Claims (10)

  1. Accouplement électrique rotatif (1, 1.1) avec des dispositifs de bagues à contacts frotteurs intérieur et extérieur (2, 3) pour la transmission de courants électriques, dans lequel le dispositif intérieur de bagues à contacts frotteurs (2) est pourvu de plusieurs premières bagues de frottement (4), qui portent des premières ailettes (7) orientées d'un côté vers l'extérieur en direction (6) de l'axe, dans lequel le dispositif extérieur de bagues à contacts frotteurs (3) est pourvu de plusieurs deuxième bagues de frottement (5), qui portent des deuxième ailettes (8) orientées d'un côté vers l'extérieur dans une direction (9) opposée à l'axe, dans lequel les deuxièmes bagues de frottement (5) sont pourvues de plusieurs contacts élastiques (10), qui sont formés par enlèvement de matière et déformation, dans lequel les contacts élastiques (10) des deuxièmes bagues de frottement (5) sont coaxialement en contact électrique avec une surface extérieure (18) de bague de frottement des premières bagues de frottement (4), caractérisé en ce que
    - chaque première bague de frottement (4) avec la première ailette (7) et chaque deuxième bague de frottement (5) avec la deuxième ailette (8) sont chaque fois formées d'une seule pièce,
    - la première et la deuxième bagues de frottement (4, 5) avec les premières et les deuxièmes ailettes (7, 8) présentent une développante en forme de T; et
    - les premières et les deuxièmes bagues de frottement (4, 5) sont assemblées en forme de bague par un assemblage mortaisé (11) à continuité de matière.
  2. Accouplement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la région d'extrémité (12) des premières ou des deuxièmes ailettes (7, 8) est prévue au choix comme lamelles de contact (13) d'un assemblage à fiche (14) ou comme assemblage brasé (15).
  3. Accouplement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les premières bagues de frottement (4) avec les premières ailettes (7) sont moulées en un rotor (16) en matière plastique (17), à l'exception des surfaces extérieures (18) des bagues de frottement et des régions d'extrémité (12) des premières ailettes (7).
  4. Accouplement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes bagues de frottement (5) avec les deuxièmes ailettes (8) sont logées dans une douille (19) en matière plastique (17).
  5. Accouplement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la douille (19) se compose de deux demi-coquilles (20, 21) se fixant l'une à l'autre.
  6. Accouplement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la douille (19) est logée dans un boîtier (22) à fixer par l'extérieur.
  7. Accouplement selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le rotor (16) est pourvu, à l'extrémité opposée des premières ailettes (7), d'ergots d'accrochage (23) qui correspondent à la douille (19) de telle façon qu'un déplacement axial du rotor (16) soit empêché.
  8. Accouplement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rotor (16) est pourvu d'un assemblage par fiche (14).
  9. Accouplement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les premières et les deuxièmes bagues de frottement (4, 5) sont prévues au choix pour commander des charges ohmiques inductives et des signaux vidéo.
  10. Accouplement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'accouplement (1) est prévu pour une articulation rotative (24) d'un support (25).
