Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif permettant de monter un bloc d'impression (36 ; 37) sur un cylindre gravé (31 ; 33) d'une machine à imprimer, avec un puits (43 ; 44) destiné à la mise à disposition de blocs d'impression (36 ; 37) à monter sur le cylindre gravé (31 ; 33), sachant que les blocs d'impression (36 ; 37) mis à disposition dans le puits (43 ; 44) présentent une largeur différente (B) au moins à l'intérieur de limites de tolérance données, sachant que chaque bloc d'impression (36 ; 37) présente deux côtés ayant une longueur (L) dans sa direction de montage (M), sachant qu'il est prévu au moins un poussoir (59) agissant sur le bloc d'impression (36 ; 37) sur l'un des côtés parallèles à la longueur (L), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une butée (61), stationnaire par rapport au puits (43 ; 44), est prévue sur l'autre côté du bloc d'impression (36 ; 37) qui est parallèle à la longueur (L), sachant qu'un organe de commande à actionnement pneumatique dévie le poussoir (59) et que le poussoir (59) dévié presse contre la butée (61) le bloc d'impression (36 ; 37) à monter.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir (59) agit de manière intermittente sur le bloc d'impression respectif (36 ; 37) à monter.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir (59) presse des blocs d'impression (36 ; 37) à monter de largeurs différentes (B) essentiellement uniformément et avec la même force contre la butée (61).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir (59) et la butée (61) sont disposés dans le puits (43 ; 44).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le puits (43 ; 44) est disposé dans un magasin (38 ; 39) de blocs d'impression.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir (59) et la butée (61) orientent le bloc d'impression (36 ; 37) en direction axiale par rapport au cylindre gravé (31 ; 33) conformément au repérage latéral.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir (59) presse le bloc d'impression (36 ; 37) latéralement contre la butée (61), avant que le bloc d'impression (36 ; 37) soit transporté hors du puits (43 ; 44) dans la direction de montage (M).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir (59) est dégagé du bloc d'impression (36 ; 37) tandis que le bloc d'impression (36 ; 37) est transporté hors du puits (43 ; 44) dans la direction de montage (M).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une autre butée (63) est prévue dans la direction de montage (M) du bloc d'impression (36 ; 37), sachant que le poussoir (59) exerce une pression latérale contre le bloc d'impression (36 ; 37) tandis que le bloc d'impression (36 ; 37) se trouve près de l'autre butée (63).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir (59) est réalisé sous la forme d'un levier (59) monté de manière articulée.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le levier (59) peut pivoter autour d'un axe de pivotement disposé perpendiculairement à une face de travail (02) du bloc d'impression (36 ; 37).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de commande dévie le poussoir (59) par impulsions.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de commande dévie le poussoir (59) à l'encontre de la force d'un ressort.
