Description

The invention relates to a kit for producing a demarcation of a building insulation to a base insulation, which consists of a baseboard and the insulation panels of the building insulation and the basement insulation, and a method for delimiting a building insulation to the basement insulation.

Sockelprofilleisten bzw. Socket profiles or end profiles for insulation boards primarily serve as delineation and protection for the edge of the building insulation, which generally protrudes over the base insulation, and for producing a visually appealing transition between building and base insulation. Furthermore, the base profile strip serves as an attachment for the first series of insulating panels for building insulation. Known such end profiles or base profile strips are made of metal, such as aluminum, galvanized sheet, stainless steel, etc., with plastic versions are possible.

For example, is from the EP 1 205 613 A2 a two-part end profile for insulation panels of buildings has become known, which has an L-shaped base profile, which can be fastened with a mounting leg on the wall before attaching the insulation boards. The base profile has a connecting leg, which is releasably or non-detachably connected to an attachment profile part, wherein both profile parts are connected to each other by a mold closure connection.

A one-piece end profile for insulation panels of buildings is in the EP 1 205 612 A2 described. The profile has a mounting leg for attachment to a wall and a support leg substantially normal thereto for receiving the insulation boards. The end profile has mitformed stiffening elements, which are arranged substantially normal to a longitudinal axis formed by the intersection of the attachment leg with the support leg longitudinal axis of the end profile. At the front side facing away from the fastening leg, the support leg has an abutment leg bent initially at an angle of 90 ° and subsequently bent U-shaped by 180 ° upwards, which serves as a plaster web.

Furthermore, is from the DE 295 19 875 U1 a very simple structure, consisting of an angled sheet metal strip base profile strip for thermal barrier coatings or insulation systems has become known, which has a base part and two substantially normal trained side legs, one of which serves for attachment to the wall and the other as a stop leg for the insulation boards. The outer side leg can form a fold region on the underside for forming a drip edge, as well as fix a reinforcing grid in the fold region.

In further consequence shows for example the EP 0 593 882 A2 a two-part skirting, in which a part is fixed to the wall and the outer part held by a tab can be adapted to the corresponding insulation width.

A similar embodiment is from the AT 003.128 U1 known, which discloses a generic kit, wherein also a two-piece skirting board is used, the parts are held displaceable (tongue and groove principle with an internal toothing).

The same applies to the EP 0 796 963 A1 in which a profile part has elongated holes, so that a displaceable attachment to the fixed profile part is possible.

Finally, the shows DE 41 03 088 A1 a conventional, L-shaped edge rail, which has on both legs grid fabric strips and serves to form uniform edges on or in buildings.

In all known systems, at least for one-piece profiles, a separate profile is required for each insulation thickness (from 20 mm, 30 mm to over 200 mm projection). Warehousing, logistics and capital commitment are correspondingly expensive or high. Although there are two-part systems, which can be adjusted to a certain extent to the insulation thickness, but these are more complicated and therefore more expensive and tainted with more manipulation effort.

The object of the invention is to propose a kit consisting of a baseboard and insulation panels of a building insulation and a base insulation, which is simple and can be applied for different insulation thicknesses. Another object is to improve the method for delineating a building insulation to the base insulation.

This object is achieved in that the baseboard is a one-piece base profile strip, which has a base leg and a stopper leg formed substantially normal thereto, and that the base leg of the base profile strip having a width which is smaller to at most equal to the thickness the insulating panels of the building insulation is fixed to the building or basement insulation and is designed to insert the stop leg between basement insulation and building insulation inserted, and that the base leg has means for anchoring between base insulation and building insulation.

In the method according to the invention for delimiting a building insulation for base insulation by means of a one-piece base profile strip, which has a base leg and a substantially normal trained stop leg, the base leg of the base profile strip, which has a width which is smaller to at most equal to the thickness of the insulation panels of the building insulation is pushed into the gap between the building insulation and base insulation or hammered until the stop leg comes to the building insulation to the plant.

The one-piece base profile strip thus has no leg for attachment to the wall, so that the base leg can be easily inserted or hammered between the base insulation and building insulation. The base leg has a width b which is smaller to at most equal to the thickness d of the insulating panels of the building insulation.

Preferably, the base leg on the side facing away from the stop leg side a rounded or bevelled edge in order to be better inserted into the gap between the building and basement insulation.

According to one embodiment, the base leg round, oval or elongated openings, in which fastening means for mechanical attachment of the base profile strip to the base or building insulation can be used. For example, the building insulation is first attached, attached the profile from below by means of plastic pins, metal pins, staples, reinforcing compound or double adhesive tapes and then added the base insulation gap-free. It is also possible to reverse the procedure and first attach the base profile strip to the base insulation and then attach the building insulation. With the solution according to the invention, all insulation thicknesses can be covered with a few, for example two, profile projections.

In addition to the attachment in the area of the building base, the one-piece profile strip can also be used in other building or facade projections, for example, in upper floors. This achieves a clean and tight seal on the underside of the facade projection and prevents moisture or pests from penetrating the façade.

According to the invention, the stop leg can have at least one pull-off edge, which rises above its outer surface, for a reinforcing compound and / or a noble plaster layer.

The base profile strip is preferably made in one piece except for a possible reinforcing mesh and consists of metal (aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel sheet) or plastic. However, there are also multi-part embodiments conceivable.

The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to FIGS. Show it

a base profile strip of the kit according to the invention, in an oblique view, and the
Fig. 2
and Fig. 3 two variants of the base profile strip in each case in a sectional view.

The base profile strip 1 according to Fig. 1 serves as the end strip for insulation boards of a building insulation, which can be inserted between the base insulation 10 and the building insulation 11. The base profile strip 1 has a base leg 2, as well as a substantially normal thereto trained stop leg 3, which comes when inserted into the gap between base insulation 10 and building insulation 11 on the outer surface 11 'of the building insulation 11 to the plant. However, it is also possible, the base profile strip 1 by means of the round or elongated openings 4, 4 'mechanically fix the insulation material, depending on whether initially the base insulation 10 or the building insulation 11 is attached, the profile strip 1 either from below or fastened from above by means of suitable fastening means 5, for example with pins and staples made of suitable materials, adhesive tapes, reinforcing materials, etc.

The base leg 2 has a width b, which is smaller to at most equal to the thickness d of the insulation panels of the building insulation 11. Thus, the same base profile strip 1 can be used for different insulation thicknesses. In practice, for example, two different profiles, one for large and medium insulation thicknesses and one for small insulation thicknesses can cover all applications.

As in particular from the two variants Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 it can be seen, the stop leg 3 has at least one over the outer surface elevating trigger edge 6 for a reinforcing compound 7 or noble plaster layer. Furthermore, the stop leg 3 has a draining edge 15 extending in the direction of the base insulation.

For better anchoring in the reinforcing compound 7 of the stop leg 3 openings 8 ( Fig. 1 or 3) and / or grooves or grooves 9 (FIG. Fig. 2 ) exhibit. Furthermore, it is possible to attach to the stop leg 3 a in the Armierungsmasse 7 reaching reinforcing grid 12.

As in Fig. 3 shown, the base leg 2, one or both sides mounted undercuts 13, whereby the base profile strip can be fixed after insertion into the gap between base insulation 10 and building insulation 11. In order to facilitate insertion or insertion of the base profile strip 1 in the gap between the base insulation 10 and building insulation 11, the edge 14 remote from the stop leg 3 of the base leg 2 can be bevelled ( Fig. 2 ) or rounded ( Fig. 3 ) be.
