Claims (30)
- Capsule de fermeture (1) comportant une partie de base (2) et un couvercle (3), la partie de base comportant un orifice de distribution (10) et le couvercle comportant un picot d'étanchéité (12) agencé pour s'engager dans l'orifice de distribution quand le couvercle (14) est fermé, le picot d'étanchéité (12) comportant au moins un relief agencé pour s'encliqueter dans la partie de base, la capsule de fermeture étant caractérisée par le fait que le picot d'étanchéité comporte une zone de déformabilité accrue (18 ; 40), élastiquement déformable, sur laquelle est réalisé au moins partiellement le relief (16 ; 50).
- Capsule de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que l'orifice de distribution (10) est défini par une lèvre annulaire (8) située à l'intérieur de la partie de base.
- Capsule de fermeture selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait que le relief (16) se présente sous la forme d'un bossage.
- Capsule de fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par le fait que le couvercle (3) est articulé sur la partie de base (2).
- Capsule de fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que la zone de déformabilité accrue s'étend sur moins d'une révolution complète autour de l'axe longitudinal (Y) du picot d'étanchéité.
- Capsule de fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que la zone de déformabilité accrue est définie par une région amincie (18) du picot d'étanchéité (12).
- Capsule de fermeture selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que le picot d'étanchéité comporte une rainure (19) qui défmit la région amincie (18).
- Capsule de fermeture selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par le fait que la rainure (19) est intérieure au picot d'étanchéité.
- Capsule de fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée par le fait que la région amincie (18) présente une épaisseur (a) qui est inférieure à la moitié de l'épaisseur moyenne (b) du picot ailleurs que dans la région amincie.
- Capsule de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le picot d'étanchéité (12) comporte deux zones de déformabilité accrue (18), diamétralement opposées, chaque zone de déformabilité accrue étant d'épaisseur inférieure à l'épaisseur du picot entre les deux zones de déformabilité accrue, notamment inférieure à la moitié de cette épaisseur, chaque zone de déformabilité accrue étant définie par une rainure (19) sur la surface radialement intérieure du picot.
- Capsule de fermeture selon la revendication 10, caractérisée par le fait que chaque relief se présente sous la forme d'un bossage de forme sensiblement sphérique, faisant saillie de 0,15 mm environ sur la surface radialement extérieure du picot.
- Capsule de fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que la zone de déformabilité accrue est définie par une languette (40).
- Capsule de fermeture selon la revendication 12, caractérisée par le fait que la languette (40) se raccorde au reste du picot d'étanchéité de manière à présenter un bord libre au niveau de l'extrémité (23) par laquelle le picot d'étanchéité (12) est introduit dans l'orifice de distribution (10).
- Capsule de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 12 et 13, caractérisée par le fait que l'épaisseur de la languette est sensiblement égale à l'épaisseur du reste de la paroi du picot d'étanchéité.
- Capsule de fermeture selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisée par le fait que le picot d'étanchéité comporte plusieurs languettes (40), notamment trois languettes, équiréparties angulairement autour de l'axe longitudinal du picot d'étanchéité, chaque languette comportant, sur sa surface radialement externe, un décrochement (50) agencé pour s'encliqueter dans la partie de base.
- Capsule de fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisée par le fait que l'orifice de distribution (10) présente une première portion (30) et une deuxième portion (31) de section plus grande que la première portion (30) et par le fait que le relief (16) se positionne, lorsque le couvercle est fermé, en regard de la deuxième portion (31), le contact entre le picot d'étanchéité et la paroi délimitant la première portion assurant une fermeture étanche de la capsule.
- Capsule de fermeture selon la revendication 16, caractérisée par le fait que les première et deuxième portions se raccordent par un épaulement (32).
- Capsule de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 16 et 17, caractérisée par le fait que la deuxième portion présente une section transversale suffisamment grande pour que, lorsque le couvercle est fermé, le relief (16) ne soit sensiblement pas comprimé contre la paroi (8) délimitant l'orifice de distribution.
- Capsule de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 16 et 17, caractérisée par le fait que le picot et l'orifice de distribution sont agencés de manière à ce que le relief (16 ; 50) s'encliquette sous l'orifice de distribution.
- Capsule de fermeture selon la revendication 19, caractérisée par le fait que le picot d'étanchéité (12) présente une longueur supérieure à celle de l'orifice de distribution.
- Capsule de fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 20, caractérisée par le fait que le picot d'étanchéité (12) présente une extrémité (22) biseautée et par le fait que le relief (16) se situe en arrière de cette extrémité biseautée.
- Capsule de fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 21, caractérisée par le fait que le relief (16) se présente sous la forme d'un bossage ayant une forme sensiblement sphérique.
- Capsule de fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que l'épaisseur apparente (e) du relief (16) à la surface du picot d'étanchéité (12) est comprise entre 0,03 mm et 0,3 mm, de préférence de 0,15 mm environ.
- Capsule de fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 23, caractérisée par le fait que la partie de base comporte une jupe de montage (5) sur le col d'un récipient.
- Capsule de fermeture selon la revendication 4, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle est monolithique.
- Capsule de fermeture selon la revendication 25, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte au moins une languette élastique (25) reliant le couvercle à la partie de base.
- Capsule de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le picot d'étanchéité (12) comporte deux reliefs (16) superposés dans le sens de son axe longitudinal (Y).
- Capsule de fermeture selon la revendication 25, caractérisée par le fait que le couvercle est relié à la partie de base par une charnière-film (24).
- Capsule de fermeture selon la revendication 28, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle est bi-injectée, le picot d'étanchéité étant réalisé dans un premier matériau et le reste de la capsule dans un deuxième matériau, différent du premier.
- Récipient équipé d'une capsule de fermeture tel que défini dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 29.
