- An essential characteristic of all solutions is in that a stream of air caused by a fan, which is a constituent part of an oven, circulates around a gap between the external housing of the oven and oven walls and is then led to the interior of the oven, where it gets mixed with hot vapours and gases that emerge in an oven during cooking. Due to the air overpressure in the oven, the air mixed with gases and vapours escapes through the gap above the door so that it passes by the external side of the control panel above the door or rather under the upper middle edge of the oven, thus cooling it, so that the temperature of switches on the control panel does not exceed the temperature still suitable for touching. In several embodiments of the oven, the air escapes near the glass on the door to prevent moisturizing thereof and lowers it temperature on the external side.
- a disadvantage of the above-mentioned solutions lies in that a relatively large quantity of air circulates in the interior oven, thus taking away much of its heat energy, which lowers the energetic efficiency of the apparatus as a whole. Air ventilation in the oven can be detrimental to the quality of cooking due to the above-mentioned air, because the speed of cooking and temperature on the surface of food can be too low.
- the described technical problem is solved by a new concept of the oven of the invention, the essential characteristic and novelty of which lies in that between the external housing of the apparatus and the interior oven there is a fan sucking air outside the apparatus and leads it along a channel to the discharge nozzle on the frame, so that the air escapes through a slot between the door and the control panel, whereby the exit channel is conceived as a nozzle, into which an air channel from the oven is led. Due to the injection effect the air exit stream sucks the air from the oven on the upper side, thus diverting vapours and gases.
- the power balance of the oven of the invention is also substantially better, because the fan does not suck air circulating in the interior oven, but only the air from the vicinity of the apparatus.
- the escape of air through the gap and the control panel causes the movement of the heated environmental air upwards along the external board of the door, thus cooling it so much to achieve the allowed surface temperature, which prevents burnings if the door or the glass is touched.

- the channel 10 terminates in the frame 4 on the front edge of the oven 2 in the area of the gap 13 between the door 3 and the control panel 5, in a way that the gap 13 acts as an air stream duct, escaping from the channel 10, and diverts it near the control panel 5 upwards into the environment.
- the fan 8 is of optional embodiment, preferably as an axial radial type with a relatively low murmur of operation.
- the oven of the invention proves to be much more energy efficient and simultaneously assures adequate air conditions in the oven both as to its temperature and its circulation in the oven.
