- Modern rifle bullets have to meet various hunting requirements. The most important of these requirements is accuracy, that is, the precision of shooting from different hunting weapons. Furthermore, the game should be killed quickly and without great agony. This requires a good width and depth effect of the projectile in the game body. In order to meet this requirement, the projectile in the game body must enlarge its cross section and at the same time lose little mass due to its disassembly. Another requirement for modern rifle bullets is the formation of cut hair and sweat on the weft in order to make it easier to find them even without rejects. Since the weft often closes very quickly due to the elasticity of the fur, the skin and the underlying fat layer, a broke with sweat formation is desirable even with an unfavorable weft angle.
