Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bremse für einen Aufzug, die aus zwei Bremshälften besteht, wobei je Bremshälfte eine Druckfeder zur Aktivierung der Bremse und ein Aktuator zur Lüftung der Bremse vorgesehen ist und wobei Druckfeder und Aktuator auf mindestens einen aktiven Bremsbelag einwirken, der bei deaktiviertem Aktuator an einer Bremsfläche eine Bremskraft erzeugt und die Bremse senkrecht zur Bremsfläche schwimmend gelagert ist.
- Aus der
Patentschrift DE 41 06 595 ist eine Bremsvorrichtung für einen mittels Linearmotor antreibbaren Förderkorb bekannt geworden, wobei Kraftmessdosen ein Signal zur Lüftung erzeugen. Am Förderkorb angeordnete Bremsen umfassen die im Förderschacht angeordneten Führungsschienen, wobei je Führungsschiene eine Bremse vorgesehen ist. Je Schenkelseite der Führungsschiene weist die Bremse eine Bremsbacke auf. Je Bremsbacke erzeugen Betätigungsglieder mittels der Bremsbacke auf der Führungsschiene Bremskräfte, wobei die Wirkung einer Feder die Bremse aktiviert und ein hydraulischer Zylinder der Federkraft entgegenwirkt und die Bremse lüftet. - Ein Nachteil der bekannten Einrichtung liegt darin, dass die Bremse bei Normalbetrieb und bei Ausfall einer Bremshälfte unterschiedliche Bremsmomente erzeugt. Bei der bekannten Bremse erzeugt eine Bremshälfte das notwendige Bremsmoment, bzw. beide Bremshälften zusammen erzeugen das doppelte Bremsmoment, was bei Normalbetrieb zum Rutschen der Seile auf der Treibscheibe führen kann. Bei einem Stahlseil werden dadurch die Litzen und bei einem Kunstfaserseil wird der Mantel zu sehr beansprucht bzw. übermässig abgenutzt.

JP 04133988 - Ein Nachteil der bekannten Einrichtung liegt darin, dass bei Federbruch oder bei Wegfall eines Bremsbelages die Bremse versagt.

US 4 638 894 ist eine Scheibenbremse bekannt geworden, deren Bremsgehäuse schwimmend gelagert ist, wobei sich das Aktuatoren und Bremsbeläge tragende Bremsgehäuse in einer Richtung parallel zur Bremsscheibenachse bewegen kann. - Aus der Schrift
JP 08240231 - Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. Die Erfindung, wie sie in Anspruch 1 gekennzeichnet ist, löst die Aufgabe, die Nachteile der bekannten Einrichtung zu vermeiden und eine Bremse zu schaffen, die betriebstechnisch wie auch sicherheitstechnisch optimierte Eigenschaften aufweist.
- Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Patentansprüchen angegeben.
- Die durch die Erfindung erreichten Vorteile sind im wesentlichen darin zu sehen, dass das notwendige Bremsmoment eingehalten wird und dass die für Aufzugsantriebe notwendige, zweifache Redundanz trotzdem gewährleistet ist. Die Redundanz bleibt erhalten auch bei Federbruch oder bei Wegfall eines Bremsbelages. Die aus zwei unabhängigen Hälften bestehende Bremse erzeugt das für den Normalbetrieb notwendige Bremsmoment. Bei Ausfall einer Bremshälfte erzeugt die erfindungsgemässe Bremse trotzdem das notwendige Bremsmoment. Im Störfall werden die Passagiere weniger grossen Belastungen ausgesetzt und der Aufzug mechanisch weniger beansprucht. Mit der sanfteren Verzögerung werden auch ungewollte Auslöser der Fangvorrichtung aufgrund der Massenträgheit des Begrenzerseils vermieden. Bei Notstopp entstehen insbesondere bei Aufzugsanlagen mit grossen Traktionsreserven keine übermässigen Verzögerungen, was wiederum die Mechanik schont und ein Rutschen der Seile auf der Treibscheibe vermeidet. Die vom Impulsgenerator der Motorwelle abgeleitete Kabinenposition bleibt für die Steuerung korrekt erhalten.
- Anhand der beiliegenden Figuren wird die vorliegende Erfindung näher erläutert.

Fig. 1 zeigt eine schematische Darstellung der erfindungsgemässen Bremse 1 bei Normalbetrieb. Die Bremse 1 besteht aus einem im Querschnitt U-förmigen Gehäuse 2, wobei ein Schenkel des Us einer Bremshälfte 3 entspricht. Die Bremshälften 3 sind identisch aufgebaut. Je Bremshälfte 3 ist mindestens ein aktiver Bremsbelag 4 und mindestens ein zusätzlicher bzw. passiver Bremsbelag 5 vorgesehen. In einer weiteren Ausführungsvariante kann der zusätzliche Bremsbelag 5 wie weiter unten erläutert weggelassen werden. Der zusätzliche bzw. passive Bremsbelag 5 ist an der Schenkelinnenseite des Gehäuses 2 angeordnet. Der aktive Bremsbelag 4 wird von einer Federkraft einer Druckfeder 6 beaufschlagt. Nicht dargestellt ist ein weiter unten erwähnter Aktuator, der im aktivierten Zustand der Federkraft entgegenwirkt. Das Gehäuse 2 ist an einer ersten Achse 7 schwimmend gelagert. - Bei Normalbetrieb wirken die aktiven Bremsbeläge 4 auf eine als Bremsfläche 8 dienende Bremsscheibe 8' ein, die Teil einer Treibscheibe 9 ist. In Seilrillen 10 der um eine zweite Achse 11 rotierenden Treibscheibe 9 geführte Seile 12 bewegen eine nicht dargestellte Aufzugskabine bzw. ein nicht dargestelltes Gegengewicht eines Aufzuges.
- Die erfindungsgemässe Bremse 1 kann auch an der Aufzugskabine oder am Gegengewicht angeordnet sein, wobei als Bremsfläche beispielsweise der freie Schenkel einer Führungsschiene dient.
- Die Bremse 1 ist selbstzentrierend und kann sich dank der schwimmenden Lagerung an der ersten Achse 7 um eine mit einem Punkt symbolisierte Mittellage 13 bewegen. Die mögliche Bewegungsrichtung der Bremse 1 ist mit einem Pfeil P1 bzw. mit einem Pfeil P2 symbolisiert.

Fig. 2 zeigt eine schematische Darstellung der erfindungsgemässen Bremse 1 bei Ausfall der einen Bremshälfte 3. Mit beispielsweise gebrochener Druckfeder 6 oder Wegfall des aktiven Bremsbelages 4 wird die eine Bremshälfte 3 wirkungslos. Die Federkraft der Druckfeder 6 der anderen Bremshälfte 3 bewegt das Gehäuse 2 in die mit dem Pfeil P1 symbolisierte Richtung, wobei der passive Bremsbelag 5 der einen Bremshälfte 3 an der Bremsscheibe 8' zum Anliegen kommt. Die Ausgangslage der Bremse 1 ist mit unterbrochener Linie dargestellt. Wie weiter unten erläutert, bleibt die Bremskraft bei Normalbetrieb auch bei Ausfall einer Bremshälfte 3 erhalten. -
Fig. 3 zeigt eine Seitenansicht bzw. eine Bremshälfte 3 der erfindungsgemässen Bremse 1. Der aktive Bremsbelag 4 ist mittig angeordnet, je Bremsbelagseite ist ein zusätzlicher bzw. passiver, am Gehäuse 2 angeordneter Bremsbelag 5 vorgesehen. - In
Fig. 4 ist ein Schnitt entlang der Linie A-A derFig. 3 gezeigt. Die erste Achse 7 der Bremse 1 ist an einer Konsole 14 der Antriebseinheit oder der Aufzugskabine oder des Gegengewichtes angeordnet. Die Bremse 1 ist in gelüftetem Zustand gezeigt und ist schwimmend gelagert, wobei sie sich entlang der ersten Achse 7 bewegen kann. Die Druckfeder 6 stützt sich einenends am Gehäuse 2 ab und anderenends an einer Ankerplatte 15 eines Bremsmagneten 16. Bremsmagnet 16 und Ankerplatte 15 bilden den oben erwähnten Aktuator. Im gezeigten Zustand ist die Bremse 1 gelüftet, wobei der Bremsmagnet 16 aktiviert und die den aktiven Bremsbelag 4 tragende Ankerplatte 15 angezogen ist und wobei die Kraft des Bremsmagneten 16 der Federkraft der Druckfeder 6 entgegenwirkt. Bei deaktiviertem Bremsmagnet 16 presst die Druckfeder 6 die Ankerplatte 15 mit dem aktiven Bremsbelag 4 gegen die Bremsscheibe 8', wobei der aktive Bremsbelag 4 die notwendige Bremskraft erzeugt. Falls beide Bremshälften 3 gleich arbeiten, positioniert sich die Bremse 1 in der Mittellage 13. Bei ungleich arbeitenden Bremshälften 3 verschiebt sich die Bremse 1 dank der schwimmenden Lagerung an der ersten Achse 7 in der einen oder anderen Richtung P1,P2. -
Fig. 5 zeigt eine Draufsicht der erfindungsgemässen Bremse 1, wobei die eine Bremshälfte 3 aufgeschnitten ist. Die Bremse 1 ist gelüftet gezeigt. Bei Ausfall einer Bremshälfte 3 wirken die beiden zusätzlichen bzw. passiven Bremsbeläge 5 anstelle des aktiven Bremsbelages 4. - In einer weiteren Ausführungsvariante kann der zusätzliche Bremsbelag 5 weggelassen werden. Bei Federbruch wirkt in diesem Fall der aktive Bremsbelag 4 als zusätzlicher Bremsbelag, der dann an einem Anschlag 2.1 wie in
Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 symbolisch gezeigt ansteht. Wie inFig. 4 und Fig. 5 gezeigt, wirkt der Bremsmagnet 16 als Anschlag. Diese Bremsvariante hat bei Federbruch Redundanz und arbeitet weiterhin mit dem notwendigen Bremsmoment. Falls die gesamte Bremshälfte 3 ausfällt, beispielsweise bei Wegfall des aktiven Bremsbelages 4, versagt die Bremse 1. - Die Bremse 1 kann beispielsweise auch an der Aufzugskabine oder am Gegengewicht angeordnet sein und beispielsweise auf den freien Schenkel einer Führungsschiene einwirken. In diesem Fall nimmt der freie Schenkel der Führungsschiene den Platz der Bremsscheibe 8' ein. Die Bremsbeläge liegen dann an gegenüberliegenden Flanken der Führungsschiene an, wie in
EP 0 648 703 B1 ausführlich beschrieben. -

Claims (8)
- Bremse (1) für einen Aufzug, die aus zwei Bremshälften (3) besteht, wobei je Bremshälfte (3) eine Druckfeder (6) zur Aktivierung der Bremse (1) und ein Aktuator (15,16) zur Lüftung der Bremse (1) vorgesehen ist und wobei Druckfeder (6) und Aktuator auf mindestens einen aktiven Bremsbelag (4) einwirken, der bei deaktiviertem Aktuator (15,16) an einer Bremsfläche (8) eine Bremskraft erzeugt und die Bremse (1) senkrecht zur Bremsfläche (8) schwimmend gelagert ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass je Bremshälfte (3) mindestens ein zusätzlicher passiver Bremsbelag (5) vorgesehen ist, der bei Ausfall einer Bremshälfte (3) anstelle des aktiven Bremsbelages (4) der ausgefallenen Bremshälfte (3) wirkt. - Bremse nach Anspruch 1.
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass bei einseitigem Ausfall der Bremse (1) auf der betroffenen Bremshälfte (3) ein passiv wirkender Bremsbelag (4,5) vorgesehen ist, der durch die Druckfeder (6) der anderen Bremshälfte (3) an die Bremsfläche (8) andrückbar ist. - Bremse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass Bremsbelagträger (15) im unbetätigtem Zustand an einem Anschlag (2.1,16) anliegen und der zugehörige Bremsbelag (4) damit den passiven Bremsbelag bildet. - Bremse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass je Bremshälfte (3) ein zusätzlicher passiver Bremsbelag (5) vorgesehen ist. - Bremse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Aktuator ein Bremsmagnet (16) mit einer Ankerplatte (15) ist, wobei der aktive Bremsbelag (4) an der Ankerplatte (15) angeordnet ist. - Bremse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Bremse (1) an der Antriebseinheit angeordnet ist. - Bremse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
