Der Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Schalenseparator zu schaffen, der eine effiziente Trennung der Schalen von Getreide, insbesondere von geschältem Braunreis ermöglicht. Dies bei wesentlich höherer Ausleseleistuπg und zumindest gleichbleibender Auslesequalität.
Die Lösung die Aufgabe erfolgt mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs. Erfindungsge- mäss werden mindestens zwei Einspeisungen parallel zur Produktverteilung für das Braunreis-Schalengemisch übereinander angeordnet und ein Umluftstrom auf zwei Auslesezonen gerichtet. Vorteilhaft kann die Luftverteilung durch eine Klappe eingestellt wer¬ den. Der Erfindung liegt die Erkenntnis zugrunde, dass nicht nur die Produktzuführung über die Breite der Auslesezone gleichmässig sein muss. Vielmehr darf bei Schalengemischen eine bestimmte Menge über die Breite der Einspeiselänge für eine genaue Auslese nicht überschritten werden, wobei bis zu einer Grenzleistung der Auslesefehler nur langsam, bei weiterem Leistungsanstieg aber sehr drastisch ansteigt.The invention is based on the object of creating a shell separator which enables efficient separation of the husks from cereals, in particular from husked brown rice.
