Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Einstellen einer Gasflamme eines Gaskochfeldes, die eine drehbar und in Axialrichtung verstellbar angeordnete Betätigungswelle (11), die durch eine Montageöffnung einer Abdeckung (14) des Gaskochfeldes geführt ist, und ein auf einer Oberseite der Abdeckung (14) liegendes Dichtungselement (16) zum Abdichten der Montageöffnung aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Dichtungselement (16) eine Dichtungsscheibe (100) zugeordnet ist, durch die die Betätigungswelle (11) verstellbar geführt ist und die mit der Betätigungswelle (11) drehfest verbunden ist, welche Dichtungsscheibe (100) mittels einer Feder (19) gegen das Dichtungselement (16) gedrückt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Dichtungselement (16) eine Deckel (18) zugeordnet ist, der ein Widerlager für die Feder (19) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (18) als ein Ring ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (18) in eine zylindrische Seitenwand (101) des Dichtungselements (16) einschraubbar und/oder einklebbar oder einpressbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Anspruche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine die Betätigungswelle (11) aufnehmende Durchführungsöffnung (20) der Dichtungsscheibe (100) einer Kontur der Betätigungswelle (11) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Anspruche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung des Deckels (18) einen größeren Durchmesser hat als die Betätigungswelle (11).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung des Dichtungselements (16) einen größeren Durchmesser hat als die Betätigungswelle (11).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außendurchmesser der Dichtungsscheibe (100) kleiner ist als ein Innendurchmesser einer zylindrischen Seitenwand (101) des Dichtungselements (16), die in die Montageöffnung ragt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das Dichtungselement (16) ein Außengewinde (17) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungselement (16) in seinem Außenbereich die Oberseite der Abdeckung (14) überlappt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungselement (16) und/oder der Deckel (18) aus einem Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungsscheibe (100) aus Metall gefertigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungswelle (11) und die Dichtungsscheibe (100) aus verschiedenen Materialien gefertigt sind.
- Gaskochfeld, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 aufweist.
