Die Riegleingriffe sind dabei in einem unteren horizontal verlaufenden Holm eines oberen Flügels oder einem feststehenden Pfostens des Rahmens angebracht. Dadurch ergeben sich drei mögliche Schaltstellungen: in einer ersten Schaltstellung kann der Flügel relativ zum Rahmen und ggf. einem zweiten Flügel festgelegt werden. In einer zweiten Schaltstellung werden die über die Treibstange verschwenkbaren Riegel aus den Riegeleingriffen herausgefahren, so dass der Flügel vertikal verschoben werden kann. In einer dritten Schaltstellung schließlich werden die seitlich in die Führungen eingreifenden Riegel aus dieser heraus bewegt und der Flügel kann - unter Beibehaltung einer unteren Lagerung in den Führungen -um eine untere horizontale Achse verschwenkt werden. Claims (7)

  1. Locking device for a sash (30) of a vertically sliding window (10), it being possible for the sash to be slid vertically in relation to a fixed frame, in the case of which, in the closed position of the sash (30), the top horizontal sash leg (31) is located parallel alongside a fixed jamb or a rail (45) of a second sash (20) and, by means of a movable catch member (51) and a catch-engagement means (47) assigned to the jamb or rail (31), can be secured on this catch-engagement means, characterized in that the catch member (51) is a mushroom-head-like pin (51) which can be displaced via a driving rod (50) of a driving-rod fitting (48), in that the catch-engagement means (47) is a laterally open profile component which has an upside-down Q-(omega-) shaped cross section which forms an undercut by way of mutually facing crosspieces and has a catch slot (63), the catch slot (63) of the catch-engagement means (47) and the narrowed portion (55) of the pin (51) being coordinated with one another such that the widened head (54) of the pin (51) engages behind the mutually facing crosspieces (58, 59) of the profile component, and that the pin (51) is oriented perpendicularly in relation to the plane of the sash (30) and the driving-rod fitting (48) is fastened in a groove (49) which is open in relation to the jamb or the rail (45).
  2. Locking device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the catch-engagement means (47) is fitted in an aperture (103) of the jamb or rail (45) and, at least on one side, a clearance directed in the displacement direction of the sash (30) is provided on the catch-engagement means or the aperture (103).
  3. Locking device according to either of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the catch slot (63) of the catch-engagement means (47) is inclined in the displacement direction of the pin (51), and the catch slot (63) is inclined downwards in the retracting direction of the pin (51).
  4. Locking device according to either of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the catch slot (51) is provided with introduction slopes (64, 65, 66) and runs essentially parallel to the jamb or rail (45).
  5. Locking device according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the driving-rod drive (71) has a driving gearwheel (79) which can be driven via a handwheel (82) and engages, by way of its toothing arrangement (80), in apertures of the driving rod (73, 50), and at least one return pinion (78a, 78b), which is mounted in a stationary manner, acts on a toothing portion (75, 77) of the driving rod (73, 50), and in that a second driving rod (74) is located diametrically opposite the driving rod (73, 50) as seen in relation to the axis of the return pinion (78a, 78b).
  6. Locking device according to Claim 5, characterized in that the driving-rod drive (71) extends directly or indirectly up to the sash corners, in that each end directed towards the sash corner is assigned a catch (93) which, at least in one actuating position of the driving-rod drive (71), engages in the lateral guides (14, 16) of the frame (11), and in that the catches (93) are carried along via a partial displacement of the driving-rod drive (71).
  7. Locking device according to Claim 6, characterized in that the driving-rod drive (71) has an actuating path of approximately 90° and the partial displacement is approximately 45°.
