Description

Aufbewahrungsanordnung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Aufbewahrungsanordnung mit einem Behälter und einem Teilerelement, das auf den oberen Rand einer Wand des Behälters aufsteckbar ist. Ein s olches Teilerelement kann s einerseits e inen kleineren B ehälter z um E inhängen i n den erstgenannten Behälter darstellen, oder es kann eine Trennwand zum Unterteilen des Behälters in unterschiedliche Kammern bilden.
Eine Aufbewahrungsanordnung vom letzteren Typ ist aus EP-0611535 A1 bekannt. Das Teilerelement dieser Anordnung umfasst einen Reiter zum Aufstecken auf eine Wand eines Behälters und eine von dem Reiter abstehende Trennwand. Der Reiter weist eine nach unten offene Nut auf, die dimensioniert ist, um auf die Wand des Behälters aufgesteckt zu werden und diese elastisch einzuklemmen. Ein Boden der Nut ist durch zwei Nockenleisten gebildet, die in montierter Stellung des Teilerelements auf den oberen Rand der Wand ruhen und zwischen sich einen Schlitz begrenzen, der auf einen sich in Längsrichtung des Reiters erstreckenden Kanal mündet. Der Schlitz und der Kanal können als eine vom Boden der ersten Nut ausgehende zweite Nut aufgefasst werden. Zur Funktion des Kanals werden keine Angaben gemacht.
Ein N achteil d es a us E P-0611535 b ekannten Teilerelements i st, d ass es n ur a uf e iner Wand von genau vorgegebener Stärke festklemmbar ist. Unter Gesichtspunkten der Gewichts- und Materialersparnis kann es jedoch wünschenswert sein, an einem Behälter Wände in unterschiedlichen Stärken vorzusehen. Wenn dies der Fall ist, ist das bekannte Teilerelement nur an denjenigen Wänden des Behälters einsetzbar, die die Stärke haben, für die die Nut des Teilerelements bemessen ist. Dies beeinträchtigt erheblich die Flexibilität der Verwendung des Teilerelements.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, eine Aufbewahrungsanordnung mit einem Behälter und einem an Wänden des Behälters befestigbaren Teilerelement anzugeben, bei der das Teilerelement an Wänden unterschiedlicher Stärke befestigbar ist.
Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine Aufbewahrungsanordnung mit dem Merkmal des Anspruchs 1. Sie ermöglicht die Befestigung des Teilerelements an zwei Typen von Wänden unterschiedlicher Stärke, indem eine schmalere Wand durch die erste Nut hindurch in die zweite Nut eingesteckt werden kann, während beim Aufstrecken auf eine Wand mit der größeren Stärke diese am Boden der ersten Nut anschlägt.
Um einen festen Sitz des Teilerelements auf beiden Typen von Wänden zu erreichen, ist es zweckmäßig, d ass d ie e rste u nd zweite N ut e ine g emeinsame e bene Seitenflanke aufweisen, an welcher die Wand, auf die das Teilerelement aufgesteckt ist, jeweils flächig anliegen kann.
Da die Eingrifftiefe einer breiten Wand in die erste Nut geringer ist als die einer schmalen Wand, die beide Nuten durchläuft, ist es für einen festen Sitz an der ersten Wand zweckmäßig, wenn diese eine Hinterschneidung aufweist und der Reiter im Bereich der ersten Nut mit einem in die Hinterschneidung eingreifenden Steg versehen ist.
Zum Verbessern des Halts des Teilerelements an der zweiten Wand kann vorgesehen sein, dass die zweite Nut durch eine Rippe gegen die erste Nut abgegrenzt ist, wobei die Rippe bei Anbringung des Teilerelements an der zweiten Wand in einen an dieser gebildeten Rille eingreift.
Zur Versteifung des Teilerelements kann die Rippe durch wenigstens eine Querwand mit dem Boden der zweiten Nut verbunden sein.
Grundsätzlich kann am Boden der zweiten Nut wiederum eine dritte Nut gebildet sein, die zum Aufstecken auf eine dritte Wand von abermals geringerer Stärke bemessen ist.
Das Teilerelement kann als Trennwand oder auch als seinerseits zur Aufnahme von Gegenständen dienender Kasten ausgebildet sein.
Bei einer bevorzugten Anwendung ist der Behälter, an dem das Teilerelement montierbar ist, ein Auszugskasten für ein Kältegerät. Es kann aber auch das Gehäuse eines Kältegeräts selbst als ein solcher Behälter aufgefasst werden, wobei in diesem Falle die Wände, auf die das Teilerelement aufsteckbar ist, vorzugsweise Wände von in dem Gehäuse angebrachten Teilbehältern wie etwa Auszugskästen, Türeinsatzkästen etc. sind. Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Figuren. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine Vorderansicht eines Kältegeräts mit Auszugkästen, deren Wände mit Teilerelementen gemäß der Erfindung bestückbar sind;
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch einen mit Teilerelementen versehenen Auszugkasten; und
Fig. 3, 4 jeweils vergrößerte Details aus Fig. 2
Fig. 1 zeigt unter Weglassung der Tür eine Vorderansicht des Gehäuses 1 eines Kältegeräts, das mit mehreren herausziehbaren Auszugkästen 2, 3 ausgestattet ist. Die oberen Auszugkästen 2 haben jeweils die Form von flachen Schalen; der untere Auszugkasten 3 ist unterteilt in ein Gemüsefach 4, dessen Wände eine ringsum gleichbleibende, große Höhe haben, und ein Flaschenfach 5 von geringerer Höhe. Eine Trennwand 6 erstreckt sich auf zwei verschiedenen Höhenstufen quer durch den Innenraum des Kältegeräts.
Fig. 2 zeigt einen Schnitt durch den unteren Auszugskasten 3 in einer Ebene quer zur Auszugrichtung, mit zwei an den Wänden des Auszugkastens 3 montierten Teilerelementen 7. Gemüsefach 4 und Flaschenfach 5 sind voneinander durch eine Zwischenwand 8 getrennt, die auf ihrer gesamten Höhe im wesentlichen gleichbleibende Stärke hat. Außenwände 9, 10 des Auszugkastens 3 sind an ihren oberen Rand jeweils durch eine Krempe 11 verbreitert und dadurch versteift. Die auf die Zwischenwand 8 und die Außenwand 10 aufgesteckten, identischen Teilerelemente 7 sind einteilig aufgebaut aus einem Reiter 14 und einer sich über die halbe Breite des Flaschenfachs 5 erstreckenden Trennwand 23. Die Abmessungen des Flaschenfachs 5 sind so gewählt, dass zwei Reihen von Flaschen üblicher Ausmaße darin nebeneinander aufgestellt werden können; die Trennwände dienen jeweils als Schutz vor Umkippen für die Flaschen einer dieser Reihen. Fig. 3 zeigt in einer Detailvergrößerung die Befestigung des Teilerelements 7 an der Außenwand 10. Die Krempe 11 ist an ihrem äußeren Rand durch einen nach unten gerichteten Streifen 12 verlängert, in dessen unteren Bereich eine Hinterschneidung 13 gebildet ist. Der Reiter 14 des Teilerelements weist eine nach unten offene äußere Nut 15 auf. Die äußere Nut 15 ist seitlich einerseits durch einen an die Trennwand 23 angeformten Bereich des Reiters 14 und andererseits durch einen distalen Bereich 16 des Reiters 14 begrenzt, der mit dem oberen Rand des Körpers des Teilerelements bündig abschließt. Ein Boden der äußeren Nut 15 ist durch eine von dem distalen Bereich 16 ausgehende horizontale Rippe 17 gebildet, die auf der Krempe 11 zum Liegen kommt. Ein ins Innere der Nut 15 gerichteter Steg 18 am Ende des distalen Bereichs 16 greift in die Hinterschneidung 13 ein. Die Krempe 11 ist geringfügig breiter als der Boden der Nut 15 in einem entspannten, nicht montierten Zustand des Bügels, so dass der an der Außenwand 10 montierte Teilerkasten 7 an dieser festklemmt.
Am Boden der äußeren Nut 15 ist zwischen dem an die Trennwand 23 angeformten Bereich des Reiters 14 und der Rippe 17 ein Schlitz gebildet, der den Eingang einer inneren Nut 19 bildet. Die Breite der inneren Nut 19 bzw. des Schlitzes ist an die Stärke der Zwischenwand 8 angepasst, so dass der Teilerkasten auf diese, wie in Fig. 4 gezeigt, klemmend aufsteckbar ist. Eine oder mehrere Querwände 20 erstrecken sich zur Versteifung des Bügels 16 zwischen dem Steg 18 und dem Boden 21 der inneren Nut 19. Eine flache Rille 22 erstreckt sich entlang der Zwischenwand 8 in einem solchen Abstand von i hrem o beren Rand, d ass d ie Rippe 1 7 i n die Rille 22 e inrastet, sobald d er o bere Rand den Boden 21 der inneren Nut 19 erreicht.
Bei einer anderen Ausgestaltung des Teilerelements 1 kann die Trennwand 23 durch einen Kasten oder ähnlichen Behälter ersetzt sein.
In Fig. 4 ist die Rille 22 nur auf einer Seite der Zwischenwand 8 gezeigt; es liegt jedoch auf der Hand, dass sie auf beiden Seiten der Zwischenwand 8 ausgebildet werden könnte, um eine Montage des Teilerelements 7 wahlweise in das Flaschenfach 5 oder in das Gemüsefach 4 eingreifend zu ermöglichen. Des Weiteren kann das Teilerelement 7 auch an einem beliebigen der Auszugkästen 2 montiert werden, sofern diese eine Wand mit einem der Außenwand 10 oder der Zwischenwand 8 entsprechenden Querschnitt und die zum Aufnehmen des Teilerelements erforderliche Höhe aufweisen. Entsprechend könnte das gleiche Teilerelement 7 auch an (nicht dargestellten) Türablagekästen montiert werden.
Anstelle von zwei übereinander liegenden Nuten, 15, 19, wie oben beschrieben, könnte der Reiter 14 auch mit drei oder mehr übereinanderliegenden Nuten für die Montage auf einer entsprechenden Zahl von Typen von Wänden mit unterschiedlichen Stärken versehen sein.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Aufbewahrungsanordnung, umfassend einen Behälter (1; 3) mit einer ersten aufrechten Wand (10), die einen oberen Rand (11) mit einer ersten Stärke aufweist, und ein Teilerelement (7), das einen auf den oberen Rand aufsteckbaren Reiter (14) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter ferner e ine zweite Wand (8) m it e inem o beren Rand e iner g eringeren zweiten Stärke aufweist, und dass der Reiter (14) eine zum Aufstecken auf die erste Wand (10) bemessene erste Nut (15) und am Boden der ersten Nut (15) eine zum Aufstecken auf die zweite Wand (8) bemessene zweite Nut (19) aufweist.
2. Aufbewahrungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Nut (15; 19) eine gemeinsame ebene Seitenflanke aufweisen.
3. Aufbewahrungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Wand eine Hinterschneidung (13) aufweist und die erste Nut (15) mit einem in die Hinterschneidung eingreifenden Steg (18) versehen ist.
4. Aufbewahrungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der zweiten Wand (8) eine Rille (22) gebildet ist und die zweite Nut (19) durch eine Rippe (17) begrenzt ist, die bei Anbringung des Teilerelements (7) an der zweiten Wand (8) in die Rille (22) eingreift.
5. Aufbewahrungsanordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Querwand (20) zwischen der Rippe (17) und dem Boden (21) der zweiten Nut (19) gebildet ist.
6. Aufbewahrungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an Boden der zweiten Nut eine zum Aufstecken auf eine dritte Wand bemessene dritte Nut gebildet ist.
7. Aufbewahrungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Teilerelement (7) eine Trennwand ist.
8. Aufbewahrungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Teilerelement ein Kasten ist.
9. Aufbewahrungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter ein Auszugkasten (3) für ein Kältegerät ist.
