Definitions
- the invention relates to a contact spring of an electronic device, in particular an antenna amplifier, for contacting with a contact point on one flat component, in particular a vehicle window of a vehicle, according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- a vehicle antenna device is known.
- This device are conductive antenna structures on a vehicle window arranged, these antenna structures are provided with contact points.
- the conductive antenna structures with a Downstream electronic device which is an antenna amplifier here acts, contacted.
- a printed circuit board of the electronic device which usually has printed conductors and electronic components, placed on the vehicle window so that the contact points of the antenna structures, which are preferably grouped together with the location of corresponding contact points on the circuit board correspond.
- the z. B. glued to the vehicle window and in which the electronic device (possibly with housing) or the PCB is used.
- the circuit board is per contact point pair a contact spring present, the is electrically conductive.
- the contact spring in cross-section approximately U-shaped, with a flattened leg of the contact spring with the contact point of the circuit board of the Electronic device is soldered.
- the other, free end of the contact spring has a convex shape and is free-standing spaced from the circuit board. This creates the risk that this free end of the contact spring is bent when the flattened end has been soldered to the circuit board.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, a contact spring of a Electronic device, in particular an antenna amplifier, for contacting with a contact point on a flat component, in particular a vehicle window a vehicle to provide, with the initially described Disadvantages are avoided, this contact spring is easy to make and should be inexpensive.
- a contact spring which in at least one area soldered with a contact point and with another area force and / or positively rests on another contact point.
- a first embodiment Is realized by a contact spring, the two free ends with a Contact point are soldered.
- An alternative embodiment is that the Contact spring is soldered at one point to the contact point on the circuit board and the two free ends of the contact spring positively with each other get connected.
- a third variant is the one end of the contact spring with soldered the contact point and the contact spring is shaped so that the other free end is guided by a breakthrough in the circuit board.
- the contact spring is used in vehicles with integrated antenna systems, in which in or on a sheet-like component (for example, a Disc like a rear window) antenna structures are present, the Have contact points where the contact spring force and / or positive fit comes to the plant, wherein via the contact spring of the connection of the antenna structure to a downstream electronic device, such as a Antenna amplifier, takes place, this device at least one further corresponding Contact point (preferably a conductor track), with which the Contact spring cohesively, preferably by soldering, is connected.
- a sheet-like component for example, a Disc like a rear window
- the Have contact points where the contact spring force and / or positive fit comes to the plant, wherein via the contact spring of the connection of the antenna structure to a downstream electronic device, such as a Antenna amplifier, takes place, this device at least one further corresponding Contact point (preferably a conductor track), with which the Contact spring cohesively, preferably by soldering, is connected.
- Figure 1 relates to a contact spring 1, which on a first contact point 2 (preferably a circuit board of an electronic device, in turn, conductor tracks has) is arranged.
- the second contact point is the reference numeral 3 in which preferably is a contact point of an antenna structure on a vehicle window.
- a Breakthrough 4 available in the first contact point 2 .
- the contact spring 1 has the geometric shown in FIG Shape, leaving one end 5 as a free end and another end 6 as a solid one End is formed. The end 5 protrudes through the opening 4 and is there freely movable.
- the end 6 is fixed and electrically connected to the first contact point 2 connected, in particular by means of a soldering (solder 7).
- FIG. 2 shows the contact spring 1 in a further form, the two ends 5, 6 are soldered on the circuit board. At least one of the solder joints 7 represents the electrical contact between the contact spring 1 and the associated conductor track of the electronic device.
- This form of contact spring 1 also allows that it is compressible after assembly and then this shape permanently maintained.
- FIG. 3 shows the contact spring 1 in a further form, the two ends 5, 6 are soldered on the circuit board.
- the contact spring realized here two humps, the rest against the second contact point 3. At least one of the solder joints 7 to the Ends 5, 6 provides the electrical contact between the contact spring 1 and the associated conductor track of the electronic device forth. Also this form of Contact spring 1 allows it to be compressible after assembly and then permanently maintain that shape.
- FIG. 4 shows the contact spring 1 in a further form, the two ends 5, 6 are designed such that they have a form-locking region, that is, that the two ends 5, 6 are positively connected with each other.
- One another area of the contact spring 1, in particular a flattened area, is in Area of soldering 7 integrally connected to the first contact point and electrically contacted. In the lower part of the form-locking area is still once played.
- Figure 5 shows the contact spring 1, consisting of two approximately cup-shaped parts consists, wherein the ends of the two shells are connected to each other. This can by soldering, welding, gluing, caulking, flanging or like that happened.
- the contact spring 1 can in its longitudinal course in the upper and / or lower portion have recesses such as slots, to set the spring characteristic.
- the flattened lower part of the contact spring 1 is again cohesively in the region of the solder joint 7 with the first contact point connected and electrically contacted.
- FIG. 6 shows the contact spring 1 in a further form, namely an ⁇ -shape, wherein the two ends 5, 6 are soldered on the circuit board. At least one of the Soldering 7 provides the electrical contact between the contact spring 1 and the associated conductor track of the electronic device forth. Also this form of Contact spring 1 allows it to be compressible after assembly and then permanently maintain that shape.
- FIG. 7 relates to a contact spring 1 which is again located on the first contact point 2 is arranged.
- a breakthrough 4 is present in the first contact point 2, so that a End 5 as a free end and other ends 6 as solid and / or as free ends is trained.
- the end 5 protrudes through the opening 4 and is free there movable.
- At least one end 6 is fixed and electrically connected to the first contact point 2 connected, in particular by means of a soldering (solder 7).
- FIG. 8 shows the contact spring 1 in a further form, namely an ⁇ -shape, wherein the two ends 5, 6 are arranged at the lower end of the ⁇ and themselves opposite there, so that the ⁇ -shaped contact spring 1 through the opening 4 movable and with their constriction is durable there.
- At least one of the Soldering 7 in the region of the opening 4 provides the electrical contact between the contact spring 1 and the associated trace of the electronic Device forth. This shape of the contact spring 1 allows it after the Assembly is squeezable and then keeps this shape permanently.
- Figure 9 relates to a contact spring 1, with its one end 5 back on the first contact point 2 is arranged and connected there.
- the contact spring 1 has the geometric barrel or cylinder-like shape shown in Figure 9, wherein the Area between the two ends 5, 6 has bulges, the one realize targeted deformation during compression during assembly.
- Recesses are present in this area, preferably as slots 9 are formed to adjust the spring characteristic.
- At least one end 6 is fixed and electrically connected to the first contact point 2, in particular by means of a soldering (soldering 7). Also this form of contact spring 1 allows it is compressible after assembly and then this shape permanently maintained.
- Figures 10 and 11 relate to a contact spring 1, with its one end 5, which is flattened, again on the first contact point 2 (not shown here) arranged and connected there.
- Figure 10 shows the contact spring 1 before her Mounting so that it has a greater height than in Figure 11, the Contact spring 1 after its installation between the two contact points (resp. between vehicle window and circuit board) in the compressed state shows.
- the contact spring 1 may be designed continuously, so that in the actual Meaning the two ends 5, 6 are not present. Is not she continuous formed (for example when made from a strip of material), it has the two ends 5, 6, in particular in the flattened Arranged and connected to each other (analogous to the ends, as described with reference to FIG. 5 and shown there).
