Fig. 1 zeigt ein letztes Druckwerk 1 einer Bogendruckmaschine mit einem nachgeordneten Ausleger 2. Das Druckwerk 1 enthält eine Bogentransporttrommel 3, einen Druckzylinder 4, einen Übertragungszylinder 5 und einen Plattenzylinder 6. Dem Plattenzylinder 6 sind Walzen eines Farbwerks 7 und eines Feuchtwerks 8 zugeordnet. Mit dem Feuchtwerk 8 und dem Farbwerk 7 wird eine auf dem Plattenzylinder 6 aufgespannte Druckform 21 bildgemäß eingefärbt. Der Übertragungszylinder 5 besitzt einen gummielastischen Aufzug 22, mit dem die Druckfarbe im Druckspalt 21 auf den Bogen 18 übertragen wird. Im Ausleger 2 werden die Bogen 18 von den Vorderkantengreifern 9 an der Vorderkante übernommen, wobei die Hinterkante der Bogen 18 von den Hinterkantengreifern 10 gehalten wird. Kurz vor dem Stapel 16 werden die Greifer 9, 10 geöffnet, so dass ein Bogen 18 auf den Stapel 16 fällt. Claims (8)

  1. Device (1) for conveying a sheet through a graphic arts machine,
    including
    a cylinder (4) with grippers (19) arranged in a gap to hold the leading edge of a sheet, a chain conveyor (13) having grippers (9.1-9.7, 10.1-10.7) fixed to endless chains to hold and take over the leading edge of a sheet from the cylinder and to hold the trailing edge of a sheet,
    wherein the chains (13) pass over rotating sprockets (11, 12),
    wherein coaxially revolving support elements (37) for the sheet are arranged between the sprockets associated with the cylinder, the support elements (37) being in rolling contact with the circumferential surface of the cylinder,
    and wherein coaxially revolving suction grippers (44) for holding the trailing edge of the sheet are arranged between the sprockets associated with the cylinder, including an actuating device for opening and closing the grippers,
    and including a drive for the cylinder and the sprockets,
    characterized in
    that the grippers (10.1-10.7) for the trailing edge pass the cylinder (4) in an opened state,
    wherein gripper pads (43) and gripper tips (41) of the grippers (10.1-10.7) for the trailing edge are located underneath a path (42) travelled by the sheet (18) held on the circumferential surface (26, 27),
    and that the grippers (10.1-10.7) for the trailing edge are closable in a rotary angle region in which the chains run off the sprockets (11) associated with the cylinder (4).
  2. Device according to Claim 1,
    characterized in
    that radially movable suction grippers (44) are provided that are located in the region of the gripper pads (43) for the trailing edge in the circumferential direction and that are radially higher than the gripper pads (43) for the trailing edge outside the contact region (34) with the cylinder (4).
  3. Device according to Claim 2,
    characterized in
    that the chain length wound off the sprockets (11) is smaller than the sheet length held between the grippers (9.1-9.7) for the leading edge and the suction grippers (44).
  4. Device according to Claim 2,
    characterized in
    that with chains having polygonal-type links, the pitch diameter of the sprockets (11) is equal to or smaller than the diameter of the revolving support elements (37).
  5. Device according to Claim 2,
    characterized in
    that actuating elements for adjusting the circumference of the suction grippers (44) are provided.
  6. Device according to Claim 5,
    characterized in
    that piezoelectric actuators are provided for circumferential adjustment.
  7. Device according to Claim 5,
    characterized in
    that the suction grippers (44) are arranged on a suction gripper bar (38), independently controllable actuating elements acting on both sides of the suction gripper bar (38).
  8. Device according to Claim 1,
    characterized in
    that the grippers (10.1-10.7) for the trailing edge are closed at an angle of rotation of the sprockets (11) at which the circular path of the surface of the suction elements (44) intersects the path of the gripper pads (43) for the trailing edge.
