Claims (5)
- Plieuse à poches avec au moins une poche de pliage (24) pourvue d'un orifice d'entrée (25) et d'une butée de feuilles (26), devant ledit orifice d'entrée (25) étant disposées une première paire de cylindres de pliage (18, 20) pour un transport d'une feuille (12) dans la poche de pliage (24), et une seconde paire de cylindres de pliage (20, 22) pour un transport et un pliage de la feuille (12) une fois que la feuille (12) a rencontré la butée de feuilles (26), caractérisée en ce que la vitesse de transport des paires de cylindres de pliage (18, 20 ; 20, 22) est réglable individuellement.
- Plieuse à poches selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un cylindre de pliage entraîné (20) forme un cylindre de pliage à la fois de la première paire de cylindres de pliage (18, 20) et de la seconde paire de cylindres de pliage (20, 22), tous les cylindres de pliage étant entraînés séparément par un servomoteur respectif (SV1, SV2, SV3) ou bien les cylindres de pliage de la première paire de cylindres de pliage (18, 20) étant entraînés par un servomoteur commun (SV1) et l'autre cylindre de pliage de la seconde paire de cylindres de pliage (20, 22) étant entraîné par un servomoteur séparé (SV2).
- Plieuse à poches selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les entraînements sont formés par des servomoteurs commandés par un dispositif de commande.
- Procédé pour le pliage d'une feuille par une plieuse à poches selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on diminue la vitesse de transport de la première paire de cylindres de pliage (18, 20) juste avant que l'arête avant (30) de la feuille rencontre la butée de feuilles (26).
- Procédé pour le pliage d'une feuille (12) pliée au moins le long d'une ligne de pliage pour réaliser une arête de pliage (28), à l'aide d'une plieuse à poches (10) selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, dans lequel la feuille pliée (12) est d'abord introduite à travers la première paire de cylindres de pliage (18, 20) jusqu'à ce que l'arête de pliage (28) bute sur la butée de feuilles (26), l'extrémité avant (30) de la feuille étant alors tournée vers la première paire de cylindres de pliage (18, 20), puis la feuille pliée (12) est introduite le long d'une seconde ligne de pliage (32) dans la seconde paire de cylindres de pliage (20, 22), une partie arrière (36) de la feuille (12) étant alors transportée en même temps à travers la première paire de cylindres de pliage (18, 20), caractérisé en ce que l'on accélère la première paire de cylindres de pliage (18, 20) avant que l'arête avant (30) de la feuille rencontre la partie arrière (36) de la feuille (12).
