Abstract
Description
- un récipient contenant le produit, le récipient étant surmonté d'un col, tel qu'un bord libre de ce col délimite un premier orifice de distribution du produit;
- un couvercle amovible apte à coopérer avec le col pour sélectivement obturer ce premier orifice de distribution,
- i) selon un premier mode de distribution, le couvercle étant dans une position intermédiaire relativement au col entre une position d'obturation du premier orifice et une position détachée du col, délivrer le produit via le deuxième orifice, et
- ii) selon un deuxième mode de distribution, le couvercle étant détaché du col, délivrer le produit via le premier orifice.

Claims (17)
- Dispositif (1) de conditionnement et de distribution d'un produit, notamment d'un produit cosmétique et ou de soin, comportant:un récipient (2) contenant le produit, le récipient étant surmonté d'un col (6), tel qu'un bord libre (8) de ce col délimite un premier orifice de distribution (7) du produit;un couvercle (3) amovible apte à coopérer avec le col pour sélectivement obturer ce premier orifice de distribution,i) selon un premier mode de distribution, le couvercle étant dans une position intermédiaire relativement au col entre une position d'obturation du premier orifice et une position détachée du col, délivrer le produit via le deuxième orifice, etii) selon un deuxième mode de distribution, le couvercle étant détaché du col, délivrer le produit via le premier orifice.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le premier orifice est de dimensions aptes à permettre un prélèvement manuel du produit directement à l'intérieur du récipient.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2 caractérisé en ce que le deuxième orifice définit une ouverture de section (A) apte à permettre un prélèvement du produit depuis l'extérieur du récipient.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que le deuxième orifice est de dimensions aptes à empêcher un prélèvement manuel du produit directement à l'intérieur du récipient.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce qu'une ouverture maximale du deuxième orifice est inférieure à une ouverture maximale proposée par le premier orifice.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que le deuxième orifice de distribution est réalisé dans l'épaisseur d'une paroi du col, et forme une fente sur au moins une partie de la hauteur dudit col.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture proposée par le deuxième orifice, dans le premier mode de distribution, est en partie délimitée par un rebord du couvercle.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que la dimension de l'ouverture du deuxième orifice varie en fonction d'une position du couvercle relativement au récipient.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce que la fente forme une section trapézoïdale, telle qu'une base du trapèze est formée au niveau du bord libre (8), une hauteur du trapèze relativement à cette base étant définie parallèlement à un axe d'allongement principal (X) du col.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9 caractérisé en ce que le premier orifice est défini perpendiculairement à un axe d'allongement principal (X) du col.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10 caractérisé en ce que le deuxième orifice est défini parallèlement à un axe d'allongement principal (X) du col.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11 caractérisé en ce le col est fileté (13) et le couvercle comporte en correspondance un pas de vis (14), la position du couvercle sur le col faisant varier la taille de l'ouverture formée au niveau de ce deuxième orifice en fonction de son niveau de vissage sur le col.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12 caractérisé en ce que le filetage du col comporte au moins un point dur permettant de maintenir le couvercle dans la position intermédiaire entre la première position complètement vissé sur le col et la deuxième position détachée du col.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13 caractérisé en ce le récipient comporte au moins une paroi élastiquement déformable de sorte qu'une pression exercée sur cette dernière provoque un déplacement du produit dans le récipient en direction d'un au moins des orifices de distribution, en fonction de la position du couvercle relativement au col.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 14 caractérisé en ce que la paroi déformable est apte à reprendre par rappel élastique une position non déformée lorsque cesse ladite pression.
- Utilisation d'un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent pour le conditionnement d'un produit cosmétique, notamment d'un produit de coiffage, ou de soin de la peau ou du cheveu.
- Procédé d'utilisation d'un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce qu'on choisit de prélever le produiti) soit selon un premier mode de distribution, le couvercle étant placé dans une position intermédiaire relativement au col, depuis le deuxième orifice,ii) soit selon un deuxième mode de distribution, le couvercle étant détaché du col, via le premier orifice.
