen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klappenverschluß (3) an zwei lateralen, parallelen Wänden und in der Nähe des Scharniers (14) zwei Flansche (17) den Blattfedern (7) zugewandt umfaßt, welche Flansche Druckstellen für diese beim Verschließen bilden.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsknopf (15), der Hebel (13), die seitlichen Gelenkzapfen (10), die Arme (8) und die Blattfedern (7) aus einem Stück durch Formen eines Kunststoffmaterials gemäß einer derartigen Geometrie gefertigt sind, daß die Montage des einstückigen Bauteils, das auf diese Weise in den entsprechenden hohlen Abschnitten ausgebildet ist, von dem oberen Teil des Verschlusses (2) in der Art einer Schublade montiert werden kann.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem stirnseitigen Abschnittsbereich (13, 13A) des Betätigungsknopfes (15, 15A) und dessen entsprechenden Aufnahme, die in dem Verschluß (2, 2A) eingebracht ist, Kontrollteile (21) für eine erste Öffnung angeordnet sind.
