Bei Sicherheitsschlüsseln für hochwertige Anlagen ist es wesentlich, dass diese nicht ohne weiteres auf vergleichsweise einfachen Bohr- und Fräsmaschinen kopiert werden können. Ein Sicherheitsschlüssel mit einer hohen Kopiersicherheit kann gemäss der EP 0 621 384 B1 des Anmelders erreicht werden, indem der Schaft des Sicherheitsschlüssels mit einem Steuerelement versehen wird, das als Stift ausgebildet und im Schaft verschieblich gelagert ist. Mit einer zusätzlichen Zuhaltung im Schliesszylinder kann dieses Steuerelement eingeordnet werden. Ein solcher Schlüssel kann mit vertretbarem Aufwand nicht kopiert werden. Ein sogenannter Zackenschlüssel mit einem ähnlichen Steuerelement ist aus der EP 0 802 289 bekannt geworden. Die Einstecktiefe wird durch Schultern bestimmt, die entsprechend der unterschiedlichen Einstecktiefe in der Längsrichtung des Schlüssels zueinander versetzt sind. Da die Zuhaltungen nicht radial zum Rotor verlaufen, müssen die Stifte der Zuhaltung verdrehsicher gelagert werden. Die entsprechenden Bohrungen müssen gestossen werden. In der Ruhestellung des Rotors ist der Schlüsselkanal horizontal ausgerichtet und entsprechend muss der Schlüssel eingesteckt werden. Der Schaft 6 des Schlüssels 1 besitzt ein vorderes Ende 6a sowie ein hinteres Ende 6b. Mit dem vorderen Ende 6a wird der Schlüssel 1 wie üblich in einen Schlüsselkanal 5 des Rotors 4 eingeführt. Durch das Einführen des Schaftes 6 in den Schlüsselkanal 5 werden die erwähnten Zuhaltungen eingeordnet. Dadurch wird der Rotor 4 entsperrt und kann am Griff 14 des Schlüssels zur Betätigung des Schlosses gedreht werden.The
Der Schlüssel 1 weist an seinem hinteren Ende 6b zusätzliche Steuerflächen 9 auf, die durch seitlich vorspringende Schultern 15 sowie Ausnehmungen 13 in diesen Schultern 15 gebildet werden. Die Steuerbohrungen 7 sind so positioniert, dass die entsprechenden Zuhaltungen auf Schliesshöhe sind, wenn die Steuerflächen 9 an der Steuerfläche 8 anliegt. Die Ausnehmung 10 kann beispielsweise mit einem Fräswerkzeug hergestellt werden. Bezüglich des Schlüsselkanals 5 ist die Ausnehmung 10 wie in Figur 2a ersichtlich seitlich versetzt. Entsprechend sind beim Schlüssel 1a die Steuerflächen 9 ebenfalls seitlich versetzt. Die Steuerflächen 9 sind bei einem Wendeschlüssel zueinander drehsymmetrisch. Wird der Schaft 6 in den Schlüsselkanal 5 eingesetzt, so greift die eine oder die andere Schulter jeweils in den Schlitz 10 ein, bis eine Steuerfläche 9 an der Steuerfläche 8 anliegt. Claims (13)
- A safety key and locking cylinder (2), the locking cylinder (2) having a stator (3) and a rotor (4, 24), with a front end and a rear end (4a, 4b) and a keyway (5), and the safety key (1) having an upper and a lower surface (14) and a shank (16) which is provided with a plurality of control surfaces (7) for properly positioning tumblers and has a front end and a rear end (6a, 6b), wherein at its front end, the rotor (4) has at least one further control surface, which interacts with a further control surface (8), arranged at the rear end (6b) of the shank (6), wherein the additional control surface of the rotor is formed by a recess in the extended front end of the rotor, characterized in that the recess (10) as an extension of the keyway (5) extends radially in relation to the axis of the rotor (4, 24) and is open at the front side of the rotor (4, 24, wherein the further control surface (9) of the key is formed by at least one recess (13) of reduced thickness on one shoulder (15) of the key (1, 20).

- The key and locking cylinder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the recess (10) of the rotor (4) has a depth of not more than 0.5 to 3 mm.
- The key and locking cylinder as claimed in claim 5, wherein the recess (10) of the rotor (4) has a depth of approximately 1 to 2 mm.
- The key and locking cylinder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the further control surface (9) of the key (1, 20) is formed by at least one shoulder (15) at the rear end (6b) of the shank (6).
- The key and locking cylinder as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least two shoulders (15) each have a control surface (9).
- The key and locking cylinder as claimed in claim 8, wherein it is a turning key and the shank (6) has a plurality of control bores (7) for properly positioning tumblers.
- The key and locking cylinder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the recess (30, 31) in the extended front end (4a) of the rotor (4) is closed in the direction of the outside of the rotor.
- A locking system with a plurality of safety keys and locking cylinders as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control surfaces (9, 12) of the safety keys (1, 20) differ in shape and/or position.
- The locking system as claimed in claim 11, wherein locking cylinders have different further control surfaces (8).
- The locking system as claimed in claim 12, wherein the further control surfaces (8) of the locking cylinders are formed by recesses (10) at the front end (4a) of the rotor (4) of different extents and/or in different positions.
