Definitions
- the invention relates to a floor panel in rectangular shape in the Preamble of claim 1 defined type.
- the known Floor panel contains a sound insulation in the form of at least one sound insulation layer, which is arranged on the side facing the tread side of the core.
- the sound insulation layer consists of a thin, soft, resilient Material, especially plastic and must in the manufacture of the floor panel be incorporated into the laminate, which is relatively expensive.
- WO 99/00242 shows a floor panel in a rectangular shape, which has a core solid wood and two on the top and bottom of the core, Thinner plates, also made of solid wood, contains.
- the floor panel is soundproofed, wherein in a first embodiment, sound insulation layers between the core and the two-sided covering the core, with the already described Disadvantages are interposed.
- those sides of the core that are adjacent to each other are thinner plates are facing, provided with grooves through which the contact surface is reduced from wood to wood, which is to cause a sound insulation.
- This also the force-transmitting surface between the wood layers reduced, which in extreme cases to flatten the peaks lying between the grooves in floor areas that are particularly heavily committed, so that the floor lowers slightly there.
- longitudinal grooves are incorporated in the core, and in turn alternately from the top and the bottom, with the grooves to over half the thickness of the core into this core.
- these grooves do not extend to the bottom, but are through covering the thinner wooden panels, which act as sound bridges.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, a floor panel with a simple to provide manufactured and effective footfall sound insulation.
- Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a first embodiment of an inventive Floor panel 1, a tread 2 and a concealed in Fig. 1 Base 3, which serves as a support surface on a floor surface, as well as a has core 4 arranged between the bottom 3 and the tread side 2.
- the illustrated floor panel 1 is part of a laminate floor, wherein the tread surface 2 is preferably formed by a laminate layer which will crack, damage and break is insensitive to soiling and decorative.
- the core 4 is preferably made an industrially produced wood fiber material, in particular an MDF / HDF board or a chipboard.
- the bottom 3 is the bottom of the core 4 of the material of the core, or may be by a protective or leveling layer laminated to the core (not drawn here).
- the floor panel 1 shown here has a rectangular shape and is relatively small, wherein the width B between 5 cm to 15 cm, preferably 8 cm, and the length L between 20 cm and 80 cm, preferably 60 cm.
- the floor panel thus has two opposite ones long sides 5a and 5b and two opposite short sides 6a or 6b. At least the long sides 5a, 5b are corresponding, mechanical Locking elements 7a and 7b, with which adjacent floor panels over a locking connection can be locked.
- the locking element 7a contains too
- a bar 8 with a protruding nose 8a which via a groove 9 to is limited inside.
- the locking member 7b includes a recess 10 for receiving the strip 8 with an undercut 10a for receiving the nose 8a, the is limited to the outside by a bar 11 which are received in the groove 9 can.
- a bar 11 which are received in the groove 9 can.
- adjacent floor panels with their long sides be locked together via a snap or locking connection, where it is only necessary, the two panels with their long sides at an angle to each other to set that the nose 8a dips into the recess 10, and then the two panels aligned and just align with each other, causing the nose 8a moved into the undercut 10a.
- the locking elements 7a, 7b in their dimensions, in particular their width b, coordinated so that the two panels do not move against each other parallel to the short sides 6a can.
- the two short sides 6a, 6b with corresponding Locking elements 12 a, 12 b provided, wherein the locking element 12a corresponds to the locking element 7b and the locking element 12b corresponds to the locking element 7a, but does not have the nose, so that the panels with their short sides by simply pressing together can be connected, which facilitates the installation.
- connection via the locking elements 7a, 7b and 12a, 12b requires no Glue application.
- the floor panel 1 according to the invention is easy to produce and yet effective sound insulation, especially against impact sound, provided in the form at least one recess 13 is provided extending from the bottom 3 in the Extends inside the panel, the bottom 3 outside the recess 13 and flat is flat.
- the sound insulation is in the illustrated embodiment by a single Recess 13 causes, which in the form of a groove from a short side 6a extends continuously to the second short side 6b.
- the recess 13 has a Depth t, which is dimensioned so that the recess 13 from the bottom 3 to about a third to half of the thickness D of the core 4 extends into this.
- the recess 13 is open to the bottom 3 and should remain so. It is possible at best to apply a thin, non-sound-absorbing layer to the underside 3 that the recess 13 is covered.
- the recess 13 should, however, on in any case, do not lose their sound-wave interrupting function.
- the recess 13 has a width s between 1 and 10 mm and extends approximately in the middle between the long sides 5a, 5b, parallel to them and into the area the locking elements 12a, 12b of the short sides 6a, 6b. It can from the outer Bar of the locking element 12a a small connecting web 14 are stay that improves cohesion.
- Fig. 4 shows a part of a floor covering 15, which consists of a plurality of floor panels 1 was prepared according to FIGS. 1 to 3.
- Fig. 4 shows the bottom of the Flooring 15 and a parallel and offset by half each arrangement the floor panels 1, in the form of a regular ship bottom bandage.
- the locking elements 7a, 7b and 12a, 12b are adjacent Floor panels are designed so that on the bottom of the floor covering between adjacent panels grooves 16 between the long sides and grooves 17th between the short sides, while the tread sides 2 of adjacent panels almost seamlessly abut each other.
- the grooves 17 serve between adjacent short sides of footfall sound insulation.
- Fig. 5 shows another embodiment of a floor covering 18 from another Embodiment of inventively embodied floor panels 1 'in Herringbone composite, again with a view of the undersides 3.
- the Recesses in their shape, size (depth, width, length), arrangement and number varies become.
- two or more be provided through continuous recesses, or a plurality of recesses in rows, in a diamond shape, or in a different arrangement across the bottoms be distributed.
- the recesses do not necessarily have to be parallel to the long sides, but can also be arranged along the short sides or randomly.
- the Recesses do not necessarily have to be as grooves, but can be called, for example Notches, blind holes, cuts or the like. Be formed.
- the floor panels must not necessarily be provided on all four sides with locking elements, in particular For a ship floor laying it may be sufficient, for example, only the long sides to provide with these locking elements.
- the form and effect the locking elements can also be changed. So can the Invention in floor panels with all common locking systems or too gluing floor panels are used.
- the invention is further on floor panels other shapes and dimensions, including normal or standard-sized panels of 120 x 20 cm or panels with miter cuts, square or hexagonal or the like .. Also the choice of material for the floor panel can be adapted to changing purposes. Finally, everyone Embodiments of the floor panels suitable for all common installation patterns.
