Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Kaltwalzen metallischen Bandes (8) vorgeschlagen, welches von einer einlaufseitigen Haspel (9) abgewickelt wird, einen zwischen zwei Arbeitswalzen (6, 7) gebildeten, mittels einer Walzspaltregelung (15) eingestellten Walzspalt durchläuft und von einer auslaufseitigen Haspel (13) aufgewickelt wird. Unzulässig große Schwankungen der Härte des einlaufseitigen Bandes werden aufgefunden, indem mittels Kreuz-Korrelation oder Fast-Fourier-Transformation oder mit Hilfe eines Störgrößenbeobachters in Abhängigkeit von Abhaspel-Drehharmonischen Schwankungen der auslaufseitigen Banddicke (Δh1) und/oder Schwankungen der Walzkraft (Fr) und/oder Schwankungen des Bandzuges (Ft0) des einlaufenden Bandes und/oder Schwankungen des Bandzuges (Ft1) des auslaufenden Bandes ermittelt werden.
