Such hydraulic units are used for various purposes produced in various embodiments. The hydraulic units can in addition to the Reservoir and the engine-pump unit with more Components, such. Valves, filters, coolers or monitors, be equipped. Also are hydraulic units in which a series of measures to dampen the provided by the engine-pump unit outgoing sound are.
Since 1 July 2003, the "Atex Directive 94/9 / EC" uniform the product requirements in Europe for equipment for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. These Directive replaces all existing European and national Legislation. To the recast safety requirements To meet, manufacturers need now take additional measures. It should be noted that the prevention of an explosion ("primary explosion protection") always better than any protection against explosions ("secondary Explosion protection ") under primary explosion protection one understands all measures, which prevent a dangerous explosive atmosphere can arise at all. After this Exploitation of all possibilities of primary explosion protection but there are still areas where an explosive Atmosphere occurs, so-called explosive Areas. This is u. a. then the case, if there is a danger that an explosive atmosphere at a Ignition source, z. B. on a hot surface, ignited and thereby triggering an explosion. In these areas are measures of the secondary explosion protection, d. H. Measures must be taken to make ignition more explosive Prevent atmosphere. These measures can z. B. be that all in a hydraulic system used components already the requirements of the Atex Directive. These components are It is usually made in small numbers Special versions, which are more expensive than the standard version the corresponding components. In addition, there are components who are not in compliance with the Atex Directive Make manufacture, such as. B. hydraulic pumps. For hydraulic pumps u. a. the danger that overheating in the area of the bearings during bearing damage occurs, with the heated surface as dangerous Ignition source. Nevertheless, hydraulic pumps in potentially explosive atmospheres Need to be able to use these areas other measures are taken. A possibility for this exists z. B. in operating the pump under oil. These Type of protection is used in conjunction with non-electrical Devices referred to as fluid encapsulation "k". At this Type of protection becomes the ignition source in oil filled Housing so far submerged that a Zünddurchschlag in the Area outside the oil surface is not possible. In connection with electrical equipment, this type of protection is called Oil encapsulation "o" called.

The invention is based on the object, a hydraulic unit to create the type mentioned, according to the requirements of the Atex Directive 94/9 / EC in potentially explosive atmospheres Fields is used. This is in particular be sure that by a bearing damage heated surface of the pump does not ignite an explosive Atmosphere triggers.
This object is solved by the features of claim 1. The invention makes of the type of protection overpressure encapsulation "p" use. The invention makes it possible, in addition to the hydraulic unit further components in the Interior of the frame closed on all sides. Advantageous developments of the invention are in the dependent claims characterized.
allseitig geschlossenen Rahmen 12 umschlossen. Im Innenraum
13 des Rahmens 12 ist eine Motor-Pumpe-Einheit 15 angeordnet.
Die Motor-Pumpe-Einheit 15 besteht aus einem luftgekühlten
Elektromotor 16 und einer von dem Elektromotor 16
angetriebenen Pumpe 17.
Druckmittelmenge. FIG. 1 shows a schematic representation of a
So wirkt z.
An outside of the
Figures 2 and 3 show a second formed according to the invention
Wand 69 angeordnet. Die Ventilanordnung 38 ist als Flatterventil
ausgebildet. Eine um eine waagerechte Achse 72 drehbar
gelagerte Platte 73, die als Ventilblatt des Flatterventils
dient, verschließt in ihrer Ruhelage aufgrund ihres Gewichts

The
The
