Claims (7)
- A rubber blanket having a metal or plastic carrier plate and consisting of a plurality of layers, in particular for covering a transfer cylinder of an offset printing machine, characterized in that the top layer (4) and the non-extensible layer (3), arranged beneath the top layer (4), of at least one end of the rubber blanket (10) can be inserted, together with the carrier plate (1), in angled form, into a cylinder groove and at least a portion (5) of the remaining layers (2) are not inserted into the cylinder cavities and terminate in the region of the angled carrier plate (1).
