Claims (36)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen, die umfasst:
    - einen Behälter (2),
    - ein Produkt (P), das in dem Behälter (2) enthalten ist,
    - einen Applikator (3) mit einem Stab und einer Auftrageinrichtung (4), die in den Behälter (2) eingeführt werden kann, um ein Produkt (P) zu entnehmen, und
    - eine Abstreifeinrichtung (7) mit einem ersten Einführungskonus auf der Innenseite des Behälters, wobei dieser erste Einführungskonus (18) in Richtung des Ausgangs des Behälters konvergiert, wobei die Abstreifeinrichtung eine innere Oberfläche umfasst, die an mindestens einem Punkt der Längsachse der Abstreifeinrichtung im Wesentlichen kontinuierlich kreisförmig ist, mit einem Durchmesser, der an das Abstreifen des Stabes angepasst ist, wobei die Abstreifeinrichtung (7) mindestens eine Kerbe (20) umfasst, die um die Längsachse (X) der Abstreifeinrichtung nicht rotationssymmetrisch ist und in die die Auftrageinrichtung und/oder das Produkt, das daran vorhanden ist, zumindest teilweise eindringen kann, wenn die Auftrageinrichtung (4) durch die Abstreifeinrichtung (7) hindurch geht, wobei die Abstreifeinrichtung mindestens eine Kerbe umfasst, die eine radiale Abmessung aufweist, die zum Ausgang des Behälters hin abnimmt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt Makropartikel (M) mit länglicher Form enthält, die individuell mit bloßem Auge wahrnehmbar sind, wie Fasern oder Pailletten.
  2. Vorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die Abstreifeinrichtung einen länglichen Durchgang (21) umfasst, der von der Auftrageinrichtung (4) durchquert wird, wenn diese aus dem Behälter (2) herausgezogen wird, wobei der Durchgang (21) an mindestens einem Punkt seiner Länge einen nicht kontinuierlichen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist, wobei die Abstreifeinrichtung (7) beim Durchgang der Auftrageinrichtung (4) im Wesentlichen nicht verformbar ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    die Abstreifeinrichtung (7) sich beim Durchgang der Auftrageinrichtung im Wesentlichen nicht verformt, wobei sie einen inneren Querschnitt aufweist, der auf dem Hauptteil des Abstandes, der das distale Ende (53) der Abstreifeinrichtung vom Ort (52), wo der Querschnitt durch ein Minimum verläuft, trennt, variiert.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kerbe (20) in das longitudinalen Ende der Abstreifeinrichtung (7) mündet, das sich im Inneren des Behälters (2) befindet.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifeinrichtung (7) zwischen 1 und 10 Kerben (20), sogar zwischen 2 und 8 Kerben, außerdem sogar zwischen 3 und 6 Kerben umfasst.
  6. Vorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kerben (20) im Winkel um eine Längsachse (X) der Abstreifeinrichtung (7) gleich verteilt sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifeinrichtung (7) axialsymmetrisch ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifeinrichtung (7) mindestens zwei Rippen (23) umfasst, die im ersten Einführungskonus (18) einen Vorsprung bilden und die die mindestens eine Kerbe (20) zwischen sich ausbilden.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifeinrichtung (7) einen zweiten Einführungskonus (16) umfasst, der zum Inneren des Behälters hin konvergiert.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) einen Hals (8) umfasst und dass die Abstreifeinrichtung (7) eine Montageschürze (14) umfasst, die für die Befestigung der Abstreifeinrichtung (7) im Hals (8) dient.
  11. Vorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifeinrichtung auf der Innenseite des Behälters (2) eine Abstreiflippe (17) umfasst, deren äußerer Querschnitt kleiner ist als jener der Montageschürze (14).
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) einen Hals (8) umfasst, in dem die Abstreifeinrichtung (7) befestigt ist, und dass der Außendurchmesser des Teils der Abstreifeinrichtung (7), der die Kerbe oder die Kerben (20) umfasst, im Wesentlichen konstant und gleich dem Innendurchmesser des Halses (8) ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftrageinrichtung (4) am Ende des Stabes (5) des Applikators (3) befestigt ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stab einen äußeren Querschnitt aufweist, der im Wesentlichen konstant ist, und dass der kleinste Querschnitt des Durchgangs (21) der Abstreifeinrichtung, der von der Auftrageinrichtung durchquert wird, wenn diese aus dem Behälter herausgezogen wird, im Wesentlichen dem äußeren Querschnitt des Stabes (5) entspricht.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere Querschnitt des Durchgangs (21) der Abstreifeinrichtung (7), der von der Auftrageinrichtung (4) durchquert wird, wenn diese aus dem Behälter herausgezogen wird, um höchstens 10 % beim Durchgang der Auftrageinrichtung durch die Abstreifeinrichtung (7) zunimmt.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifeinrichtung (7) einen Kunststoff umfasst.
  17. Vorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifeinrichtung aus einem nicht bienenwabenförmigen Material hergestellt ist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifeinrichtung (7) aus einem anderen Material als einem Kunststoff, insbesondere einer Keramik, hergestellt ist.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifeinrichtung (7) monolithisch ist.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifeinrichtung (7) mindestens zwei zusammengefügte Stücke (30, 31) umfasst.
  21. Vorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Stücke (30, 31) aus zwei verschiedenen Materialien, insbesondere Materialien mit unterschiedlicher Härte, hergestellt sind.
  22. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifeinrichtung (7) einen Flor (33) umfasst.
  23. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftrageinrichtung (4) eine Bürste umfasst.
  24. Vorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürste an ihrem proximalen Ende eine Hülloberfläche, deren Querschnitt mit der Entfernung vom distalen Ende der Bürste dünner wird, insbesondere eine Fase (49) aufweist.
  25. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürste eine Hülloberfläche (S) aufweist, deren Querschnitt zwischen ihren zwei longitudinalen Enden durch ein Maximum verläuft.
  26. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 23 und 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürste eine Hülloberfläche (S) aufweist, deren Querschnitt zwischen ihren zwei longitudinalen Enden durch ein Minimum verläuft.
  27. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt (P) Fasern umfasst.
  28. Vorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fasern eine mittlere Länge zwischen 0,05 und 3 mm aufweisen.
  29. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt Paletten umfasst, von denen eine größere mittlere Abmessung zwischen 50 µm und 1,5 mm liegt.
  30. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 27 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt mindestens 0,2 Gewichts-% Fasern und/oder Pailletten umfasst.
  31. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter einen Hals (8) umfasst und dass die Abstreifeinrichtung einen ringförmigen Rand (7a) umfasst, der eine Nut definiert, mit der das obere Ende des Halses in Eingriff steht.
  32. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stab einen verengten Abschnitt (5b) umfasst, der sich auf der Höhe der Abstreifeinrichtung positioniert, wenn sich der Applikator an der Stelle im Behälter befindet.
  33. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stab (5) einen distalen Abschnitt (5a) aufweist, der in der Richtung der Auftrageinrichtung dünner wird.
  34. Vorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der distale Abschnitt (5a) konisch ist.
  35. Verfahren zum Schminken, bei dem mit der Auftrageinrichtung einer Vorrichtung, wie in einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche definiert, Produkt im Behälter entnommen wird und bei dem die Makropartikel beim Herausziehen des Applikators einer Wirkung ausgesetzt werden, die sie gewöhnlich in einer im Voraus definierten Weise an der Auftrageinrichtung orientiert, dann das Produkt auf einen Bereich des menschlichen Körpers, insbesondere die Wimpern und/oder die Augenbrauen, aufgetragen wird.
  36. Verfahren nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wirkung darauf abzielt, die Makroparkikel im Wesentlichen parallel zur Längsachse der Auftrageinrichtung zu orientieren.
