Claims (10)
- Kuppler (1) einer koaxialen Steckverbindung, der mit einem Kabel und mit einem entsprechenden Stecker verbindbar ist, insbesondere Antennenkuppler, mit einer aus Metall hergestellten Außenleiterhülse (2) und einem innerhalb der Außenleiterhülse (2) angeordneten Isolator (3), der ein Kontaktelement (4) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenleiterhülse (2) aus einem plastisch verformbaren Blechstück hergestellt ist, dessen Grundform durch Stanzen, Schneiden oder dergleichen gebildet ist und dessen Hülsenform durch Biegen erfolgt ist.
- Kuppler (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenleiterhülse (2) an ihrem Steckhülsenbereich (9) von einem Federring (10) umgeben ist.
- Kuppler (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steckhülsenbereich (9) neben dem Federring (10) Kalotten, (11) oder andere Ausstanzungen aufweist, die den Federring (10) festlegen.
- Kuppler (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Isolator (3) zumindest einen umlaufenden, äußeren Ring (5 oder 6) aufweist.
- Kuppler (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenleiterhülse (2) zumindest eine wulstartige Erweiterung (12 oder 14) aufweist, die durch Stauchen, Rollen oder dergleichen hergestellt ist.
- Kuppler (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der äußeren Ringe (6) des Isolators (3) in seiner Lage und Formgebung passend zur wulstartigen Erweiterung (12) ausgebildet ist.
- Kuppler (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch, gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenleiterhülse (2) zwei wulstartige Erweiterungen (12 und 14) aufweist, zwischen denen ein eingeschnürter Halteabschnitt (13) vorgesehen ist.
- Kuppler (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenleiterhülse (2) eine dritte wulstartige Erweiterung (20) aufweist, die zwischen der wulstartigen Erweiterung (14) und dem Kabelanschluss vorgesehen ist.
- Kuppler (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenleiterhülse (2) bei eingelegtem Isolator (3) um diesen herum gebogen, insbesondere angerollt, ist.
- Kuppler (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenleiterhülse (2) in einen Tragkörper (16) eingesetzt ist, wobei der Tragkörper (16) ein Vorverriegelungselement (18) und/oder einen Verriegelungsschieber (19) aufweist, die zumindest eine der wulstartigen Erweiterungen (12 oder 14) hintergreifen.
